Hotel terbaik di Trnovo District

Hotel was quite ok but we got only one key card and we have to update it daily (2 toimesta in 3 night stay) cause it didn't worked after 12.00. Good thing was Cocacola bottle and some other products was available in vending machine, but you need coins, card payment wasn't available. Maybe some other hotel next time in Ljubljana.

As the title suggests, it was the price that attracted us to this hotel. First impression upon arrival was that we had made the wrong choice because it is further out than imagined. However, once settled, on reflection, we would have made the same decision for taxis were dead easy to organise, very efficient and reasonably priced at 6 euros each way. Basically, 4 taxis a day to cover the travel in and out for day time viewing followed by night time eating and you were still saving a lot of money compared to the centrally located hotels that were incredibly expensive by comparison. Room was good size, modern, clean and comfortable. All staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was typical European and fine.

The room we stayed in was old and had a musty smell upon entering. The given pillows were flat with oversized pillowcases. We only knew we could request for better pillows the next day. Didn’t see the write-up on the table. When we arrived, there was no car park lot in the garage anymore. Luckily, we were able to park in the open space car park which is just opposite the hotel. The receptionist who helped with our check-in was very helpful and answered our queries patiently. The breakfast was quite good. The location of the hotel is really superb. It is near the many places of interest and shopping areas. No need to take any transport. All within walking distance.

Reasonable private room hostel for the price. Good for a short stay. Very clean snd not too far from central Ljubljana. My only issues were the other guests were noisy snd did not respect the quiet hours rule - talking loudly in the hallway till late at night. Also the bed was not a queen bed as listed - it was two single mattresses pushed together- so I could only really sleep on one side.

Hotel centrico, habitacion bonita, comfortable, colchon super comodo. Recepcion en la planta 7, en la misma planta hay salon grande con mesas y sillones, tambien hay cocina compartida con sartenes, placa de cocinar, horno pequeño, lavavajillas, hervidor electrico, platos, tazas, cubiertos. En la planta de la recepcion hay terraza grande con mesas y sillas, vistas al castillo.

Staff member D.J. really helpful & went out of his way to arrange pick up for us, as we had been waiting at train station for three hours with no taxis available as it was a holiday on June 8th. Breakfast varied & lovely. All staff members really friendly & helpful.

Stayed in room 711 for 4 nights Large well equipped room with 2 large beds. Table, two chairs, desk, TV, safe deposit box, large wardrobe, hairdryer and make up mirror. Bathtub and lots of amenities. Clean room and housekeeping excellent! Pool and spa on the 9th floor. Helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in a very good location. Everything was modern and clean, and there were lots of facilities such as a kitchen, washing machines, a bar etc. We stayed in one of the log cabins on the top bunk. It was kind of fun and the bed was big, but it was quite difficult to climb up there, so would only recommend it if you are young and fairly agile. The only issue was that the person that checked us in tried to get us to pay the full amount again for the room. When we showed him the payment confirmation, he then tried to get us to pay the tourist tax (which we had also already prepaid). He said that it was only possible to pay this at the hotel, however this wasn't true as we had already paid. When we showed him this, he accepted that we had already paid, so I would recommend making sure you have all payment confirmation to hand. We also were not told that there were four different shared bathrooms (one for men, one for women, one mixed, and one with private rooms), and that the women's bathroom was out of order. Worth knowing that there are private cubicles there if you want them.

Very nice hotel, I really liked the location, must of the staff is very attentive and willing to help, food is good, the rooms are big and very confortable, would stay there again. Minor inconvenient, on my last night housekeeping forgot to clean my room… hate when that happens, took more than 45 min for someone to finally get to my room

Loved this hotel! Breakfast was great choice and standard. Our room was a family delux style with inner doors to separate two beds. Bathroom was luxurious with bathtub. Nice touches to room such as an umbrella to use. So convenient to river and nearby attractions. The staff from reception to housekeeping were excellent. Very efficient and everything worked. Would definitely stay again.
