J’ai passé trois nuits à l’hôtel zenitude mon séjour s’est relativement bien passé étant un habitué du site je savais déjà où je mettais les pieds c’est un hôtel assez intéressant niveau qualité prix c’est pour cela que j’y vais souvent mais je suis forcé de constater que d’année en année il y’a une dégradation des lieux dû à une certaine négligence notamment en ce qui concerne l’entretien des chambres qui selon moi n’est pas fait sérieusement ( équipement vétuste ; rideau déchiré ; baie vitrée qui ne se ferme pas correctement ; ampoules brûlées qui ne sont pas changées etc…). Dans une précédente évaluation que j’avais rédigé concernant ce même hôtel dans le cadre d’un autre séjour je m’étais déjà plaint de nombreux désagréments qui viennent se cumuler à ceux que je viens de citer j’espère que les propriétaires réagiront pour rectifier tout cela car si il n’y a pas de changement je pense que je choisirais une autre destination pour mes week-end

Lors de notre retraite de groupe au Canella Beach Hotel, chaque instant était un petit morceau de perfection. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel, avec leurs sourires chaleureux et leur incroyable efficacité, a transformé notre séjour en une expérience fluide et délicieusement agréable. Nous étions un groupe de 20 à 30 personnes, et pourtant, ils ont su nous faire sentir comme une famille. La plage, à deux pas, était un tableau de sérénité, ajoutant une touche de magie à nos journées. C'était comme avoir notre propre coin de paradis, où le temps semblait s'arrêter. Nos chambres étaient des nids douillets de propreté et de confort - de véritables cocons où chaque réveil était un plaisir. Le buffet était une célébration de la cuisine locale, une véritable fête des sens, avec des mets délicats adaptés à toutes les restrictions alimentaires - un rêve pour les gourmands! La cerise sur le gâteau était notre salle de conférence, face à l'océan bleu azur. C’était un lieu d'inspiration, où les idées coulaient aussi librement que les vagues. Les pauses sur la plage étaient nos moments de respiration, remplis de rires et de souvenirs inestimables. Chaque moment passé au Canella Beach Hotel était empreint de bonheur pur. Ce séjour a non seulement répondu à nos attentes, mais les a surpassées, laissant dans nos cœurs un souvenir indélébile. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe du Canella Beach Hotel pour avoir rendu notre expérience si spéciale et personnalisée!

Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi il y avait 2 onglets sur ce site MAHOGANY et CREOLE BEACH. Ayant séjourné au MAHOGANY c'était juste le nom d'un bâtiment dans l'enceinte du Créôle Beach. Belle chambre, literie neuve, pas de problème internet, chaines canal sat. Beau parc paysagé très bien entretenu. Accueil, restaurant, petit déjeuner et femmes de ménages et la gouvernante l'ensemble professionnels. Ici la piscine est la même pour les 2 enseignes et je suis d'accord avec les messages précédents concernant l'accès piscine ”ouvert à tous”, et nous sommes hors saison ! L'accès devrait être réservé aux seuls possédants de la serviette de l'hôtel...c'est simple mais aucun contrôle ....j'ai constaté que d'autres touristes et locaux arrivaient en fin d'après midi régulièrement étant présent dans la piscine a ces horaires. Le vigile reste sur la plage...15 jours et zéro passage du vigile..alors les contrôles... La plage privée devrait être mieux nettoyée ”dans l'eau”ayant peu de fond main afin de faire la différence pour cet hôtel ”4 étoiles” Avoir une plage sans algues stagnantes c'est un travail quotidien et indispensable à faire dans le contexte des sargasses. C'est incroyable ici comme partout en GUADELOUPE...il est souvent fait le minimum, juste ce qui est apparent.... Le restaurant gastro sur la mer est pour le moment fermé. Excellente impression générale hors remarque de la piscine et algues stagnantes dans l'eau.. Depuis aout 2018 sur cet onglet visiblement le directeur ne réponds plus aux messages ou ne s'intéresse plus aux avis !!! .
