The service by the reception has been excellent and welcoming. San*** has been great and accommodating. The excursions have been amazing. We enjoyed ourselves so much.Cindy handled everything in a respectful manner. The cleaning service was beyond my expectations. Isabelle has-been hands on. We always found our room clean and organized. Aslam helped us with everything we needed. We never had to lift a finger with him around. Overall the members have been affable.

We stayed at OceanV, Grand Baie for 7 nights and we absolutely LOVED our stay. We took the “all inclusive” package and I can really recommend this option as this really makes the entire holiday more enjoyable, no need to stress about paying for any drinks, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Inclusive package review: You get a set menu for lunch and dinner which is always decent. My wife is a fussy eater but always managed to find something to eat. For dinner you can also choose options off the main menu which helps when the kitchen is a bit adventurous with the set menu. The drinks that are included are three types of beer, three types of wine, 8/9 cocktails and three mocktails as well as a wide range of cooldrink and hot beverages. This was really sufficient and if you do want to try anything else, you can always just order from the bar. Room and service review: The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The room was perfect, amazing view of the sea and an aircon that we had on the entire time and worked perfectly. The staff cleaned the room and bathroom everyday, no complaints, just compliments. Trips/Excursions: We did not use the hotel’s recommended service providers as they were a bit expensive. We went on a catamaran trip, initially using the hotel connection but after they cancelled we were able to find Coral Belle, a very professional catamaran trip company who have three catamaran’s that go to the islands every day, they have a little shop in sunset boulevard - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We took the bus everywhere, Grand Baie for shopping and Port Louis for the day trip - really worth it regarding the price 24 rs from Pereybere to Grand Baie and 44 rs from Pereybere to Port Louis. Recommended to wait for the express bus to Port Louis if you can, the normal bus takes a quite while longer. Finally, the beach is walking distance, 300m, and we were able to walk around to the beach right in front of the hotel for privacy and less crowded. All Round: We would come back and recommend!!!

Where shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. OUr warmest thanks to Vidusha!! But also to Vinesh, Med, Vajna and Vashish (I Hope I got the names right) We hop to see you soon!

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. Kevin and his team will be sure that you leave with the biggest smile on your face after each meal! Well done team!

整體來説還可以，但是沒有達到預期。酒店設施還算比較齊全，也比較乾淨衞生。酒店大堂的裝修風格不是我們同行小夥伴喜歡的，在三亞可以找到類似的酒店。在日落時的海邊和海上水屋還是十分好看的。服務太慢，check in等了大概兩三個小時。浴巾等生活用品酒店前台不會直接給，要等別人送到你的房間。我們對吃的也不太滿意，價格也不低。四家餐廳相對好吃的是意大利餐廳。

We were super happy with our choice and had a magnificent stay. The compound is more like a village and the traditional houses amidst the tropical garden combined with lots of natural material and modern design give it a calming, laid back and yet luxurious vibe. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. For a while you can almost feel like part of a mauritian family ... The garden is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, simple but tasteful. Everything is kept very clean and neat. We can especially recommend the mauritian a la carte restaurant (which is included) that highlights mauritian cuisine in a modern, classy way. The cocktails are great (wines not so much though), the coffee was good (!) and the offer at the restaurant is more than enough and various. We really liked all those ”little” extras like the (drinking)water fountains spread across the compound, the tea bar, the also free possibilities to rent kayaks or pedalos and go on a boat trip to go snorkeling or swimming in the lagoon. That was great! They also really try to make an effort sustainability-wise like instead of using sugar and cream in single packages it comes in jars and jugs and also in the room you get a lovely tray with little glass jars filled with coffee and tea. Super cute! The little boutique sells a well chosen variety of local and sustainable souvenirs and even considering the entertainment they are keeping it local and support not only local culture but well chosen artists. We felt close to mauritian culture, well looked after and basked in the tasteful ambiance! It was magnifique. Merci a tous

We have visited Grand Baie twice before and decided on an apartment this time. We weren't disappointed, lovely apartment on 3rd floor. Roomy Kitchen, nice balcony, great bedroom with good air conditioning and fantastic bathroom. Staff always there and eager to please, lovely cleaners with fresh sheets and fresh towels. Good size pool and often the chance to swim in your own. Very near to superu supermarket with everything you need, takeaways within that complex, only 5 min walk. Restaurants just beyond Superu going into central Grand Baie with good public beaches. Recommend Talipot Restaurant for reasonable prices, Blue Lagoon only short walk with a great Chinese restaurant next door. Spent a month, had a scooter so we could travel to beaches, Trox au Biches our favourite. Would live to come back again with family. Everyone so pleasant and friendly. The central figure orchestrating our memorable stay was Adasha, who is truly the embodiment of hospitality. Whether it was our daily breakfast service, ensuring our comfort throughout the day, or even arranging an incredibly romantic proposal setup, she attended to every detail with remarkable diligence and warmth. Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty.
