先說優點： 位置好，在yasawa羣島比較好的區域，沙灘細膩，海水顏色分層，自然環境沒得說，棒！ 再說普遍情況： yasawa羣島上大多數度假村都有強制包餐計劃，這個在訂房前會有提前說明，餐費是過去現付。這家的價格是每人每天159斐幣（三餐）。 接下來是缺點： 1. 島上蚊蟲較多，不過原生態的大環境都這樣，可以理解，建議帶足驅蚊水上島即可。 2. 住的花園別墅（雙卧），我們這間和隔壁那間都是一間有正規空調，一間是臨時制冷機，臨時的那間機器聲音超級大，嗡嗡嗡一個晚上，睡覺輕的慎選。 3. 重點吐槽：這家的退房時間是早上9:30-10:30之間，然而入住時沒有任何人以口頭或書麪方式告之。 到了退房當天早上9點多，酒店強行讓客人們離開去酒店休息區等待（下島的船是中午1點到酒店門口碼頭）。在我們的堅持下，酒店給安排了一間臨時的waiting room，可以待到12點。 後來和其它客人聊天才知道（問了三四家），大家在入住時都沒有被告之退房時間（有一位在退房前一晚在床上看到了酒店放的書麪通知單，所以提前半天知道了這事），很多人一大早都匆匆忙忙很尷尬😅。 和攜程反饋了這件事，攜程處理很積極，也努力作出了補償，現在已更新了酒店的退房時間。 但是酒店這種服務態度，訂這家的要謹慎考慮😅

The people made the resort wonderful. We were paid full attention to… Getting us fresh lemon, and ginger tea every morning. Excellent food, service, and tropical drinks and smoothies from our wonderful bartender . Special shout out to our wonderful waiter and friend… Queen Mary I love to visit with him and hear all the stories of the islands… they even did a special dance for us at the cava ceremony. special massages were wonderful in a beautiful spa by the sea. All the workers were friendly and accommodating… Singing us in with a welcome song, and singing us out with a Goodbye song. We had tears in our eyes to leave but we will return again. The location of the resort was wonderful. Private enough with only 10 beautiful, cottages., But enough activities to keep us busy. I would recommend staying for a week if possible. Our visit to the village and attending church, and having the church children’s choir come to sing to us at the resort was one of our highlights . If you can bring gifts for all the people and the children. It did take a four hour ferry ride to get there, which was very scenic. Many flew in on helicopter but that’s a more expensive option. We met many wonderful friends from all over the world and had a wonderful time. Thank you to the staff at Navutu stars resort, Maureen and Alan.

Upon arrival we had a lovely greeting by staff and then we were offered a cold drink which was nice after travelling from Port Denarau for 3 hours.  We checked into our garden room which we found spacious, clean and comfortable but lacked hanging space for clothes for two people and no decent lounge area, only one chair. The slate floor in parts were a bit uneven so at times we could trip over. Our room was located right next to the construction site so after a few days staff approached us and offered to move us to another room.  The only time it was a bit of an issue is when we wanted to have a rest in the room during the day. The second room to the Cove area was a lovely upgrade so this was very much appreciated. Vinaka. All the meals here at Paradise Cove were excellent and we were so impressed with all the food. The compulsory meal plan is't cheap but the quality was great and the wide range of choices made it enjoyable, you certainly do not go hungry here.  Breakfast at the main restaurant Black Rock would be a hot dish of choice and then a selection of continental buffet breakfast all very good.  Lunch at the Black Rock restaurant had a good choice of meals but our favourite was the Spanish style tapas which were fantastic as you could choose three dishes each so we could share a variety of dishes with my partner which we really enjoyed. The Japanese Omakase restaurant for dinner was great and we enjoyed watching the amazing chefs create every dish into a work of art. My partner enjoyed the Japanese food more than I did simply because it was a new cuisine to me and just not used to a lot of raw food.  A big thank you to the head chef Tui and all his crew for creating so many delicious meals, you are all very talented chefs.   Also thank you to the staff for singing happy birthday and the birthday dessert plate for my partner, it was a lovely celebration.  The resort here is lovely, beautiful crystal clear water and great snorkelling just off the beach which was so enjoyable.  It was nice to be able to fill up our water bottles at the bar with icy cold water for free that was available most of the time.  The three pools were great, the main pool located near the main bar and restaurant had more shade as the two in the Cove area didn't have much shade and hardly used by guests, perhaps because the water was quite warm.  We thought the Cove area was adult only but this wasn't the case when it came to the pool areas. The staff here are friendly but some were not as engaging as others. A special thanks to Sova the lovely dive master who took my husband out on some wonderful dives, he enjoyed them all.  Also thank you to the lovely staff, Knox, Moses, Kara, Eta, Joe, Joe, Samu, Milly, Silo and all the staff sorry we can't remember all the names.  We have been to Fiji 8 times now and this was our first trip to the beautiful Yasawa Islands.  We both agree this resort has been the best we have stayed at and certainly one we won't forget. Barefoot Manta was amazing! We spent 5 nights and had the best time. The staff were incredible, especially the resident marine biologist Rob who was a mine of information and enthusiasm. There are 3 different beaches to snorkel from and the snorkelling was the best we have ever seen, it is a protected marine reserve and we participated in coral planting which was great. The Manta Ray trips happened on 3 of our 5 days, it is a bit of an uncontrolled bun fight with various resorts sending their boats to see the mantas but the Barefoot Manta crew were educated and respectful. The resort is beautiful and has a lovely vibe, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a double Bure on the sunset side, it was a permanent tent and it was all that we could have wished for, right on the beach. The meal plan is really expensive by our standards, I would have preferred an al a carte option as I have food restrictions and I found that eating salad and rice for almost every meal was boring and repetitive. The staff did try though, however $40 Fijian for salad and rice was a bit on the nose. Bring snacks! It would have been good if they could have made the tea/coffee available all day and maybe had something available for afternoon tea as it is 6 hrs between lunch and dinner. We do recommend this place.

One word- fantastic!!!! But most importantly people people people! Every single person working in this hotel is pure gold! We were traveling with 2 young kids ages 3 and 5 and the staff showed so much genuine love to them, entertaining them when they can, hugging, hi 5-ing all the time. It is not kid-family “targeting” resort so it does not have playgrounds or slides or kids club like many big resorts do. But honestly we didn’t miss it. If that’s what you need then pick some of the bigger resorts not to be disappointed. We wanted to give true Fijian experience to our kids so they exactly got that. Food was soo tasty and just amazing!!!!!! Also compared to any other resort in Fiji. You pay for drinks on top but it is same everywhere else in Fiji. Beautiful reef for snorkeling literally off the beach. We saw black tip reef sharks just standing at the beach. Our 5 years old loved snorkling!!! All the snorkeling gears (including for kids), kayaks and paddle board are free of charge. Guided free snorkeling tours every, shark/coral talks every day with marine biologists. On Fridays they do Kava ceremony which was super nice. I loved how staff in general would engage with the guests during late evening hours, especially solo travellers felt very taken care by everyone. We are also so grateful to the management for their generous help with the nurse appointment. Our little boy got his ear infection back (he had one before we travelled to Fiji) in the morning of our departure day. Within minutes that I informed the staff, not knowing what to do, the manager of the hotel organized a speed boat (completely free of charge) and 3 super lovely Fijian staff took us to the village in a different island where we could get checked and get antibiotics. We made it back to the island on time for our ferry. We unfortunately can’t remember all the names but Moses- you are amazing and the hat you made will travel to Denmark with us. Lessy- our boys had crush on you, thank you for being so sweet! A lovely elderly man in the band (whose son also works there), Eliassa from the bar, jack, levay, snorkling instructors, Seta, hotel manager - you all are amazing! Vinaka.

The place is definitely not a 5 star resort but the facilities are still excellent and the staff are what truly makes this place memorable. They always bend over backwards to help you with anything you need. They make sure you’re comfortable and happy. The snorkeling in the reef right out front of the resort is outstanding however we always chose to snorkel at more remote locations on excursions that were offered. But that was just a personal preference. The food is good although nothing special but the staff always does their best to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. The main issue to be prepared for is the charges for excursions and for renting snorkeling equipment, etc. it does feel a little nit-picky but overall we were very satisfied with our stay and the facilities. Be aware that only the beachfront bures have air conditioning but most people didn’t complain. Also those that were there for diving were very satisfied and felt the value was fantastic. The staff all know what they’re doing and nobody ever felt unsafe. For good value and lots of fun interacting with a great staff and very interesting travelers from all over the world I can’t recommend Manataray Island Resort enough.

This was our second trip to Octopus and my 5th time in Fiji in 33 years. Our group of seven included a toddler and a disabled family member requiring special equipment, assistance on and off water transport and with water sports. Even before we had left Australia, I was heartened by the incredible attention we received from Sharene the manager in addressing all my questions and needs. No request was too difficult and Sharene went seriously out of her way to ensure we would have the BEST possible experience - but that was only an indication of what was to follow. The extraordinary energy, warmth and generosity of Sharene and her husband CJ was impressive and memorable - we felt utterly spoilt and have missed them and their staff very much since leaving almost two months ago! I have not experienced quite this level of hospitality anywhere else in the world (even in Fiji!). We feel part of the Octopus family and a week doesn't go by without thinking about our time there and these delightful people. On a practical note, the beach front bures were well worth the extra cost for the space and in particular for the beach front verandah and day bed. Plus the outdoor ensuites are a lovely addition. One generally doesn't travel to Fiji for extraordinary food - the geographical limitations makes that difficult. However, the food was much improved since our visit in 2007 and was really good. The size and intimacy of the resort is appealing. We preferred it to the larger, more commercial resorts available. We met some lovely guests and still enjoyed having our own space. The staff were warm and seemed happy and motivated. The weather is more constant than on the mainland (where it rains frequently). The white, soft sandy and azure water is hard to beat - well worth travelling up to the Yasawa Group of islands if you want to find good snorkling and stunning beaches. The resort caters well for families and offers a good range of activities and services. We asked for a private, lobster banquet/dinner to celebrate a special event and were very impressed by the effort that went in to making it an incredibly memorable evening, in a stunning location. Under the current management, I cannot recommend Octopus Resort, Fiji more highly.

A wonderful stay here for a mother and adult daughter. Very relaxing, and the staff was so friendly and seemed genuinely happy. So refreshing these days! And, they remembered us day to day, something you don't see very often. Meals were outstanding, and the system they use to get visitors checked in and checked out when time to go is seamless. A magical place; we didn't want to leave!

交通：從vuda Marina出發，酒店免費接送，去其他地方需要和小島老闆溝通，老闆超熱情，去cloud9也找了自己的朋友送我們去，雖然去cloud9的船不怎麼樣，但反而很刺激（500fjd一艘小船） 衛生：衛生就還是很乾凈的，衹是在島周圍浮潛完會帶很多沙到床上 環境：環境很棒，酒店正麪的沙灘很垃圾，但島另一的沙灘很挺好的。重點！重點！重點！這個島周圍浮潛可以看到海龜，運氣好還可以看到“友善的”鯊魚！ 服務：服務頂級！完爆香格裏拉這種品牌酒店（品牌酒店人很多，服務人員就不是很熱情，甚至點餐都不積極，水都不給）。小島上的服務人員，甚至會記得你的名字給你打招呼，人多的時候還有kava歡迎會和篝火晚會，就讓人感覺各方面都被伺候得很周到，返回主島后酒店會幫你安排出租，我們強調了要打表的（被不打表的司機亂宰），打車從vuda Marina到香格裏拉酒店才不到80刀，反而從香格裏拉去機場被品牌酒店亂宰120刀。 優點：服務熱情，超級熱情，小島人很少，可以獨佔沙灘玩，小島很安靜，島周圍水也很好，有很多魚和海龜 缺點： 有很多免費活動（划船，paddleboarding）需要自己去諮詢，附近沒有鮮艷的珊瑚，早午餐比較單一，Wi-Fi不太行
