Réservation de dernière minute suite erreur de resa de mon entreprise : personne très pro, agréable, réactive avec un vrai sens du service. Chambre petite ms très propre, on vous accueille par votre nom au petit déjeuner, on s’enquiert de savoir comment vous allez et de quoi vous avez besoin. Cerise ultime sur le gâteau : on vous rappelle quelques minutes après votre départ pour vous informer que la femme de chambre a trouvé vos AirPods ! The hotel will not win any design contests but it gets top marks for location, between the Arc de Triomphe and the Roman Theater, the former fairly close. The hotel is functional, very unfussy. It did have coffee and tea making facilities, a bonus. The bathroom was large enough. I had three single beds in my room, a chair, a luggage rack and a writing desk. Wifi signal was quite good during the day but had to head down to reception in the evening. I did see staff react quickly [not ‘we will send somebody’] when someone had a room issue. This is the first place in years that has not had password protected wifi. Parking on site was free. The breakfast had a decent range of options for 12 euros.

Nous y avons fait une nuit en escale. Hôtel très sympathique pour le tarif très abordable (74€), c’est propre, c’est très spacieux. Parking gratuit donc très pratique, le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. Malheureusement gros bémol, le seul pour nous mais pas un des moindre : la literie. Le sommier grince on dirait qu’il est à 2 doigts de lâcher et ne parlons pas du matelas…. Mal de dos pour tous les deux le matin et nous n’avons pas bien dormi. Peut-être pouvoir changer ça parce que c’est vraiment la seule chose qui ne va pas.

Je visite plusieurs fois par an les Ibis et Ibis style.Ma première visite pour celui-ci.Hôtel propre,calme,toujours la même remarque pourquoi n’y a-t-il pas de support pour poser les produits dans la douche,La salle de petit déjeuner est agréable mais la disposition des produits est trop dispersée on cherche tout.Bien situé à 15/20 minutes à pieds du théâtre antique si vous venez comme moi voir un concert.Personnel très professionnel.
