這是一家有着深厚藝術底蘊的酒店，酒店門頭不太大，進去之後處處都是驚喜，特別適合拍照打卡，服務也很好，冬天來的，房間很暖，陽台上看整個瀉湖景觀，位置超級棒。可以加床，入住時已經是22:00，報着方便試試看的心態，來到酒店的餐廳，沒想到最驚艷的是樓上的餐廳，這是歐洲行吃的最正式的意大利餐廳，吃一道菜上一套餐具，太講究了。竟然吃到了很棒的鵝肝，甜品的精美和層次豐富的味道，真是太好了。第二天早上的自助早餐，更加出乎意料，景觀一流不說，早餐的豐富和美味，也是一流的，位置離嘆息橋特別近，聖馬可廣場太美了，附近店鋪的商品也特別好，80 歐坐了貢多拉，很值！從酒店去機場坐水上的士，130歐從酒店大堂側門直接就上船，很方便。來酒店時，不懂，坐了水上巴士，每人15歐，巴士見站就停，船上坐滿了人，一個小時才到聖馬可廣場站，下了船，拖着行李箱走了300米左右過了嘆息橋，就到了酒店。不是很方便，如果從機場花130歐坐水上的士，20分鐘就可以直接到酒店大堂側門。

This was one of the absolute best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. While this is a 5 star hotel, it should be rated a 10 star. Some highlights: Giacomo deserves to be praised for his incredible service. I communicated with him prior to our arrival and he was timely with communication and provided world class service. We had the pleasure of checking in with him where he gave us a very customized and personal experience. He paid attention to all the details we wanted for dinner and our Murano experience the following day and everything was arranged for us to perfection. We had an amazing dinner thanks to him and a one of kind custom Murano experience. Truly cannot express enough gratitude for Giacomo. The room was absolutely amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a beautiful and peaceful terrace to enjoy wine on. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious and the other staff members made sure we made our boat for Murano. This is not just about staying at a hotel. This is an experience where you are made to feel like a guest in their home with luxury and comfort. Thank you to the staff. We had such an amazing experience!

The hotel location was superb - it is located near the entrance to a canal close to the northwestern part of the island, so getting here by water taxi from the airport is simple. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station when we were leaving, which made our departure stress-free, and also a short walk to the Rialto path that takes you straight to St Marks. This boutique hotel has simple and elegant furnishings, was super clean, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful - always welcoming and asking us if we needed anything. The breakfast was the best we had in any Italy hotel and was quite generous portion sizes - yogurt with granola, fruit, coffee, bread, meats/cheeses, and a selection of an a la carte item. All of the food was made in the hotel’s charming 1-star michelin restaurant, Dama (which we also enjoyed) - nothing was canned or packaged. We stayed in the top floor room with a terrace that has a lovely view of the city. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for my 50th birthday in December and fell in love with both the hotel and Venice. We booked through Easyjet as a package. We were so lucky with the weather – bright blue skies every day. Great service from when we arrived. We got there in the morning - much too early to check-in but they got our room ready so we only had to wait a few minutes. It was nice to unpack before we went back out. Our room was on the side of the hotel and you could see the gondola station (we took a ride on the morning of my birthday) and canal if you leant out of the window. We had a large room with separate sitting area and dressing room. It was beautifully decorated – whilst a little old fashioned, it was very much in the venetian style. Very clean and we liked the evening turn-down. Service was excellent – particularly at breakfast when the server welcomed us each morning and remembered our coffee orders. Breakfast was served in a beautiful room with painted ceilings and had a good selection of hot and cold food and lots of lovely local specialities - cakes, meats and cheese. If you want a fry-up I suggest you stay in the UK! A nice touch was the vintage prosecco that was included. The hotel even provided us with a free private taxi to the islands of Murano and Burano where you got a tour of the glass factory and the lace shop. I think they hope you might spend money there but there is no obligation to. It was a nice touch. Venice itself at this time of year was fairly quiet and local restaurants and cafes surprisingly inexpensive (if you avoid the main square). Some great *****nis - they don't do English measures! We also loved seeing all the people dressed as Santa Claus on the canals. My recommendation is to book a private water taxi to get there – great experience and we really did arrive in style. Coffee in the bar at the hotel was very expensive so avoid - there are plenty of places just outside the hotel. I have seen previous reviews saying that the hotel looks a bit tired but I guess we would all look a little bit tired if we were that old! We thought it was stunning and tbh, most of Venice is pretty tatty – it is part of the charm of this surreal location. We will be back!

Over the past 25 years, my husband and I have stayed in a variety of hotels. Some of higher quality than The Londra Palace and some of lesser, but never, ever, have we been treated as poorly as we were at The Londra. I am shocked that this property allows such behavior and that Relais and Chateaux accepts these standards. When we arrived at TLP on September 30th, we were accompanied by a friend of my family’s. I have known this woman since I was three and she is like a second mother to me. My friend spends every September in Venice and we were excited to see each other. She met us at the train to greet us and ensure we found our way to our hotel safely. As we were checking-in, my family friend told Ilaria, the concierge she wanted to join us upstairs “just to see” our room. She knew I had purposely chosen a room with a terrace overlooking the lagoon and she wanted to take in the view. She had no luggage and no outward signs she was planning to stay but instead of being gracious and hospitable, Ilaria replied, “I must see an ID. We need to know who is in our hotel.” I was taken aback, but unaware of local laws, did not say anything. My friend handed over her ID and Ilaria told her in a cold tone, “You may have this back when you leave.” Ilaria escorted us to our room, showed us the amenities and made her way towards the door. Before she left, she looked at my friend and said, “I will see you downstairs.” I was flabbergasted by her rudeness. Unfortunately for us, Ilaria was so preoccupied with removing our guest, she failed to mention anything about breakfast. We only found out the night before we left that The Londra serves a complimentary breakfast in a beautiful dining room. That would have been nice to have known! Normally, that is something a guest would be informed of at check-in. Perhaps, even taken to the room to be shown where to go in the morning. Not us. Not Ilaria. After saying goodbye to my family friend, we sat on the terrace for a few minutes. I couldn’t help but notice an old wad of chewing gum stuck to the marble. By the looks of it, it had been there a while and it made me really consider how well the rooms are cleaned at TLP. We chose not to drink out of any glasses or touch anything unnecessary the rest our time. When we set out for the evening, I stopped at the concierge desk. I wanted to ask that someone scrape the gum and if Ilaria could email the restaurant, Venissa for me. I wanted to confirm our upcoming reservation and the travel plans with the owner of the restaurant. My Italian is terrible and I had expected Ilaria to offer to call or email on our behalf. Instead, she replied, “It is easy, Info@Venissa.it.” She did not even bother to write the information on a piece of paper for me. I was so surprised at her curt behavior, I forgot to ask about the gum. About an hour later, my husband received a text from a colleague recommending, a local restaurant for dinner. Amazing 5 stars hotel! The service was perfect, very smiling and helpful. Beautiful design, fully renovated with very modern touch. Very spacious king room, so comfortable! The garden is absolutely stunning, one hidden gem in Venice! Location is in a very quiet area, not far from the train station and in front of Murano. Would love to come back!

UBICACION Y TRANSPORTE: El hotel está ubicado en Giudeca, la isla de enfrente de Venecia. Es necesario un barco para ir. El hotel ofrece un servicio en barco cada 30 min desde san marco, por 15€ por persona y estancia. OJO, no es gratis, he visto comentarios que dicen que es gratis, y en el hotel me aseguraron que nunca ha sido gratuito. Si quieres coger los barcos de ACTV que son como buses marítimos, vale 9'50€ por 75min, y de ese modo lo puedes coger en otra parada que no sea san marco y vaya a la isla de Giudeca. Esto es importante tener en cuenta porque al precio del hotel tendrás que sumarle unos 30€ si vais en pareja, por el transporte al hotel por estar en otra isla. Tengo que decir que la isla es muy bonita , con restaurantes muy buenos y bien de precio y esta muy poco transitada, solo van allí locales, no hay turistas y los precios no son como los de restaurantes para turistas. En ese sentido muy recomendable para estar en una parte mas tranquila de Venecia. PERSONAL: es muy amable, aunque no hablan español. Antes del viaje intenté comunicarme por todos los medios vía mail, chat o mensaje con el hotel pero fue imposible. Así que si tienes consultas que hacer al hotel como lo del transporte , es imposible. HABITACIONES: cogí una suite para estar cómoda y no tener problemas, no escatimé en gastos. hay dos zonas, la zona nueva y la zona vieja, hay unas habitaciones que son las viejas y son mas antiguas. Por suerte me dieron las nuevas. Las nuevas están mas arregladas, pero está muy muy lejos de ser una calidad real de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Como arquitecta he de decir que no cumple los estándares de calidad de los hoteles de 5 estrellas. Los acabados son descuidados y los materiales de mala calidad. Todo el suelo de la habitación estaba sucio. Había polvo en todas partes, las lámparas estaban llenas de polvo. Las vistas desde la cama, eran la puerta y unos extractores enormes llenos de polvo. La silicona de la bañera estaba despegada y mal puesta. El espejo del baño parecía sacado de un bazar oriental, un diseño horrible para ser un Hilton 5 estrellas. el sellado de las baldosas era inexistente. Algo muy importante, hacia mucho frio en la habitación y me di cuenta que entraba mucho aire frio por la carpintería de la ventana, que era nueva pero debía estar mal colocada. Aun poniendo las cortinas y la calefacción, seguía entrando muy frio. una pena que una obra nueva esté en esas condiciones. En todos los hoteles que he estado, y son unos cuantos, ya sean de 2,3,4 o 5 estrellas, los amenities de las habitaciones como el te o café, es gratis ( no las bebidas ni el alcohol, obviamente) pues en este hotel hay que pagar 6 euros por un te de sobre caducado y del mas barato que te puedas encontrar. Me lo tomé pensando que estaba incluido como en todas partes. Me indispuso por completo. me arrepiento por que en la misma calle del hotel había una cafetería muy agradable que me habrían puesto uno mejor y mejor de precio. En fin, un despropósito pagar lo que vale la noche del hotel para obtener eso, no merece la pena.

Hotel yang spektakuler. Hanya bilik yang paling indah yang menghadap ke Grand Canal, yang lain menghadap ke halaman dalaman, tetapi sarapan dan kawasan minuman beralkohol adalah teras yang menghadap ke perairan. Teksi berlabuh terus di hotel dan gondola untuk menyeberangi terusan dalam beberapa minit. Sarapan pagi yang sangat baik. Pengalaman yang indah.
