酒店很夢幻，雖然不在威尼斯本島，但搭乘酒店的私家輪渡可以方便到達聖馬克廣場。酒店帶花園，美輪美奐。

Çok güzeldi teşekkür ederiz

Convenient to get to by water shuttle from the main Venezia train station on the island. Check in and check out was very pleasant from staff. Location is not particularly close to the main area of Venice which is good as it’s generally more quiet and secluded from the crowds but easy enough to get to the tourist areas by foot and water bus. Room is not particularly big but was clean and had everything we needed including bottled water from the hotel.

A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised in taiwan. Everything is in mandarin and they only accept English memo. No refund for our hotel fees. Will reconsider this hotel next time

Close to the vaporetto stop, the beach and the main road. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The mattress was a dream!

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

shuttle bus如果人多了會上不了 我們晚上10點多等了半個小時 酒店前台也沒有提前告知 然後check out的時候多收了我兩次錢 説是同姓 房間號很像 還好我check了 不然90歐元沒了 check out一定要注意。還好攜程幫忙投訴了他們

冰箱裏一切免費，各種小吃免費，早餐免費。房間很大，每個小用品，都值得細細品嚐。每位酒店的服務生都用最美的笑容來對待。住過最好的酒店。實在太完美！
