NNEIL-DEVONIt is my utmost pleasure to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly our baggage was lost due to the airline, but the receptionist Skerdi was brilliant, he calmly notified us of this happening before and that he would assist in calling the airport to check whether the baggage had arrived for us. They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to. Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive. The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly.

PPengguna TetamuConvenient to get to by water shuttle from the main Venezia train station on the island. Check in and check out was very pleasant from staff. Location is not particularly close to the main area of Venice which is good as it’s generally more quiet and secluded from the crowds but easy enough to get to the tourist areas by foot and water bus.
Room is not particularly big but was clean and had everything we needed including bottled water from the hotel.

DDavid_GreWe spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price.
Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.
