JJJJGAn amazing hotel with great location and wonderful service!! A true gem situated down an alley of one of the famous shopping streets in Venice.
Outstanding location: St. Mark’s square, Grand Canal, Bridge of Sigh’s, all these are key attractions which just within walking distance. More importantly easy access to vaporetto stops which can lead to so many other places in Venice, it’s extremely convenient!
Staff are helpful, friendly, attentive and offering to help us on various matters. Excellent service!
Rooms are clean, well decorated with traditional Venetian features, nice flowery design. The room is big and offering very nice and peaceful garden views.
A great continental breakfast was at the courtyard garden, the atmosphere was so relaxed and enjoyed. It was just the right thing and right place to get a day started.
Great value, simply one of my favorites of all time.

MMaxenceLDisappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.

MM255516****The facility is old but all well functional. Anyways this building can be traced back to year 1879.
All the staff are very friendly.
They have upgraded our room because of honeymoon, really appreciate that.
The interior decoration is very vintage and classic.
The breakfast is really out of our expectation.
Overall a very cost effective choice!
Also, the location is great and it is quite near to the train station, no need to take your luggage to cross the bridges!
Overall highly recommend for its cost effective!

JJune Yoon YiIt feels like I have discovered hidden gems. The surroundings are so beautiful, and the service of the hotel is superb. Preserving the exterior of the classic hotel, the interior has been renovated modernly. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel gave the wheelchair user the best room. Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel.

Very friendly staff with efficient checkin and booking of airport shuttle (at a fee of 7.5 euros).
Free croissants and fruits if you don't have time for breakfast - so considerate! The hotel has a cosy family style restaurant though I had not time to enjoy.
Very convenient location just 10 mins away from airport.
Would highly recommend this hotel if you are flying in/out of VCE airport.

PPengguna TetamuI had an absolutely wonderful stay at BW Premier Collection Continental and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
The location is unbeatable — just a five-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, which makes arriving in Venice incredibly easy, especially with luggage. You’re right in the heart of the city while still being able to relax comfortably.
The service was truly impeccable, from reception to room service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One moment that really stood out: I was allowed to sit on the lobby couch and enjoy a bottle of wine that I hadn’t purchased from the hotel — something that almost never happens. Not only did they allow it, but they brought me glasses and even opened the bottle for me with a smile.
Later, I went to buy more wine from the bar, and even though they had technically just closed, they still served me without hesitation. That level of hospitality really says everything.
Amazing location, outstanding service, and a warm, generous atmosphere. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay centrally in Venice while enjoying truly exceptional service.

PPengguna TetamuOur final stay in Venice! Good concierge, really friendly. Location wise also very good and central. Just light walking distance to the basilica and you can see dorsoduro side from here. Room was quite small but ok for a one night stay. Breakfast was quite limited but sufficient and since there was nobody it was only us in the cafe. Good shower. The only downside I can think of is there is no lift/no elevator. So if you have big luggages, be prepared to do some weight lifting even more so if you’re on the higher floors because the stairway is narrow and have many turns. Lucky for me I have my partner.

DDonena WilliamsThis hotel is obviously Old however it is comfortable. I can’t compare it to any of the other hotels there as I haven’t stayed at the others but I will say it has no lift and I was a little concerned how we would get out in the fire. The hallways are long and go round and round like a rabbits Warren.
My overall stay was pleasant and the best thing about it was the awesome breakfast. If you do decide to stay ask for the front terrace rooms I believe they’re not so claustrophobic.

Hotel Malibran may be rated three stars, but the service is top-tier. Everyone, from the concierge to housekeeping, kitchen staff, and waiters, works with genuine warmth. You’re greeted with smiles, and you can tell they’re proud of what they do.
Special thanks to Salvo at the front desk. He’s a standout. Speaks multiple languages, including Chinese. Professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He gave me a personalized trip plan, listed local spots worth visiting, and never got tired of my questions. Rare to find this level of care.
The room: clean, compact, and comfortable. Good enough for working online without any issues.
The included breakfast is decent: breads, cheeses, hams, and cold cuts. Drink choices are solid too.
The hotel is close to Rialto Bridge, which means the area’s prices can be high, but the convenience and access are unbeatable.
Would absolutely stay again. The staff alone make it worth it.
