The front desk service is superb. On my check out date, I needed an extension of my stay and they immediately helped me to get it done. They also called house keeping to have the room cleaned and ready within half an hour. I will certainly stay in the same hotel in my next visit.

酒店距離滕王閣和萬壽宮景區很近，打全五分雖然有點偏高，主要是對這家老的酒店的整體感覺超過了預期，給了溢價分。這次出遊東方豪景是唯一一家不主動要求寫好評的酒店。 首先要表揚的是10月20日中午我到店時大門接待的中年師傅，看到我問詢停車事宜，主動幫我找了停車位，並告知停車位緊張是因為有好幾場婚禮，充電位下午二點多就會有空餘。 到店後酒店主動升級房型，給了有更新裝修的19樓行政樓層，確實19樓看滕王閣景色更美。

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

First impression entering the hotel; lack of the typical Hilton scent, and overall 5 star appearance. The lobby has several stands promoting things I can’t tell what is was in Chinese. This is typical in many Chinese hotels but it lacks the 5 star ambiance. Furthermore, near the lobby bar is a nice dessert cabinet filled with Pepsi and mineral water….why? and next to the entrance some ridiculous game boxes that makes no sense. The room was ok, good size and no issues, good cleaning. The pool was ok too but with a small and rather boring gym next door. The dinner buffet was good and for the price which included free flow of a SA mediocre red wine and beer nothing much to complaint about. The poorest part was breakfast and that was depressing, especially for someone expecting a bit of western and Hilton quality, bread selection poor. It’s ok to have a limited selection but at least make the limited selection good and fresh og the day, don’t serve 2 days old bread, that is unacceptable.

The location doesn't offer much around and there are no dining options other than the on-site restaurant. But those are the only disadvantages; the grounds are beautiful and the room is extremely spacious and comfortable! The facilities are well-maintained and the restaurant portions are copious and quite tasty. To get around the hotel, the front desk sends a golf cart. The pool staff were very helpful filling the pool with colder water when we stayed in the summer. It feels like a true holiday. I would choose this hotel again if in the area and in need of a staycation!

昨天剛從九江旅遊回來，入住在九江市裡的九江信華建國酒店，一共住了三個晚上。現點評如下: 服務:這個👆🏻要首先點評一下。非常的好，非常的到位。入住時，老婆提出想要觀看江景。前台服務員小李很好👌🏻，給我們免費升級了。在此表示感謝！客服服務也很好👌🏻👌🏻。打掃🧹的十分乾淨，還送了三次水果👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻。早餐很是豐富。 位置:優越。距離九江市著名的景點潯陽樓，鎖江樓和琵琶亭都很近，門口有公交車可直達這些景點。站在酒店樓上就可以欣賞到長江了！酒店旁就是浪井和庾亮樓和灌嬰樓。身後就是大中樓步行街。離九江**舊址和甘棠湖也就是李公堤，煙水亭，觀音閣，思賢橋這些景點也很近，步行和公交車均可到達。地理位置可謂是極其的優越。 設施:非常的完善，齊全，齊備，舒適。五星酒店是名副其實的。 衞生:非常的滿意！乾淨整潔，一塵不染！！是我們旅行以來入住的賓館酒店中衞生工作搞的最好的一家！！！ 總而言之，五星⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐好評是當之無愧的！！！！

Nice hotel for business travelers not far from train station excellent front desk service

第一次來南昌旅行 特意拍了酒店+門票的套餐模式 Anna的服務真心贊一個 優點： 1.酒店從半山升級到隔壁的施伯閣 房間超大 還有衣帽間 雖然2016年建的但維護的還不錯 2.早餐很豐富 家人都很滿意 南昌拌粉連吃了兩天 3.Anna很貼心從辦理入住就加了微信 後續門票、停車、換枕頭都幫忙一一及時解決問題 必須好評 缺點： 1.我兑換的是海洋世界的門票。整個商場的空調都太太太差了，衹玩了三四十分鐘就出來，一身汗。海洋世界有點弱，免費送的票也堅持不下去。花錢買就更沒必要，最好看的是人魚表演，除了這個其餘都不太行。 2.衞生間的地磚不是有的酒店那種吸水快乾的磚，材質更像是大理石，不防滑。第二天早上起來洗漱，可能頭天晚上地面沒有完全徹底幹透。一走進去就摔倒了，雙膝蓋落地。左膝立馬就滲血青紫了，聯繫Anna送了碘伏。建議在衞生間和房間連接處固定設定一個防滑墊，小孩中老年人都摔不起，積極消除隱患才好。因為第一天對酒店服務留下了好印象，所以沒有發生任何糾紛。但不是每一次隱患都能順利解決。

房間很新，視野很好，雖然離老城區有點距離但是其實附近好吃的好玩的有很多，每天通過智能小愛打開窗簾，看到贛江的美景賞心悦目，值得一提的是窗簾非常密閉，可以睡到很晚還感覺是在夜裡哈哈

Location good, close to May 1st square, some shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable but during my stay in May the air conditioning was not working properly and so couldn't get the room temperature down to below 26c. Staff were lovely and tried to help by giving me a fan but it was still a bit too warm.

A truly nice and wonderful hotel with staff that are considerate and helpful. Only issue I can say I had was the bathtub plug allowing for water to drain away. A hotel I will be happy to stay at again in future visits to Shangrao.

The location is not so far and you can walk from Shangrao station about two blocks opposite the station in 8-10 mins. Everything is perfect . Room is very wide and has hi tech technology for any facilities equipment in the room. The breakfast line is great. At night you can walk around the area to find food stall or restaurant for your dinner. There is 1-2 minimart. The front staff is so kind and has a good service to call a taxi for us on the rainy day. Recommend this hotel if u want to visit Shangrao for sightseeing.

這次黃山、婺源之行最美的照片都在篁嶺，集曬秋、小橋流水、徽派建築於一體，建議大家去婺源篁嶺景區最好住山上酒店，用兩個半天的時間，在景點進行一次深度遊。既可以看到晚上萬家燈火，又可以體驗早晨的寧靜，避開白天的旅遊團。住山山這家酒店體驗很好，位置在景區右邊山頂處，比較安靜。服務貼心，從提前告知景區門口辦理入住手續，到乘坐纜車和電瓶接駁到酒店，點到點服務。我住的這個房子有個陽台可以拍到景區的建築和對面的山景，真美。推薦喜歡拍照的朋友。

本來十一定了從上海自駕去廈門的方向，結果到了福鼎遇到樂颱風，臨時改方向來婺源，帶兩個娃。打電話給店裡，店裡負責人態度非常的好，因為當時衹剩一間房還是臨時退出來的，老闆馬上給我安排了入住，因為臨時入住後面幾天房間也比較緊張，老闆幫忙協調房間，爭取讓我們不換房，態度非常的好。關於位置：酒店出門步行一個路口就是婺女洲。去葟嶺開車差不多1個多小時。去景德鎮不堵車差不多要一小時。周邊吃的比較多，也比較方便，因為婺女洲看完煙花再出來差不多要9.30-10左右，非常堵車，步行至酒店非常方便。酒店衞生挺好的就是水壓聲音很大。有免費停車場。親子旅行**********************可以聯繫交流

看到攜程上有活動套餐就趁着暑假帶小朋友來體驗一下，確實不虛此行。首先説環境，莊園佔地面積廣，荷塘馬場菜園搭配古色古香的徽派老宅，彷彿世外桃源，村口的小溪池塘，小朋友戲水摸魚不亦樂乎。再説服務，確定入住後就拉了專屬服務羣，從高鐵站接站開始，全程管家式服務，無論什麼事都很快響應。我們是非週末入住，客人不多，還為我們升級了房型，餐廳供應的都是當地時令菜，可口實惠。小朋友最喜歡騎馬活動，寶馬龍駒非常可愛敬業，小朋友説下次還要來看它。

Saya ada sedikit soalan tentang hotel yang disyorkan oleh butler. Ada 5 orang dan tiada wain. Harganya agak tinggi. Adakah ini harga tempatan biasa? Amazing room and interior was very soothing. We were upgraded to the King suite and it was clean lines and huge. Cheng Xia and her team went above and beyond and were in touch of our needs thru the day and into evening. We being vegetarians we had a bit tough time in general around food. Cheng and the folks from the kitchen made additional efforts in ensuring we were not left hungry. Just a suggestion to bring in different part of cuisine as an option like Western atleast some pizza and pasta option for international folks. Super happy with the service. Cheng as well came with us to see us off at the train station.

The hotel was far away from the main attractions but close to town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was closed, which was a pity, as that's the reason we booked. They only fill the pool in July and August so be warned.
