Pond du Gare, Nimes, Uzes with rich historic heritages are fairly close by, I personally find this region an even more attractive vacation place than other Provence villages.

Bonjour, Je suis venu passer une nuit dans votre ”Résidence du pont du Gard” à Remoulins par l'intermédiaire de Wonderbox. Je ne vais pas y aller par 4chemins, mon séjour a été catastrophique. Tout d'abord, je n'ai jamais vu une réception avec des ”horaires d'ouverture” surtout pour un samedi après-midi. Nous sommes arrivée à 15h30 et la réception ouvrant à 16h nous avons attendu 20min devant le portail attendant que quelqu'un veule bien répondre à la sonnette. Ensuite, les photos des chambres proposées sur la wonderbox sont bien loin de celle que nous avons eu. Une chambre très sombre dans un couloir avec vue sur un mur !! Vous comprendrez notre étonnement quand nous nous attendions à avoir une vue sur le parc arboré. De plus, aucune télécommande pour la télévision, une salle de bain qui sent les égouts et un ménage plus qu'approximatif : voilà l'état dans lequel nous avons trouvé la chambre. Je viens maintenant à la partie intéressante : les lits n'étaient pas faits ! Innocemment, je me suis juste dis que la chambre avait été oubliée, quelle fût ma stupeur lorsque la réceptionniste m'annonce que c'est à moi de faire mon lit ??!!! Je paye une prestation que je sache ? Où est-elle pour le moment ? J'ai du coup demandé si je devais également préparé mon petit-déjeuner compris dans ma formule le lendemain ?? Je continue, nous avions ensuite 1h de SPA compris dans notre formule, SPA qui est censé être un moment de détente : à la base. Nous avons été obligé de quitter le lieu après seulement 30min tellement la teneur en chlore était importante dans les jacuzzi et nous agressait les yeux à moi et ma compagne. L'eau du jacuzzi étant au passage froide. Quand je pense qu'en temps normal cette ”prestation” est facturée 12€/personne, quelle honte ! Je vais finir par le petit-déjeuner, les horaires d'ouverture du petit déjeuner sont de 8h à 10h du matin, nous sommes donc arrivés à 9h avec ma compagne. A cette étape du week-end, cela ne nous a pas étonné qu'une fois de plus ce fût un fiasco. Il restait seulement 1pain au chocolat et lorsque l'on a demandé à la réceptionniste en charge d'en remettre il n'y en avait simplement plus, à 9h !! Les boissons chaudes : tout ce qui était à base de lait était de l'eau car surement plus de poudre de lait dans la machine. Et je passerai sur le large choix de prestations salées proposées : rien.
