I had a great stay and would definitely return. Location is great, close to all main attractions. The hotel is modern, rooms are very spacious and have excellent bed, shower, bathtub, bathroom amenities. Most importantly, the rooms have very good soundproofing. You won't have issues with noise here. Breakfast is plentiful, the coffee is very good quality, the breakfast staff are very courteous. Bar and restaurant are beautifully designed and have a good selection of food and drinks. All the staff I met were very nice and professional. Only thing to consider: the rooms with courtyard view are in fact facing another building so you don't really have a view. I would book a room with a city view. Thank you very much, I will be back.

Super good location. Close to some landmarks and transport. Great breakfast. Front desk was overly enthusiastic and helpful with everything. One small issue is that in my room some of the lightbulbs (2) did not work and I would think for a five star hotel they would pay attention to these small details and uphold a higher standard. But otherwise a really great stay and will return again next time.

This is truly an extraordinary, amazing hotel. The location just could not be any better, right next to the Opera House in the centre of Vienna. You can walk to most everything or there are major tram and Metro lines right outside the door. The hotel itself is classic and luxurious with old world charm, like being in a beautiful museum. And the rooms; without a doubt, this is the nicest hotel room I have ever had. It was spacious and comfortable with classic furnishings, sumptuous, exquisite bedding and delicious smelling toiletries. But the best part about this hotel is the staff. Genuinely warm and helpful service from everyone we encountered. From before we even arrived until the moment we left, we were made to feel welcome and valued. The concierge, the restaurant staff, front desk, housekeeping; no one could have been nicer, more helpful, or more accommodating. The breakfast was beyond excellent with the crowning touch being a honeycomb with fresh honey from their very own beehive on the roof of the hotel. I just can't wait to come back. Do yourself a favor and choose the Hotel Bristol when in Vienna. You will not be disappointed.

I took my two teen kids to Vienna for the first time. And stayed at this iconic, historical hotel in Vienna Hotel Saher. We thourouly enjoyed the visit of this city thanks to very helpful and professional service at the hotel. We showed up at the hotel needing to change our room as our kids joined us after all. Antonio was exceptional in his approach to helping solve our issue. I never felt as though I was a burden as he juggled room options to get us into a solution. Having lived in Dubai for 10 years and enjoyed outstanding service it was really a relief to encounter Antonio in Vienna. My past experience is certainly not what I had with Antonio. Outstanding service. The hotel was wonderful. Great bed! Great water pressure for the shower. Overall a great visit and I can see is visiting Grand Hotel Wien again.

Everything and everyone were wonderful. Our suite was large, well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast outstanding in quantity, quality and service. Too early for the wine offering but it looked tempting. Enjoyable experience.

It was our pleasure to stay in this hotel. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and all necessary accessories to ensure our comfort were available to us. Breakfast extremely reach in choices. Wow!! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a superior suite. We had an incredible view of the city and Belvedere palace. Even if we had not been upgraded, our stay would have been wonderful!! The hotel is beautiful. The wellness facility is great. We used the sauna several times during our stay. The hotel had a variety of snacks and beverages available in the lobby. The workers at the front desk were delightful! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and hospitable. Our bed was two twins pushed together which did not bother us. Our room had many big windows which let in lots of natural light. The location worked well for us. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We were so saddened that we had to leave! I highly, highly recommend.

Está situado a 600 metros más o menos del Naschmarkt(mercado de Viena),al lado tiene un supermercado y a unos 2 km más o menos del centro de la ciudad. Se puede ir andando a todos los monumentos característicos de la ciudad menos Palacio de Schönbrunn que hay que coger el metro.El desayuno es buffet y es bastante correcto. No puntuó con el máximo este hotel porque al hacer el check-in nuestra habitación no estaba limpia aún (habíamos avisado a la hora que llegariamos).

It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. Overall recommendation: Highly recommended:

My partner and I loved staying at this hotel. Everyone at reception was so kind and helpful, the room was very modern and clean, the artwork was fun and the location is honestly perfect. Very quiet but not even 10 minutes walk from the center of Vienna! The private spa was wonderful, I love the concept of being able to book it for private use. This really makes the hotel stand out for me. I would definitely stay here if I come back to Vienna and would recommend it.
