I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best western plus Amedia Wien, and the experience surpassed my expectations in several aspects: 1. **Accurate Representation:** The room matched the images provided online, offering a comforting sense of reliability and meeting the expectations set by the visuals. 2. **Friendly and Accommodating Staff:** The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience. 3. **Convenient Location and Transportation Access:** The hotel's location was strategically chosen, providing easy access to transportation hubs. This made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze, contributing to the overall convenience of my stay. 4. **Delightful Breakfast Options:** The breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful experience, featuring a variety of tasty options. The quality and variety exceeded my expectations, setting a positive tone for each day. In conclusion, my stay at was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I commend the hotel for its commitment to guest satisfaction and look forward to returning in the future.

We recently spent a night at ibis just outside of the Wien Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) and were happy with our stay. Luggage storage for those who arrive early or have late departures out of the city Rooms are decently sized for average-sized guests, with a strong hot shower and daily housekeeping. No complimentary water or other amenities, but that is the ibis way. You can walk down to Reception 24/7 to get a cup of hot water, or get a free coffee from the 1st floor restaurant (opens at 6.30 am) even if you're not having breakfast.

Room is be clean, comfortable and stylish. Location is also ideal for exploring Vienna. Main issue I had was with the window. It is unique and is the feature that gives the hotel its look but it cannot be opened so no fresh air if you need some. It’s also not tinted so you have to keep curtains closed most of the time as there is an office building right across. I got the room on the second floor so people in the vehicles on the road can easily look in especially if they have stopped at the traffic light.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

Hotel location was excellent. Really near to Wien Mitte Station so if you want a stay thats convenient from airport directly to city centre this hotel will be perfect. Came at 4.20pm but my room is still not ready and have to wait extra 30 minutes but that’s fine. Downside is there’s no toiletries beside hand&body soap and shampoo. Was expecting at least the hotel will provide toothbrush and toothpaste. But the stay was really nice and the bed is comfortable.

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

Quarto extremamente limpo com lençóis confortáveis. Lamentei não ter frigobar e por não ter ar condicionado autônomo. Não sabíamos e ficou quente na primeira noite. Recepção super acolhedora, explica como se locomover na cidade, metrô da linha verde e vermelha a 100m. Café da manhã custa 8€ por pessoa e pode ser pago na hora, horário de check out sensacional, ao meio dia, dando ao hóspede a possibilidade de descansar um pouco mais, sem precisar fazer hora em shoppings para pegar o vôo. Gostei muito disso. Internet funciona muito bem.

First time for me in a Hostel and these guys made sure my experience was memorable. They were very welcoming and always smiling. The rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. The lounge area had a lot of chill spots, a pool table, a fussball table. At the bar I asked the bartender to make me a cocktail that was not on the menu and he was more than happy to do so. I really appreciated that! The metro station is right downstairs, and you have 5 stations to get to the city center, which is really helpful because in the center of the city are all the tourist attractions except Schonbrun. They have breakfast every morning and you can choose to pay 7 euros to eat. Or not. Not the best breakfast I've had but it does the job. Also, another con would be that there is no other piece of furniture in the room other then the beds. I found myself needing a chair or a small table lots of times. Overall an awesome stay! Would totally recommend! I will definitely come back!

Hotel was undergoing renovation, was noisy some times, but altogether ok. Cleaning rooms is a bit of guys and miss. Was not impressed for a Hilton. Breakfast service is great though, and location is surreal for a vacation stay.

Отель просто супер !!!я обязательно в него вернусь !!!я не ожидала даже что он настолько супер !!!!все фото что на сайте ему соответствуют !начиная от персонала и заканчивая всем на очень хорошем уровне отель !я много видела отелей есть чем сравнить но этот реально был восторг !прям есть желание вернуться к ним и отдохнуть и так и сделаю !огромный номер светлый !чистый !Удобная мягкая кровать !бассейны !джакузи !зал !огромная территория !вообщем одни плюсы !
