Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

Super good location. Close to some landmarks and transport. Great breakfast. Front desk was overly enthusiastic and helpful with everything. One small issue is that in my room some of the lightbulbs (2) did not work and I would think for a five star hotel they would pay attention to these small details and uphold a higher standard. But otherwise a really great stay and will return again next time.

Lovely building and very good service as soon as I arrived. Rooms are spacious and modern with floor boards rather than carpet. Rooms with bath tub are available. Lighting is good and sockets are well located for charging. Overall a good 5 star hotel at a reasonable price in Vienna!

Ho prenotato in largo anticipo perché l'appartamento con il parcheggio a Vienna mi era utile,arrivando da altre città , quando però siamo arrivati ci hanno detto che non esistevano appartamenti!alla fine scusandoci ci hanno informato che il nostro era occupato e ci hanno dato una camera e offerto la colazione per tre giorni.Non siamo rimasti soddisfatti considerato che mancavano asciugamani, climatizzatore che funziona non sempre...mai spazzato...unica cosa positiva il posto! davanti fermata autobus per metro.. già il parcheggio 20 euro il giorno

Dit hotel mede gekozen op basis van de gunstige locatie ten opzichte van het stadscentrum en de redelijke prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Alles bij elkaar kon het ermee door. De buurt is keurig netjes met voldoende (afhaal)restaurants in de buurt. Inchecken ging goed en snel. De kamer was ietsje smoezelig en zou best wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken (bijvoorbeeld de douchebak die snel vol water stond en heel langzaam leegliep). Bed was okay, hoofdkussen waardeloos, gaf 0,0 ondersteuning. Geen airco maar er was een staande ventilator in de kamer gezet, erg attent met deze 30+ graden hitte. Douche zelf was okay, de douchebak dus niet. Wifi werkte goed. Nauwelijks personeel gezien bij de receptie welke regelmatig afgesloten en donker was. Hierom is het zeer belangrijk om de sleutel van het hotel ten allen tijde goed bij je te houden zodat je er altijd in kunt c.q. om te voorkomen dat je moet gaan bellen met de eigenaar, als je je telefoon tenminste bij je hebt op dat moment. Anders kun je echt een probleem hebben! Het is bij mij altijd goed gegaan maar ik was hier dan ook heel scherp op! Uitchecken was ook heel makkelijk, gewoon de sleutels in een kastje deponeren. Al met al niet slecht maar verwacht geen luxe in dit hotel.

The room is very nice, very elegantly decorated. We love the fact that it is a walking distance to a lot of places we wanted to visit. Lots of restaurants nearby. We also love our room that we can just look outside our window and just people watch. The only thing I didn't like is that we have to go downstairs to get our coffee and or tea and we have to pay for it. No free coffee?! This is supposed to be Vienna and is famous for their great coffee but aside from that, a very good experience.

Hotel is very dated & not suitable for disabled people due to the amount of stairs to get to the hotel. It does have a lift but that starts on the first floor. We were lucky with our room 102 after reading comments on here about dirty awful rooms! Mine was cleaned every day & the bed made & towels replaced. it was a large room with a newish looking bathroom. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.My only gripe would be the noise the trams made every morning starting at 5am until after midnight. Due to the room overlooking the main road, the whole shook when the trams arrived!! I had to ask for a Kettle & cups as nothing was provided & it would’ve been nice to have had breakfast at the hotel as we always spent an hour or more trying to find somewhere local that was open. However, the hotel is well situated for a walk into the city & the amazing transport system is right on the doorstep. Charlie’s P’s pub opposite was great for easy food & to watch the football. If i were to visit Vienna again i would maybe stay here again

Having good memories of this cozy downtown hotel in Vienna, we returned for two nights last weekend. We were pleased to realize that the hotel kept its high standard, it was impeccably clean and the staff at the reception extremely helpful. Whether it was asking for directions or making reservation for one of the most popular restaurants in Vienna (I was unable to get a table via the internet) we got top notch service at the reception. Sure we will return when we visit Vienna next.

Questa pensione e a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e 10 con i mezzi quindi e un ottima posizione di fronte c e la fermata 44 e 43 del tram .l interno della pensione e semplice le camere sono grandi e pulite mi sono trovata veramente molto bene consiglio di andarci
