The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The online check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, making arrival very easy. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The room is too hot and the temperature in the room cannot adjust

The hotel facilities are quite old and require a password to unlock the doors. However, there's free parking available right outside. The room lighting is very dim, and the furniture has a vintage feel. Breakfast was decent though.

The room was spacious enough for two people. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and tasty. .

Never go there. We couldn't fly to Italy because war situation and Airline cancellation. We booked without refund or modify. We cannot give any comments so we rate it fairly.

Good value for money. The breakfast was excellent, and parking was free and felt very secure. A delightful touch was the complimentary iced sparkling water available in the hotel lobby. Having a gas station right next door was also extremely convenient.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

Hotel was so nice and clean. Specially it was so quiet. Staff was good. One boy and one girl Receptionist were nice and friendly.

Really nice hotel overall and we enjoyed how it was all updated with their gadgets around the hotel with the door etc.

Nice and neat pleasant place tucked withon suburban estate. Great for family and must have a car to get there. plenty of parking and staff a helpful.

The facilities are quite basic. Slippers and toothbrushes come with an extra charge. The location is suitable if you're driving.

The room was clean and cozy. There was no bottle of water in the room, but refill service at the reception.

Pleasant ambiance, good service, and free parking.
