The manager who had me come back to the hotel 3 times was rude. He didn’t want to give me an early check-in even though I offered to pay. He refused and blatantly said that I will not be upgrading you because you already received an upgrade. I told him that I didn’t receive an upgrade because I purchased the room without an upgrade. He flat out said no, I will not be upgrading you and yes we do have available rooms for upgrades. He then ignored me and told me to come back. He was rude. I came back during and a young lady was kind enough to help me and when I asked for an early check-in she gladly accepted, however she had to get approval by the manager who helped me and once again, he didn’t want to give me the room. So then they finally accepted and they must have given me the worst room in the hotel. Horrible customer service
