Hotel terbaik di Voerendaal

Mooi vrij nieuw hotel. Helaas geen welkomstdrankjes ontvangen, wat toch normaal is. Mooie kamer. Geen mogelijkheid om ergens de koffers op te leggen dan op de grond. We zijn niet zo oud, maar toch wel wat beperkt. Dus maar op het bureau gelegd met als extra ondersteuning de stoel. Ruimte genoeg voor een kofferkruk of iets dergelijks. Nu kwamen we vrij laat in de regen aan. Had het niet eens in de gaten, omdat er wat auto’s stonden dat we de auto niet voor de deur hadden mogen laten staan. Is ook niet naar gevraagd. Inmiddels 10 dagen verder en ook geen punten ontvangen. Dit is niet wat ik gewend ben van accor en kom er al velen jaren als silver of gold member, dus weet waar ik over spreek.

COVID-19 has caused us all one way or another losses and hardship but to find a hotel like easyHotel Maastricht City Centre makes me contribute to recovering their losses is not expected and unfair. Booking.com made the reservation with easyHotel Maastricht in November 2019 before COVID-19 arrived, for 2 nights in July 2020 as we were attending an Andre Rieu concert which was then postponed. I followed the directions and recommendations of the ECC Net to act in good faith with contributing to the survival of suppliers, however easyHotel sadly didn’t follow the Unfair Contract Terms Directive 93/13/EEC and Pursuant to Book 6, article 265 of the Dutch Civil Code. The concert was rescheduled to July 2021 and Booking.com did reschedule the hotel dates however COVID-19 again cancelled the concert and the concert was changed to July 2022 but Booking.com didn’t answer my requests and I had no option but to contact easyHotel which did reschedule the date.but now my wife has had to have chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. The treatment was in October 2021 and expected to be completed in December 2021 and we still planned to come to the Netherlands after receiving all her previous and current vaccines but in May the hospital told us that she was immunocompromised and despite receiving three COVID-19 vaccines and would still need hospital treatment plus it was too dangerous to travel due to COVID-19. The concert couldn’t transfer the tickets to July 2023 and offered a refund but easyHotel couldn’t change the date and refused to refund. Even when I had found a couple who were wanting to take over the reservation, a day before the reservation, easyHotel didn’t reply to an email I'd sent until mid afternoon of the day of the booking, too late for the couple as they had found another hotel Let something positive come out of this virus and support the hotels, travel insurances and other business that followed the guidelines by working with their customers and report business and hotels like easyHotel and Booking.com which feel that travellers should pay for their losses and can’t be trusted to do the right thing. Also didn’t receive any help after requesting a voucher from Booking.com. My initial flights from Australia to the Netherlands for 2 was AU$2500 in 2020 and this year now costs about AU$8200 so we have losses too but I don’t expect easyHotel to pay for it. Anyone who have still not received a refund from easyHotel or easyHotelbenelux and is interested to commence a class action please message me. Please help travellers by adding your hotel to the list. Service was goed. Kamer compleet. Ontbijt goed verzorgd en ruime keus. Helaas hadden wij de Kamer boven de Irish Pub. Dat is knap waardeloos. Tot 4.00 uur geen oog dicht gedaan. Ondanks ramen dicht ventilator aan, ook geen airco, en was erg warm....Deze kamers boven de pub zouden eigenlijk nuet gebruikt moeten worden......

The arrival was already disappointing. - We were given a room where even my student room was more luxurious and beautiful. There were a few old pieces of furniture that were too bad for the thrift store. - The beds were 2 camp beds pushed together. - The shower did not work properly. - the promised room with cityview was a 2 meter high window where you looked directly against another residential building. That is just pure scam. - the rooms were very noisy. You could literally hear the conversation in the street from the 2nd floor. Really not of this time. - there was also no cleaning, there were still things from the previous guests under the bed, brrrr. - further there was no breakfast. That for a hotel. It turned out that someone was sick so we had to go to another hotel of the chain to have breakfast there. There it was a chicken coop because they now had guests from 2 hotels having breakfast in 1 breakfast room. - After complaining we got another room for 1 night. When we went to get the car for our suitcases, the pass of the outside door was already blocked! Now we had to ring the bell like little kids at the reception that was remote to ask if we could go in to get our suitcases still. - When I angrily said something about this to the manager, she reacted irritated, and I felt far from being welcomed and hospitable. A course in hospitality would be good. - in the new room the shower ran over immediately. When I inspected the shower it still showed dirt from the previous users, which had not been cleaned. Brrrr. We are done here. Not recommended.

Hebben in Fletcher Erestein gelogeerd. We hadden de Knechtenkamer. Ingang tegenover de receptie. Het was een prima kamer, wat gedateerd maar ach de prijs per kamer is zeker niet hoog. De bedden waren prima en de badkamer schoon en netjes. Er was een koffiezetapparaat en keteltje voor een kopje thee. Zelfs een fohn. Het ontbijt was redelijk uitgebreid en volop. Ik snap dan ook niet al die slechte recensies. Misschien hadden we geluk? Een tip is om de site van Fletcher over kasteel Erestein te lezen. Daarin staat dat je niet in het kasteel slaapt maar in de Hoeve.......

Hilton Honors üyesi olarak özellikle seçtiğimiz otelde birbiri ardına gelen kötü deneyimler yaşadık . Otele giriş yaptığımızda 14.30 civarı idi, (check-inn 15.00), odalar henüz hazır değildi ki olabilir, bize bavullarımızı bırakmamız önerildi. Akşam 19.30 sıralarında otel döndüğümüzde bavulların olduğu odanın kapısının açılamadığını, görevli personele ve otel müdürüne ulaşamadıklarını öğrendik. İlaçlarımız dahil herşeyimiz kitliydi ve ne zaman açılacağı konusunda hiç kimsenin fikri yoktu. Yoğun ısrar hatta agresif bir yaklaşım ile sonunda gece 2.00 gibi kapı kırıldı ve bavullar geldi. Bu arada bize defalarca otel müdürünün pazartesi günü bize ulaşacağı söylendi, ki bu HİÇ OLMADI :(( Bitti mi, HAYIR, sonraki 2 gün oda temizlenmedi, sonunda gene defalarca söyleyerek odayı temizlettik. Bitti mi, HAYIR, Bu otelde 2 oda ayırtmıştık birisi 1 Eylül diğeri 2 Eylül çıkışlı.Kızımızın başka planı olduğu için. 30 Ağustos günü herhangi bir özür vs. alamamış ve zar zor odamızı nihayet temizletmişken, iki odayı da 1 Eylülde boşaltmamız gerektiği BİLDİRİLDİ. Şaka sandınız değil mi? gayet ***dilerdi, ne otele varış öncesi, ne check-in sırasında ne de otelde geçirdiğimiz 3 gün boyunca bahsetmedikleri bir fazla rezervasyon olduğu , çıkmazsak polis çağıracaklarını söylediler. Açıkcası elbette odadan çıkmayabilirdik, ama gerçekten artık olay bu otelden kaçıp kurtulalıma geldiği için, oteli terk ettik. Ne yaptılar derseniz, tabii ki biz ödemek kaydıyla başka bir otelde rezervasyon.... Yani siz bilirsiniz

I stayed here for four days for a business trip. The front desk staff were very helpful with questions about dining, parking and other services of the hotel. There are two parking garages that the hotel uses, one that has metal doors on either side, so if you have a large vehicle, you may want to use the other entrance around the corner which had a little more space on the sides. The room rate included breakfast as well as overnight parking.. The room (#636) faces the plaza next to the entrance of the parking garage. The rooms across the hall face the river. The room has two beds with a desk that hold the TV which can swivel to either the beds or the desk area. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower with a glass partition. The space works for one person. There was two bottles of water that were left in the room each day. The hotel is centrally located with lots of café and restaurants on the same side as well as short walk to shops/restaurants across the river. I can see why many of the people from our company stay here.

Excellent! We arrived a little early but it was no bother and we were checked in swiftly by a very kind and professional receptionist; she was very helpful too with a great sense of humour. The rooms are very nice, big and clean and the bathroom is big, with a choice of shower heads and a separate bath. The breakfast buffet offers A LOT of options and I was impressed, it would have been perfect if they’d have served vegetarian sausages but that’s me being incredibly picky. Check out was swift plus you can also check out online or leave your keys in a drop box. There is ample parking and the location is very good as you are just off the motorway between Belgium and Germany. We booked directly with them so they offered us a little treat which was super nice. I thoroughly recommend this hotel; the parking, rooms and staff are very, very good!

Great hotel! I knew I'd love a hotel with a reception desk literally at the bar, LOL. Room was big enough, clean and windows opened up to the street below. Was here for a conference at MECC, which was only a 20 min walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and if anything, convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

In een prachtig gebouw een prima en royale economykamer gehad. Goede douchefaciliteiten. De medewerkers aan de receptie zijn voorkomend. Gevraagd om een waterkoker en kregen toen meteen de vraag of we ook bekertjes en theezakjes wilden. Wij konden vanuit hier weer heerlijk uitgerust verder met de Dutch Mountain Trail.
