We stayed 1 week and we had avery good experience, quiet, clean and very well taking care of... Free Breakfast available on site, Breakfast was very good and with a very good variety, they had a special food treat for all guests in the afternoon! I will definetly come back to this lovely hotel. All staff was really caring and special.

We enjoyed our stay! All good, friendly staff, pool was nice, sheets and towels were super clean. No carpet in the room which was a plus!

We decided to stay an extra day! Very clean quiet and the breakfast rocks

Ahmed greeted us and, from that moment on, we taken care of in a warm, caring, professional manner. When we travel back to Fayetteville, we will want to stay at Avid hotel, and we hope that Ahmed will still be on your staff. The remainder of your staff, down the the person, was also warm and friendly, regardless of their task/s or time-of-day! The grab-n-go breakfast had a great variety and the anytime coffee is a must. The room was perfect, clean, well cared for and the beds were GREAT! *Trip Type - we were in town to attend a Larkin Poe concert at George's Majestic Lounge **Maybe add a trip type of ”Pleasure”

Great place for families and seniors: modest cost compared to local hotels that tout ”suites” but only have a microwave and little frig under a counter in your room, ample parking, large quiet, suites, separate full-size kitchen, full breakfast every day, friendly staff, especially in the dining room, several restaurants in walking-distance.

As you may see in my other reviews I usually have something positive to say. It is unfortunate this stay is happening right now ! I ask for a room cleaning on my four night stay and the excuses fly off by the manger of reasons why I was not given a room cleaning even though I left for eight hours after 10 am . Lectured about minimum amount of towels given. Then called on the phone in my room and given the same lecture my husband had just received in the lobby. Okay I understand people steal and I am just trying to make sure we bathe and we rented a suite for five I know it may be over the top but we shower twice a day at home. AND ON VACATION I am lectured each time I encounter the hotel management. I am reminded about COVID19 Staff shortages and rules of IHG Never mind I traveled staying in IHG hotels Other places and loved and enjoyed my stay. I didn’t mind making my bed or having to take towels to my room or having trash cans overflowing . I understand job shortage I am sorry this particular Holiday Inn is suffering I think it is time for management to exam their interpersonal skills and customer service. Just understand this is a vacation for a family of five and we wanted to be treated as if we are on vacation in a pleasant manner. The breakfast food fantastic; sweet lady caring and attentive, the housekeeper in charge very nice yet she also reminded me it was a five towel minimum. Once again the manager on duty reminded me…he was telling me okay we are going to give you a extra towel but “ IHG policy”….” Okay yes sir but I have stayed in IHG pre and post COVID19 and never been treated in such a manner over a simple request of please clean my room. The room needs TLC shows and wear and tear over many many years of service. All the more reason to be caring and giving customer care not lecturing your consumers on VACATION!
