位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便，門後有停車位非常方便，非常方便，前台效率高，周到，專業很不錯，服務態度熱情，房間採光好，明亮，衞生很乾凈，適合出差旅遊居住……

酒店裝修很講究，設施全，衞生乾淨，環境漂亮，服務態度很好。房間很安靜，有飯桌，衞生間分開的。有個大陽台，陽光可以照在陽台上。沒太陽坐在椅子看看書喝喝茶很愜意。周邊可以沿湖散步。可以沿湖和森林走很遠。餐廳吃飯服務很好。早餐免費營養夠了，中午晚上可以點餐，菜品很多。

清明節全家來無錫玩，定了2間房，環境不錯乾淨整潔，雖是老酒店但是佈置很温馨，也沒看到污跡飛蟲什麼的，服務人員和酒店經理都很熱情，提前要求給安靜點房間也調劑提供了，在清明這個賞花時間能做到這一點非常不容易！看到我們有小朋友不但送了小禮物還免了小朋友早餐費用，房間價格也很實惠，不像其他酒店，哪怕是快捷酒店也漲的離譜，自帶停車場不用擔心停車問題，距離周邊無錫博物院，南長街等景點都很近，去黿頭渚，惠山古鎮，蠡園等都距離不遠，相當於各個景點之間中心點的位置了，就離融創茂（樂園，海世界）那邊稍微遠點，不過融創茂也比較偏了 其他需要注意的問題就是衞生間小了點，然後不是淋浴房而是浴缸，介意這一點的可以提前網上買好一次性浴缸泡澡袋，但是清明在這個價位還要啥自行車，順帶一提我感覺早餐也是可以的，和同檔位比不差，而且對面就是商場吃的東西也多的

Really lovely stay for couples for a more cozy and romantic staycation feeling in a quiet area that is still close to everything you need. Wonderful breakfast service to your room and communication from the staff. The balcony really made the stay all much better. Would book again. ✌🏻

great budget hotel if you want a place in the city center. rooms are okay-ish, staff are friendly. very convenient to explore around. there's even a bus stop in front of the hotel.

為了南長街新萬鑫的一碗銀絲麪，在攜程上選擇了離南長街10分鐘路程的麗芮酒店。酒店是今年新開業的，沒有味道了，所有設施都是新的，有時尚、年輕的的裝修風格，色彩明亮，作為一個4星級的酒店，吹風機是戴森的，馬桶是智能的，床品舒適，充分説明瞭老闆對酒店品味的追求。地理位置也十分便利，距南長街、古運河、南禪寺等都非常方便。但是在以下三個方面還有提高的空間。首先是入住時，服務員介紹了是無煙酒店，入住需要收取500元按金，讓人不可理解。現在在大中型城市中，凡事抬頭見屋頂的，都是不允許抽煙的，而無錫是二線城市，都知道這個規則，所以在客人入住時沒有必要強調是無煙酒店而需要收取按金，完全可以大方的提出入住酒店需要收取按金，現在目前大多數酒店已經都不收取按金了，也有個別酒店會收按金。不過第二天退房後按金返回很快，也是需要點讚的。其二是房間樓層需要和攜程相對應，我預訂的是豪華雙床房，攜程標明是2，6-7樓，但給到我的是5樓，在攜程上5樓是高級房，房間價格不一樣。雖然酒店方做了解釋，但是對於客人來説還是不太明白其中的原因。其三，早餐品種太簡單了，我第二天入住的五星級君來湖濱酒店，同樣自助早餐88元，品種相當豐富。不過總體還是滿意的，畢竟是新開業的酒店，在經營和管理中還需要不斷摸索與完善。如果下次想起那碗銀絲麪，還是會選擇麗芮酒店的。酒店高級管理人員市場意識非常強，對待客人還是很熱情友好的！所提供照片全部是場地實拍，沒有任何盜圖。

Sebelum melahirkan anak kedua, saya check in beberapa kali dan saya rasa sangat baik. Kali ini saya mendapat sedikit harta dan tinggal lagi. Sudah tentu, Degen tidak mengecewakan saya. Semua kakitangan di sini disambut dengan senyuman, menyelesaikan masalah tepat pada masanya, dan benar-benar menjawab permintaan. Kanak-kanak berasa bebas dan santai di sini dan juga di rumah. Hebat, akan datang lagi pada masa akan datang

Location is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.
