The room's location is excellent – it's quiet, close to Wanda Plaza, and very convenient for dining and entertainment. The room itself was fantastic – spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom amenities were quite upscale, and I really appreciated the selection. There's also a swimming pool, though I unfortunately didn't get a chance to use it this time. Breakfast was decent too, my only minor complaint being the somewhat limited variety of bread.

The room was very clean and spacious. As a family of four, we were very satisfied with the two-bedroom suite. We had excellent meals and a fantastic time. The laundry facilities were a huge plus. The hotel breakfast was good; the homemade sandwiches were such a hit that our kids ate several. Housekeeping kept the room spotless; the staff even folded our pajamas and tucked our daughter's doll, Abebe, into bed—what an incredibly thoughtful and sweet gesture! 🫰💗 On the downside, the swimming pool closes at 9:30 PM, and it would be helpful if the front desk could communicate this more precisely to guests in the future, as we were asked to leave only about 10 minutes after entering. The room also felt a bit crowded with furniture. While I understand hotel furnishings can be a significant cost, the quality of the furniture's wood panels seemed inferior. I would suggest the hotel consider reducing the amount of furniture; the excessive amount still emitted a faint odor.

This apartment was my choice for a business trip to Wuxi. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, offering an experience that surpassed what I'd typically expect from a hotel. I'll definitely be staying here again on future trips. It's truly a must-stay when visiting Wuxi. The location is fantastic, being close to both the event venue and various restaurants. The service was also excellent. Overall, it was very convenient and just perfect. The The suite, especially, was incredibly spacious.

Overall, everything else was great. I strongly recommend the hotel adds another service robot. With so many guests and such a large property, one robot is simply not enough.

Fantastic! The environment was really pleasant, the space was generous and ideal, and the facilities were well-equipped. Everything else was excellent, though my only minor issue was receiving promotional emails; I'd prefer not to get those.

We drove to the hotel, and parking was very convenient. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but every single item was delicious and thoughtfully prepared – exactly what I love! I was extremely satisfied. The room was spacious and came with a kitchen, making it feel just like home. We even played some billiards, and the owner personally joined in to give us some lessons! This trip was such a steal; we really hit the jackpot! We'll definitely book here again next time, haha!

Do not fit Ascott brand. The room is big. But the maintenance and house keeping is very bad. The washing machine is dirty. The dust is flying around the room. We had bad allergy after staying 1 night. Some furniture and door fittings peels and drop on the floors at the door inner corners, they just leave there not doing any repair to fix back.

We were very satisfied with the rooms; all three were spacious, and the common areas were also very large. All amenities, including a washing machine and dryer, were fully equipped. The only slight disappointment was the front desk service. Perhaps the staff member was new, as they were slow and forgot to mention important details to guests.

We stayed here for the weekend. I loved the spacious desk in the room, which was incredibly convenient for my child's online classes. The kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware and cutlery, and having room service was a nice touch. In the evening, we took the kids for a swim and played some pool. A truly delightful day!

Great hotel, clean and near the airport, but far from downtown Wuxi. The pool wasn’t what I expected, but good gym facilities.

Upon check-in, we were given complimentary drinks and delicious snacks. The only slight drawback was the somewhat limited breakfast selection.
