Hotel berhampiran Xincheng Central Park, Wuxi

酒店位置優越，周邊配套餐廳娛樂休閑設施都很多。房間夠大，設施基本完好，淋浴間的地磚有一塊破裂，而且沒有固定，有安全隱患。停車場是和其他機構共用的，晚上6,7點左右車位非常緊張。這些都是小問題無傷大雅。最不滿意的有兩點，一是健身房設備大部分都是壞的，一台跑步機完全不能用，操控面板都是壞的。動感單車座椅是活動的，根本無法使用，很奇怪酒店的相關工作人員根本不維護嗎？二是早餐太簡單，麪檔居然是自助的，需要自己操作煮麪條😂。另外也沒有咖啡機，僅僅是煮的那種最簡單的咖啡，口味淡如水。

非常棒的酒店，服務人員很貼心，七點多辦理入住，準備叫外賣，服務人員告知咖啡廳有簡餐，剛好也不想跑，點了一份88的套餐，來了一份有顏值的西餐，哈，沒點錯，還有機器人送免費水果，早餐也很棒，點了台式牛肉麵/海鮮炒飯，本以為這地段賣這個房價有點貴，體驗后才發現，真的是超級值哦，房間內的食物飲品全部免費，還是歐舒丹全套洗漱，戴森吹風機，調調不錯，推薦推薦，下次來無錫還會繼續住，也會推薦給朋友們來住，不一樣的體驗，店家很貼心，酒店還有送襪子！

房間很大很乾凈，樓層高視野很好 設施：乾淨衞生，床比較柔軟，入住體驗感很不錯 環境：很好從前台開始都很温馨 服務：很好，沒有卡退房時間，很熱情，我把錢包忘在前台親自給我送上去了

整體來説客房環境一般，來之前先致電前台詢問酒店臨街吵不吵雖然也想到臨街會炒，但前台説晚上不會吵，沒想到一晚上都有大車過實在是吵。酒店設施也比較老。

We stayed on the christmas night and it was wonderful. Xeniya was so helpful, professional and so friendly. She helped us a lot and meet out expectations. Staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Check in and check out processes were smooth and thanks to sheryl. Breakfast had lot of variety with western and asian. Swimming pool wss great as well. Room was spacious and well equipped. I have no hesitation to recommend this and i suggest to reach out to Xeniya for any need during the stay. She will be very helpful and i am sure she will make the stay a memarable one

房間乾淨整潔，温馨又大氣，很不錯的商務風。設施也很高檔，空調效果不錯，開關燈按功能分非常方便，還有茶包和咖啡可以煮，沒想到還有小冰箱，真的是應有盡有非常不錯，床睡得也很舒服，早餐是自助餐，非常豐盛絕對讓你吃的又好又飽。最後誇一下前台小葉，漂亮的小姐姐，人很熱情，服務很好，還送了伴手禮，十分感謝。

The hotel is near to the metro with lot of small food stalls. Extremely convenient location to travel to multiple attractions. The family connecting room are very big.

all thing was satisfied, except room is too tiny than I thought.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom serviced apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in the room, especially the appliances. The beds were comfortable and it was a great space. The buffet breakfast was well-presented and tasted pleasing however I would have like latte as an option and it would be good to have children’s crockery and cutlery as this was missing as well as regular spoons which made eating cereal and yoghurt a little inconvenient. These small additions would definitely improve the experience. The children’s play area was great for our 3 year old to have fun for an hour or so too, as well as the swimming pool. We did have to pay to park our car but it wasn’t expensive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.
