Good hotel. I liked the location. Near bus stop and metro. Clean and bright room. Soft pillows, warm blankets. Friendly reception.

The location is this hotel is great. With a link bridge that directly joint to Terminal 3 of airport. Walking takes less than 3 minutes. The hotel is big and spacious. Room is also spacious. However TV channels are limited to local programs. Service level is average and business like. Guest with more time to spare can visit nearby Outlet stores about 5 km away. Recommended hotel for those who have early flights to catch.

The hotel is majestic, I wasn’t expecting such luxury from an airport hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk from Terminal 3 arrivals, and there’s a tunnel that takes you directly to departures in just 5 minutes without even leaving the hotel. The reception is open all night, and the receptionist was kind and professional. The room is spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring thoughtful touches like a bathtub, bathrobes, and a desk. It would have been nice to have coffee options available at the bar, and it would be convenient if the reception on the 3rd floor (near the terminal tunnel) was open. However, these are minor details. All in all, it’s an excellent hotel and highly recommended for long layovers!

Hotel looks very grand. Only problem i had was with room being too warm as no air-conditioning. Room had a window but it appears to be too small for any wind to be felt while inside the room. Fortunately I was there for 2 nights only and will be sure to keep a look out next time if no-airconditioning is offered again. Thank you for the service and hospitality.

The hotel's location was great with a link bridge to the airport. The bridge is located across from exit 322 at the departure level of the airport. The room was nice, big, quiet, and with a comfortable bed and big bathroom. The staff was professional, extremely nice and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel!

Airconditiong was faulty,was there in early Jan. Had to turn off the AC otherwise it'll be overheating the room! TV channels were limited. Otherwise, it'd be good stay!

Generally if you are in an early flight then this hotel comes with the rates that might be considered acceptable. Hopefully the hotel is able to improve their maintenance like controllable room temperature and spoiled lightning in the room.

Not suitable for 5 stars hotel, max. 4 stars. Our room thermostat is not working, need to change room in the midnight. Breakfast selection is not much and also taste is so so.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional—both the front desk team and housekeeping were incredibly attentive and made me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. The room amenities were great, especially the shower, which was spacious with excellent water pressure—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location was another highlight, conveniently situated next to Terminal 3 accessible by a link bridge. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service, comfortable facilities, and unbeatable location!

The room was clean although felt a little dated. My room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The hotel is in a good location if you have a flight early the next morning, although very far from the city.

The Hotel enjoys an excellent location and even better staff, a book I forgot in the room, surprisingly received from express delivery when I was in another city the next day!! Responsible and reliable staff.

We had to be at the airport T3 at 4:30am , and staying at this hotel the night before made it all so convenient. The self checkout was easy too, just leave the keycards in the box before going through the door to T3. Thank you!

Super location,right inside the airport,rooms very clean , breakfast was very delicious, staff super helpful, will stay agin for sure …
