Ulasan Hilton Xi'an High-tech Zone

I enjoyed my stay but it was not really what I expected. The Hilton Hotel is known for its top class service but I did not experience that level of service. The furniture needs an upgrade and not all the facilities worked. At the office desk where I did my work, the USB charging point did not work. The carpet on the otherhand smelled damp especially when I walked into the room. The hair conditioner bottle was empty when I wanted to use it. Unfortunately, I only discovered this once I have already shampooed my hair so there was no turning back. The rooms are are in great need of repainting. At one point I was considering upgrading to the executive room because I book these type of hotels for the high level of service from the staff and the 5-Star facilities. I have membership with the Hyatt Hotel but wanted something different for my few days break. At the Hyatt, they even bring you your first cup of coffee as soon as you arrive at breakfast and will keep on checking on you. This is what I call service. Some months ago I stayed in the Hilton in Suzhou and it was amazing. Their breakfast was top notch and beautifully presented. Having said that, my stay at the Hilton High Tech Zone was pleasant, but I will need convincing to stay there again. The hotel is a bit isolated but a 10min drive to one of the high end malls. Thank you to everyone who offered assistance when I needed it. Unfortunately, I did not take photos of the problems but I uploaded pictures of the beautiful hotel which needs some TLC in the bedrooms or some of the bedrooms like mine.

This hotel overall is quite good, staff is helpful and friendly, is nice place to stay, but regarding the facilities, due to swimming pool can open to public paid for entrance not only hotel guests, I have happened unhappy thing on it, a Oldman is not hotel guest should be paid for entrance, when I play with my children in pool , he suddenly come and said the lane is not for playing, pls go beside lane, on the begin I didn’t realise have this issue rules, then we move beside lane, after that i double confirm with staff in hotel, didn’t have this kind rules. I was quite unhappy with that.

酒店在高新區的核心地段，門口便是唐城牆遺址公園。鬱鬱葱葱，滿目皆翠。 唐城牆遺址公園的下面便是新修的地鐵8號線，預計在2024年底會竣工通車 離酒店最近的地鐵站出口大概有200米左右。從酒店前往曲江大唐不夜城，也很方便。大概需要半小時的車程。 酒店西邊不遠便有商圈。酒店乾乾淨淨，畢竟是國際品牌，吃飯住宿，讓人放心。

環境：🌟 一走進酒店大堂，那温馨而高雅的氛圍就讓我眼前一亮，一大束百合花映入眼簾，芬芳香氣撲鼻而來。大理石地面映着柔和的燈光，每個角落都透着精緻。房間寬敞明亮，窗外風景一覽無餘，晚上躺在床上還能看到城市的燈火闌珊，簡直是放鬆身心的絕佳選擇。🛋️🌃 服務：👩💼 從入住到退房，不管是前台還是客房或是餐廳與健身房，酒店的服務都讓人如沐春風。前台小姐姐笑容可掬，辦理手續迅速又貼心。客房服務更是沒話説，每次需要什麼都能及時響應，連床品都換得勤快，讓人住得超安心。餐廳服務員用餐中有求必應，服務熱情周到👍💖 設施：🏋️♂️🛁😋 健身房設備齊全，游泳池水質清澈，每次鍛鍊完再泡個熱水澡，疲憊全消。早餐種類豐富，從新鮮出爐的麪包到熱騰騰的粥品，現煎的雞蛋，中西式熱菜，肉夾饃胡辣湯油茶麻花和油條應有盡有，吃得超滿足！早晨來這麼一頓，整天都元氣滿滿。🍞🥣 一樓的自助餐廳現在推出有團購 99 元/位的半自助小火鍋🍲或者燒烤🍢，我們是當晚兩者都吃了，每位花了 139 元，真的是划算，現拋的牛羊肉，毛肚黃喉蝦等火鍋菜品都有，牛羊肉串是現烤的，還有六七種涼菜和幾款湯及甜品，也包含了飲料啤酒和葡萄酒，物有所值啊（*^-^）ﾉ🎉 總之，這家酒店無論是環境、服務還是設施，都給了我超棒的體驗，下次出行還會首選這裏！🏨👏

環境：酒店環境優美，空氣清新，讓人心情愉悦 設施：設施齊全，健身房游泳池，spa等一應俱全，滿足各種需求。 服務：酒店員工sunny Vicky服務熱情周到，讓人賓至如歸。禮賓Kevin主動幫忙拉行李並送到了房間。 提供24小時點餐服務，方便客人在房間用餐。

酒店環境很好，設施齊全，前台Vicky Wang，Sunny Lu，Irise Wang，服務熱情到位，體驗感很好，是出差旅遊出行的好選擇，推薦推薦。

來西安玩耍 在攜程上看到的價格比較合適 還是五星級就訂了一下 設施：訂之前看評論説是酒店應該是開業一段時間了 但是設施設備維護的還是很不錯的 我感覺拍照也很出片 這點倒是很不錯😌👍 衞生：房間乾淨整潔 酒店內也明亮整潔 還香香的感覺還是比較放心的在這方面 服務：服務員非常熱情周到 不論是前台還是客房服務員 有任何問題在房間給他們打電話很快都能解決 這點很不錯 還去了他們餐廳 感覺也還可以的 整體來説 還是一次比較不錯的入住體驗

衞生三分的原因是 床上兩個枕頭中的其中一個枕頭上面和被子的表面有些黑毛毛，難免會讓人有些膈應。 設施四分的原因是沒有充電樁，有些不太方便，但是不得不説床還是很舒服滴。 當然環境和服務方面非常好，尤其是早上吃早飯的時候，服務員都很耐心的指導😊

周邊環境很好住了幾天，因為平時有跑步習慣，酒店旁邊竟然有一個公園全程塑膠跑道，意外驚喜早起跑步，洗澡結束還能趕上早餐相當不錯,雖然設施不夠新但是服務還是可以的！
