地理位置就在西安工業大學未央校區旁邊，離東門出來走個300米左右就到了地理位置，非常優越，交通也很方便，前台服務人員態度不錯，可以免費延遲退房，酒店內環境該有的也都有，嗯體來説不錯，推薦大家入住，另外，酒店旁邊，有很多吃的酒店，一樓也有超市，非常方便

От центра конечно далеко, но нам нужен был рядом вокзал. Для нас большой минус в комнате жутко пахло сигаретами, целый день проветривали комнату, даже полотенце которое было для нас приготовлено лежало на кровати, жутко пахло сигаретами, на вторые сутки более менее выветрилось в комнате, по этому при бронировании указывайте номер для не курящих, может такие есть. Из плюсов есть вешалки для одежды, с горячей водой проблем не было. Бюджетный отель, со средним ремонтом.

房間相對價位不錯，不過我們第二天退房的大堂前台服務員，一個男生，態度極差，原來預訂的酒店送站車，因為我們要發票，大堂服務員斷然取消了送站，理由是我們遲到5分鐘，其實我的父母一早就在大堂等，沒有任何告知。 因為需要及時趕車，我們打車去了車站。到車站後，我們打電話到前台索要發票，然後口頭告知我們要投訴，請告知服務人員姓名，前台態度極其惡劣，直接掛電話，再打再掛。第一次遇見這種前台掛電話的惡劣態度，作為服務行業，我覺得酒店的服務還是有很大的欠缺！

December 2023, overall review: good hotel, friendly staff, well placed if you need to be near Xi'an Bei Zhan (Xi'an North Station). One of our rooms smelled of cigarettes unfortunately, the other one was ok. Finding the location on the Didi app worked better with the address in Mandarin (西安高铁北站北广汤亚朵酒店), or by selecting Xi'an Gaotie North North Square Atour Hotel, as there is another Atour hotel close to the station, with a similar name (see picture). Watch out for that, but overall I'd stay again! Pros: very comfortable, easy check-in and Check-out for foreign-passport holders, clean, gym and laundry room as advertised, helpful staff (not sure if they speak English as we were ok with Chinese), a few minutes away by taxi from Xi'an North Station, as well as directly opposite a subway station that is directly connected to the airport. A couple of local diners just next door, as well as a small convenience store. Cons: not much wrong with the place, just that one room smelled of cigarettes (despite it being a non-smoking room), and that one of the towels had some holes in it.

新開業的酒店，不愧是洲際旗下的，前台小姐姐張鈺鈺服務周到，説酒店接送服務的車還沒配置，添加了微信報銷酒店到高鐵站打車費一次，房間衞生乾淨，客房大姐看我帶孩子出去玩又給多幾支水，酒店的早餐也做的很好，出門十分鐘到地鐵站，離高鐵站衹有一站地鐵距離，本次西安行住了3家酒店，印象最好的是本店，謝謝酒店的貼心服務

Хороший номер со всеми удобствами, современный, довольно чистый. Хороший и отзывчивый персонал. Очень рекомендую

酒店整體還是不錯，房間面積還可以，不算很打大，也不擠，設施也比較新。周邊吃飯也方便，環境也不吵鬧。酒店服務這塊做的很好！早餐有人服務，有水果，有宵夜。特別是前台的尋經理，服務很貼心和周到。唯一美中不足的，就是暑假，房間漲價太多了。以前都是200左右。暑假基本都是250往上走。第三次入住了。每次都出差住幾個星期。住宿最好訂不靠高架馬路的這邊。

Ibis hotels are good and this one is also good ☺️ Free water, tea, breakfast is absolutely amazing yummy 😋 😋 People on the reception were helpful. They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps] Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.

After a 14 hours train journey, I needed to be treated like a princess, and I was treated like one. I was collected from the station by the hotel 's van which was such a relief! Mr He, the driver, made sure he would find me and was a great escort. Communications were excellent. A fantastic service. And I was driven back to the station the next day in the same super efficient manner. Then I was greeted by Miss Xu and Mr Liu at reception who were so kind and welcoming, it was midnight by then and I could barely stand on my feet. The room itself was the most comfortable and elegant I've experienced so far in my trip around China. I wish I'd had time to stay a little longer. Very much recommended.

Spent three nights at the hotel (October 2-5), two adults and breakfast was included in the room rate. Cleanliness and comfort, everything is perfect. The food in the hotel is good too, mostly Chinese food and a little less European, which is expected. The location is good in relation to the subway, 14-15 minutes walk. The only thing that caused resentment and slightly affected the comfortable stay was the denial of currency exchange (which was part of the hotel's free service). I had to go up four times and wait for a change of staff to be told at some point ”you don't need to go to the bank, you can change dollars to yuan at our hotel since you are staying here”. On the first day when I asked this question - the girl at the front desk said they don't have this service and said to look for Bank of China separately, then I approached another girl again the next day, to which she said that it is still possible to change currency with them, but you have to wait for my end date of stay with them. Then I went to the guy at the counter again in the evening and he said that currency can be changed even earlier, just wait until 9 am. Finally, the morning of the 4th day came and I exchanged dollars for yuan, they accepted a maximum of 200 dollars for exchange. This is probably the first ridiculous case in all my trips. Conclusion: be persistent in your desires and don't hesitate to remind the staff of what you need.
