不得不説這家酒店給人驚喜，來過青海很多次了，第一次入住這家酒店，本來就是想在火車站附近隨便住一晚湊活一下，因為第二天要趕車，也沒有對火車站周邊的酒店抱有太大期望，一百多的價格有如此服務簡直讓人驚掉下巴，對比了周邊的酒店價格都是大差不差的，看了評分選擇的這家酒店，果然攜程評分4.8也是槓槓的，説是青海3鑽酒店的no.1也是不為過的，首先説一下前台的服務，從進門開始就能讓人感覺到滿滿的温暖，辦入住的時候前台小姐姐會貼心的遞上一瓶熱水，這一細節很加分，讓冰冷的心都熱起來了，之前住過的4.5鑽酒店都是沒有這種服務意識的，其次辦完入住前台小姐姐會貼心的告訴你，房間不滿意有任何問題都可以聯繫他們，很少有酒店會這麼貼心，辦完入住上去在樓道里遇到客房阿姨們都非常有禮貌，會主動問好指引房間，過一會前台會打電話詢問安排的房間是否滿意，這一下子就讓我這疲憊的心情愉悦起來了，房間衞生也很乾凈，設施設備也很不錯，衹要你能喝，礦泉水也是無限續瓶，酒店暖氣是分時間段供暖，但這個對我來説可以接受，因為房間確實不冷，如果是特別怕冷的可以加被子或者暖風機，早上走的比較早，退房時趕不上早餐，前台也貼心的打包了早餐，出門時工作人員會問你去哪裡，給你指引路線，這點也值得表揚，總而言之，這家酒店閉眼住，不踩雷，不能説是一呼百應吧也是能做則做，盡力滿足大家的需求了。下次還要去他家住，過兩天去西安也是認準康鉑酒店了！

This hotel has some absolutely great features but overall I would never stay there again. I was initially very impressed with the great service on check in (including no fuss about a foreign passport) and the high tech features of the hotel seemed amazing - you use an an app to open the door and control the room functions such as opening the curtains and turning on the lights. There was also a robot wandering around with no obvious function but had some mad telekinesis skills on show in the lift. So far, great, impressed, 5 stars. However, all of this high tech wizardry was no good when the temperature of the room was like 30 degrees and there was no air con. It was actually a pleasant and cool evening in Xining and walking back to the hotel after dinner I was even partially looking forward to a nice warm duvet. But the room itself would make the Fins sweat. There was no place for duvets in a sauna. We phoned reception about this and they suggested opening the window (a revelation that we'd made independently), however the window in question was about the size of an A4 paper and the draft was about as powerful as an asthmatic playing air saxophone. We asked for a fan and they said they get it sorted but they never did so we had to open the door thereby exposing any other guests to this sight of me starfished in a pool of sweat. Apart from the being hotter than the surface of Venus, the TV also didn't work, or at least it did for about ten minutes before cutting out. Essentially long story short, this hotel was nailing some of the top level stuff but needed a bit of works on the basics. Breakfast was so so. Tea or coffee would have made it better.

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

Semasa bertemu, saya rasa tidak mahu pergi. Terutama saya peminat teh. Tidak selesa tinggal di hotel. Saya boleh membuat secawan teh sendiri setiap kali saya bertemu, malah Dahongpao abang saya. Saya tahu berapa banyak yang saya rendam. Anda boleh membeli makanan dengan harga 30 yuan pada waktu petang. Terdapat banyak hidangan lazat. Petang sangat meriah. Setiap hari terdapat lebih daripada selusin orang untuk bermain dengan manusia serigala yang baru-baru ini. Biliknya sangat selesa.

A good stay at the Mercure. The location is bit away from the more happening part of the city. Rooms were clean. However the bathroom kits need to be.checked before guests arrive. The front desk was amazing for check in and check out. The breakfast buffet was good. However, care needs to be taken to refill finished items. At the Mercure, its.important to pay attention to these details.

環境很棒，客房衞生乾淨細節滿滿。床品四件套都很舒服，客房大而乾淨。 因為是今年新開的所以很安靜，但是客房銷售量很大的還是。 在這裏誇誇前台小姐姐李萍小姐姐。😘辦入住大老遠就對你微笑服務，會讓人覺得心情特別好，退房的時候也是大老遠就微笑。也感謝其他兩位前台接待兩位男士，其中一位文質彬彬説話很舒服很讓人覺得這家酒店的服務宗旨服務態度，服務意識好！ 設施：加熱器，熨斗 衞生：布草洗滌乾淨，房間很多細節衞生到位！窗簾後面，地毯邊邊無毛髮，床邊細節衞生到位。 🈶尤其誇獎鋪床，床位包的直角很到位！細節細節細節 環境：西寧的中心位置，有泳池健身房，很想去體驗一下健身房，但是有事所以早早退房了。我很熱衷打卡酒店健身房。（小心願，很想來體驗一下貴酒店健身房） 哈哈哈 服務：從前台到客服，都是高質量的應該有的服務。也喜歡貴酒店能有月月100%的入住！

Walaupun ia terletak di kawasan kejiranan yang makmur, kalis bunyi biliknya sangat baik dan kami boleh tidur dengan selesa. Di samping itu, perkhidmatan meja depan sangat bersemangat, terima kasih atas minuman percuma untuk kemasukan. Seterusnya, kita perlu mencadangkan beberapa bidang untuk penambahbaikan 1. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta luaran dan dalaman. Terdapat tempat letak kereta yang mencukupi, tetapi tanda-tanda tidak diketahui. Kami membelok beberapa kali dan masih tidak menemui pintu masuk tempat letak kereta dalaman. Kemudian, kami mendapat tahu bahawa tempat letak kereta luar bangunan komersial di sebelah hotel juga boleh diletakkan. Stayed there for 1 night as I was just passing through. The price is right and everything was good for a hostel. If you want to be right in the happening then the location is a bit out but nothing that can’t be reached with a bus in half an hour or a taxi even quicker. Would stay again.

Hampton by Hilton adalah salah satu jenama kegemaran saya, sesuai untuk menginap semasa melancong. Perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu di hotel Hampton by Hilton di Xining ini sangat baik. Selepas mendaftar masuk, kakitangan akan memberikan yogurt dan mata kering kepada setiap bilik. Terdapat juga minuman dan snek kering di lobi untuk dinikmati oleh tetamu. Bilik-biliknya besar dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Prosedur daftar keluar adalah mudah. Sarapan paginya banyak, dan kepelbagaiannya akan disesuaikan setiap hari. Lebih sempurna jika ia dapat meningkatkan rasa makanan Qinghai (Barat Laut Besar). Lokasi hotel adalah di timur Xining, agak jauh dari pusat bandar.
