Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns, the service team consistently exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. Furthermore, I would like to recognize the Back Office Depar**ent for their behind-the-scenes efforts in maintaining the hotel's operations seamlessly. From housekeeping to administrative tasks, their commi**ent to excellence contributed significantly to the overall positive experience during my two-Day stay. The proximity to key attractions such as the Qinghai Province Museum, Xining Wildlife Zoo, and Plateau Pearl Sightseeing Tower further enhanced my stay, allowing me to explore the beauty of the city in my downtime. Great hotel situated nearby the Wanda mall and Tangdao walking street. I was impressed with how stunning the hotel is and pre-arrival experience was really remarkable. It is according to what I expected from Sofitel Hotel; however, my experience this time didn't reach my expectation. First, I was asked to pay CNY99 in order to use the swimming pool even if I already said that I was staying there. Second, the air-conditioner was not cool enough. I asked the staff to help me adjust it, but it seemed not work well. I slept with sweating all night. Lastly, I asked concierge to recommend me where I could find the night walking street and street food, but the answer I got was to search the word ”Tangdao” by myself. This is unacceptable. I wouldn't expect concierge to just provide me this simple answer. I can even do that by myself. What was the point from seeking for the recommendation from concierge? I have seen that one of them even got Les Clefs d'Or so that I expected the whole team to provide me something beyond my expectation. Please consider this issue. Thank you very much.

Di mana-mana ada pujian, malah ada pembasmi kuman untuk membersihkan tandas, dan gulungan kertas disediakan. 🚗 Pengangkutan: Ia lebih mudah. 環境很棒，客房衞生乾淨細節滿滿。床品四件套都很舒服，客房大而乾淨。 因為是今年新開的所以很安靜，但是客房銷售量很大的還是。 在這裏誇誇前台小姐姐李萍小姐姐。😘辦入住大老遠就對你微笑服務，會讓人覺得心情特別好，退房的時候也是大老遠就微笑。也感謝其他兩位前台接待兩位男士，其中一位文質彬彬説話很舒服很讓人覺得這家酒店的服務宗旨服務態度，服務意識好！ 設施：加熱器，熨斗 衞生：布草洗滌乾淨，房間很多細節衞生到位！窗簾後面，地毯邊邊無毛髮，床邊細節衞生到位。 🈶尤其誇獎鋪床，床位包的直角很到位！細節細節細節 環境：西寧的中心位置，有泳池健身房，很想去體驗一下健身房，但是有事所以早早退房了。我很熱衷打卡酒店健身房。（小心願，很想來體驗一下貴酒店健身房） 哈哈哈 服務：從前台到客服，都是高質量的應該有的服務。也喜歡貴酒店能有月月100%的入住！

Hotel yang sangat bagus, sangat selesa, cukup bagus, tinggal di sini dengan tenang, biliknya sangat bersih, anda juga boleh melihat pemandangan malam

Some people complain that it s an old looking hotel, but the location is quite interesting with a lot of small shops and street stalls. The hotel is professionally managed and the front desk was quite helpful!

不得不説這家酒店給人驚喜，來過青海很多次了，第一次入住這家酒店，本來就是想在火車站附近隨便住一晚湊活一下，因為第二天要趕車，也沒有對火車站周邊的酒店抱有太大期望，一百多的價格有如此服務簡直讓人驚掉下巴，對比了周邊的酒店價格都是大差不差的，看了評分選擇的這家酒店，果然攜程評分4.8也是槓槓的，説是青海3鑽酒店的no.1也是不為過的，首先説一下前台的服務，從進門開始就能讓人感覺到滿滿的温暖，辦入住的時候前台小姐姐會貼心的遞上一瓶熱水，這一細節很加分，讓冰冷的心都熱起來了，之前住過的4.5鑽酒店都是沒有這種服務意識的，其次辦完入住前台小姐姐會貼心的告訴你，房間不滿意有任何問題都可以聯繫他們，很少有酒店會這麼貼心，辦完入住上去在樓道里遇到客房阿姨們都非常有禮貌，會主動問好指引房間，過一會前台會打電話詢問安排的房間是否滿意，這一下子就讓我這疲憊的心情愉悦起來了，房間衞生也很乾凈，設施設備也很不錯，衹要你能喝，礦泉水也是無限續瓶，酒店暖氣是分時間段供暖，但這個對我來説可以接受，因為房間確實不冷，如果是特別怕冷的可以加被子或者暖風機，早上走的比較早，退房時趕不上早餐，前台也貼心的打包了早餐，出門時工作人員會問你去哪裡，給你指引路線，這點也值得表揚，總而言之，這家酒店閉眼住，不踩雷，不能説是一呼百應吧也是能做則做，盡力滿足大家的需求了。下次還要去他家住，過兩天去西安也是認準康鉑酒店了！

Saya tahu berapa banyak yang saya rendam. Anda boleh membeli makanan dengan harga 30 yuan pada waktu petang. Terdapat banyak hidangan lazat. Petang sangat meriah. Setiap hari terdapat lebih daripada selusin orang untuk bermain dengan manusia serigala yang baru-baru ini. Biliknya sangat selesa.

Kemudahan-kemudahan ini selaras dengan piawaian biasa Holiday Inn Express, dengan perincian kemanusiaan disediakan. Kami tinggal di bilik yang tidak menghadap jalan utama. Walaupun ia terletak di kawasan kejiranan yang makmur, kalis bunyi biliknya sangat baik dan kami boleh tidur dengan selesa. Di samping itu, perkhidmatan meja depan sangat bersemangat, terima kasih atas minuman percuma untuk kemasukan. Seterusnya, kita perlu mencadangkan beberapa bidang untuk penambahbaikan 1. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta luaran dan dalaman. Terdapat tempat letak kereta yang mencukupi, tetapi tanda-tanda tidak diketahui. Kami membelok beberapa kali dan masih tidak menemui pintu masuk tempat letak kereta dalaman. Kemudian, kami mendapat tahu bahawa tempat letak kereta luar bangunan komersial di sebelah hotel juga boleh diletakkan. Pakcik pengawal keselamatan itu dengan penuh semangat membantu dan memberi arahan, dan sikapnya tidak menjadi masalah. 2. Saya melihat bahawa terdapat mesin kopi segar di atas meja makan, tetapi ia tidak digunakan. Sayang sekali. Secara umumnya, hotel ini telah mencapai tahap kemudahan perkakasan yang baik, tetapi butiran dan perkhidmatan perlu diperbaiki.
