Reception team at front desk Satria , Novan, Kwanji and Ari couldn’t be more helpful,nothing was a problem and if they didn’t know they would check and get back to you. Wayan who heads maintenance was extremely helpful. I pointed out a few issues at the villa and were rectified immediately with a smile. I was also amazed with the lack of mosquitoes at this property also the air conditioning was excellent in both the bedroom and lounge room. All the staff throughout the villas with smiles and are very happy with good mornings,afternoons and evenings from all off them. The location is excellent a little driveway off busy Jalan Kerobokan and extremely quiet.Excellent amenities around these villas with a coffee shop and convenience stores literally at the top of the driveway. Less than a 5 minute walk to Jalan Petitenget which is lined with restaurants and bars. We arranged airport pick up with the villas I highly recommend this as our guide helped us through immigration and customs so easily. I have been travelling to Bali since 1985 and have never experienced this before. I have a friend going to Bali who is staying there after my recommendation. I very minor issue was the shower water pressure and I mentioned this to Wayan he said they were in the process of some renovations and upgrading and they would be getting better water pressure. Thank you for making this a very pleasurable trip after such a long time away from Bali Parris

Great place to stay around Kerobokan. Check in process is very fast and the receptionist gave very good explanation. The room was spacious, splitted in two rooms, bed room and living room. The pool was clean when we arrived. Parking lot only for 4 cars, but it was near to the main road if you want to use Gocar or GrabCar. Definetly will stay here again.

Said private pool open at 7am, however we need to made a call to receptionist to remind him to turning on the pool’s pump. Ordered in room dining, and mess up the order. Simple breakfast included.

Have stayed at the villas on two separate occasions, once with my partner in the one bedroom apartment had a very quiet, four days with our own pool and amenities. We enjoyed it so much three months later we decided to bring the kids and took the four bedroom villas it made the holiday affordable and the staff are super friendly and wouldn’t let us walk anywhere. They gave us advice on restaurants and even booked ahead for me.. hoping to return soon .

In need of a refurb. Once more - air conditioner was not individualized to the room, but a single 25 degrees for the entire hotel. Luckily the window could be opened. In its day I am sure it was grand - but she is getting a little tired and dated. Breakfast was solid 7 out of 10.

Hotel yang sangat menyenangkan dan selesa! Ini adalah hotel ke-3 yang saya cuba di Xinxiang dan yang terbaik sejauh ini. Sekiranya saya kembali ke Xinxiang, saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi. Saya suka: * Biliknya lengang. * Sarapan pagi yang baik (sedikit awal, dari jam 7-9). * Daftar keluar sehingga jam 18:00, yang sangat selesa. * Kakitangan yang ramah dan membantu. * Bilik tandas dan bilik mandi yang berasingan (hanya terlepas cangkuk untuk menyimpan tuala di dekat saya semasa mandi). * Air panas 24 jam sehari, suhu stabil. * Skrin nyamuk yang baik di tingkap. * Sofa kecil di dalam bilik. Satu-satunya perkara yang mungkin memerlukan penambahbaikan adalah penyaman udara, yang nampaknya tidak berfungsi di bilik saya (saya meletakkannya dalam mod penyejukan, tetapi suhu bilik tetap pada 25 darjah. Tidak ada masalah besar kerana tidak sangat panas semasa saya tinggal dan saya hanya membuka tingkap sebagai gantinya).

又來評論了，這次住的是這家酒店的另一個房型，這個房間很大，整體裝修簡單大方，大老爺們喜歡泡澡，房間衹有淋浴，但是前台的服務員竟然告知可以拿房卡到四樓免費洗浴，這麼便宜的價格也是讓我吃驚了，那麼大的洗浴區竟然沒有另外收費，衹是為了讓我們有更好的體驗感，總的來說，這家酒店也是讓我刮目相看了，附幾張照片讓大家對比一下，好東西就是不怕分享。

Ini adalah kali pertama saya di Xinxiang, sebuah bandar yang sangat hangat. Terdapat dua orang gadis cantik yang mengambil dan menghantar. Mereka bersemangat dan mengambil berat. Mereka mempunyai buah-buahan segar setiap hari. Bilik-bilik juga sangat bersih. Katil sangat besar, sangat besar dan selesa. Sisir yang mereka sediakan juga sangat bagus. Sarapan pagi juga dihidangkan oleh si adik. Ini kali pertama saya bertemu dengan hotel yang menyediakan penutup mata. Perasaan keseluruhannya sangat baik, dan kehangatan di rumah sangat baik.

房間還行，門口隔音不好，洗浴設施有銹。整體環境不錯，走廊環境優美。房間設施齊全裝修雅緻。服務不好，剛進大堂我還沒到前台，前台的人就大聲吆喝“入住的是麼？”還有我在平台上選擇的閃住照樣收了300塊錢按金，我説我是閃住，前台像是提前構思好的一樣不假思索地回覆：“你不是閃住，閃住顯示的是離店後付。”我給前台看我這裏的是離店後付，前台説“你要是閃住我這會有顯示，但我這裏沒有顯示。反正按金到時候房間沒事情的話也會退掉。” 那請問閃住存在的意義是什麼呢？

怎麼説呢，這是本次行程最喜歡的一個酒店，掛牌三星，92塊錢，物超所值，裝修和設施算是超三星級別，比本次同行的另一所掛牌三星酒店九州賓館設施要好，但是房間比較臟，地毯有很多雜物，是現叫阿姨又吸了一遍地，廁所梳粧台有黑色污垢已經擦不下去了，床上發現了蜘蛛給扔了，床品看着很乾凈，但睡着感覺有小咬的感覺，建議穿睡衣睡覺，但是他的房間裝潢考究，設施齊全，最喜歡的是他還有茶盤，除了房間沒四星酒店大，設施完全是比肩四星的。超三星級別，我在裏面呆了22個小時足以見得我對他的喜愛

特別棒的酒店，裝修設計很年輕潮流。前台姐姐服務態度也很好～大廳香香的，床也舒服。就是房間稍微小一些。不過因為酒店算在一個園區裡邊，有停車場。周邊有很棒的吃飯的地方和小廣場似的。

整體感受：5分好評，性價比超高！ 辦理入住：5分！特別感謝前台張心如小姐，特別考慮顧客需求與感受； 入住體驗：5分！房間設施與用品都比較新，衣櫃就有兩個，有個大的浴缸與放行李的枱麪，保險櫃雨傘等準備的很周到； 酒店早餐：品種挺豐富，還融合了地方特色，我也是第一次在全國的酒店早餐裏品嚐到了羊湯，可謂用心了。 退房：因為不想在高鐵站傻等，所以申請了晚半小時退房，也很爽快的答應了，讓客户體驗感很好，預授權退還也很快，酒店還有專人打電話問入住體驗，可見管理還是不錯的。 提兩個小建議：1. 淋浴室往衞生間漏水，應該是膠沒打牢（2510房間可以派師傅去看下）；2. 冰箱是鎖住的，無法使用（去新鄉玩兒的一般都會逛下胖東來，拿回來的水果等想放冰箱沒辦法放）。 預祝生意興隆，有機會再來新鄉還會住這裏。

한국분들을 위해 작성합니다. 무슨 일이 있어도 이 호텔의 '창문 없음' 방에는 투숙하지 마세요. 환기가 최악입니다. 해도해도 너무할 정도로.. 그리고 제 방에 커피포트는 다 녹이 슬어 열리지도 않았고, 오래된 꿉꿉한 냄새가 너무 심했습니다. 그리고 어느 호텔과 다르게 지난 행선지, 향후 행선지 모두 꼼꼼히 체크합니다. 중국어 실력 안 되면 큰일납니다. 보증금은 무조건 현금으로 내고 거기서 바로 받으세요. 다녀온지 일주일됐는데 아직도 못받았어요.

兩點多退的房，也沒催也沒讓加錢，老闆人是真的不錯，不像其他旅館，還沒到12點呢就跟催命似的讓退房，房間性價比非常高，有空調有衞生間，有熱水能洗澡，衞生也乾淨，我十分滿意！

房間還行，門口隔音不好，洗浴設施有銹。整體環境不錯，走廊環境優美。房間設施齊全裝修雅緻。服務不好，剛進大堂我還沒到前台，前台的人就大聲吆喝“入住的是麼？”還有我在平台上選擇的閃住照樣收了300塊錢按金，我説我是閃住，前台像是提前構思好的一樣不假思索地回覆：“你不是閃住，閃住顯示的是離店後付。”我給前台看我這裏的是離店後付，前台説“你要是閃住我這會有顯示，但我這裏沒有顯示。反正按金到時候房間沒事情的話也會退掉。” 那請問閃住存在的意義是什麼呢？

又來評論了，這次住的是這家酒店的另一個房型，這個房間很大，整體裝修簡單大方，大老爺們喜歡泡澡，房間衹有淋浴，但是前台的服務員竟然告知可以拿房卡到四樓免費洗浴，這麼便宜的價格也是讓我吃驚了，那麼大的洗浴區竟然沒有另外收費，衹是為了讓我們有更好的體驗感，總的來說，這家酒店也是讓我刮目相看了，附幾張照片讓大家對比一下，好東西就是不怕分享。
