Ulasan Catalonia Royal Tulum Beach & Spa Resort Adults Only - All Inclusive

This is an old hotel,(20+ years) need a lot of attention in their facilities, never been in a hotel where all inclusive is not included, We ask for beer and wine to our room and Jair told us to come and get it . They do have a 24 room service. No A/c in common areas, so it make a little uncomfortable, the tv it was as old and small , II couldn’t believe the heat in the hotel. Other the the people or front desk they were Awsome

This place was perfect! Its more for adults that are looking to relax. Not a party resort. The only thing that was a little annoying, was that they had entertainment staff that would try to get games started and rather than just asking once if someone would like to join. They kept pestering and not only just in person but on a mic. So i learnt to just stay away from where they were starting some entertainment. Food was the best we've ever had, also worth paying the little extra for privileged package as it includes the Beloved restaurant by the beach. They had the best food! 👌

This property was absolutely gorgeous and the food was off the charts. We’ve been to a ton of all inclusive resorts, and this by far had the best food.

Absolutely incredible stay. The resort was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the entertainment team! 5/5 recommend.

The staff was amazing, and we loved the relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely book this resort again. They made us feel special and valued.

It’s smaller so if you are the beach and forget something in your room, it only took a few minutes to go back. Wish they had a dinner buffet because there are no food options after 6pm if you didn’t make a reservation at one of the restaurants. They did offer room service 24/7 but very limited options after 10pm and the food wasn’t the greatest with room service.

Every detail is thought through. Super clean, lovely grounds. Friendly staff (real friendly not overly fake friendly). Great food and cocktail selection across the resort. Lots of activities or options to just sit by the pool or enjoy the clear beach. Two tips: make reservations at Rauxa for the dinner and show (the best meal we had), and if you like your steak medium rare-ask for medium

People smoke all the time everywhere (lobby, pool, beach). FYI, smoking in public spaces, like Mexican beaches is illegal. Tourist please respect our laws.

My wife and I had such a nice time at the resort! The pool, restaurants, entertainment, beach, and staff were all incredible! We would definitely come back in the future :) Huge thanks to everyone for making it such a memorable experience!

Food wasn't great and my room smelled very bad/ bug in my bed... aside from that I enjoyed the property and pool and beach and spa

We have stayed here several times now and this year it’s seems the property is in the best shape it has been in for a few years and the food quality is better now than it has been in the last couple of years. The people that work at the resort is one of the biggest reasons we come back, they treat you like family and it seems like a genuine pleasure for them to do so. See you next year if not sooner.
