Perfect location to stay in Pan Pacific Yangon For me, Not the first time i had a great review for this hotel. I had been here several times as it's really the best hotel. Hotel room is cleanliness and comfy bed. And I was really enjoyed buffet breakfast, also I love to sit the bar to chill with my love one. All staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel besides really good locations. You will see a lovely Church from swimming pool and nice to relaxing. Highly recommended to all business and vacation travelers. Really awesome 👏 😎 Near by best to taste at Othentic Brasserie, Babett Yangon For shopping 🛍️ Junction City and Bogok Market

strongly recommended As Parkroyal Hotel is located in the heart of the city, transportation is very convenient, and parking is very convenient. The Japanese restaurant of the hotel is also very nice. Needless to say, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent since it's a five stars hotel. One can see the employees working in a professional manner due to the good training of the management team. For example, I have been cheering at this hotel's gym for many years because of the friendly staff, particularly at the gym. If I have to give a strong recommendation, I would like to recommend the Parkroyal Hotel's gym. It is because Manager Ma Ninisaw and the trainer (Mr. Sunny and Mr . Soe Than) provided all guests with excellent service and warm treatment. The pool and spa are also clean. I'd like to invite guests who have not yet arrived to come and stay. When you arrive at Parkroyal Hotel, you will definitely feel like you are at home.

I am way, way overdue in writing this review. I had a great regular stay in the hotel, but what really stood out was when I was leaving the country. They gave me another room for free -- for a few hours to rest and take a shower after a long day, and get ready for my long, evening flight out of the country. To me, that is above and beyond.

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

HOTEL BALMI, After staying with 4 of my family in the HOTEL BALMI for 20 days, my experience in this hotel will not disappear in my life time memories. The rooms are huge, high security for the family, spotless clean, high tech light switch, amazing temperature control (even water for shower), very convenient to access to China Town and with fantastic house keeping team. My favourite activity was having a drink & delicious foods and looking the stunning sun set river view from roof top restaurant that is smashing. On the roof top restaurant, Opposite of the river view, I can even see the Shwe Dagon Pagoda (the greatest landmark of Myanmar), WHAT A GOOD LOCATION IS. All the staff are well trained professional in their rows, very polite and willing to provide their relevant services to the guests at anytime even in the 2:00am. My favourite staff are Patrick (F&B Supervisor) Shine Ko Ko (F&B Captain) Zin Ko Khant (F&B Service) Tin Win Aung (Bartender) Thura Maung ( Operation Manager) Than Naing Lin (Bell Boy) Soe Aung (Night Security) Then, I celebrated my 43rd birthday party at the HOTEL BALMI roof top restaurant. All the decorations, live music, foods & drinks managed by restaurant manager Patrick & team. My birthday party was my best party I have ever had. All my family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Amazing stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for a night, I had the best experience ever. 1) I was early, reached at 0930. The hotel offered me early check in at no cost! I was shocked. Other hotels always charged even if the room is available. How generous! 2) From front desk to cashier, to restaurant and door man, everyone was all smiles and speaks good English. Genuine smiles and sincerity made me feel so welcome and at home 3) The restaurant staff was very attentive and he speaks good English too and was checking if I needed a coffee or an egg. It wasn't what he said but how he said it 4) The door man is a senior uncle..He is always greeting me with very warm smile. Last night I got back to the hotel at 8.30pn and now at 7am, he is on duty again! I must give him a tip when I depart. 5) The location is fantastic. Near to Shwedagon pagoda and the National Museum. There is also a yummy BBQ restaurant next door, Mr Cow. The room is decent and worth the price. If you don't need a 5-hotel, looking for budget friendly, don't mind it is a little old yet a great experience, come here. I am a very happy guest

This is a big hotel on a busy road out of the central district. It requires a train or taxi ride – or lots of walking to get to sights. The hotel does offer a once a day service to some. The room was comfortable. The shower was over the bath. Intrigued by the window that could be opened between the toilet and bedroom! The breakfast buffet had a good selection of western and asian foods but all were cold even when we were there early. The exception was the freshly made-to-order omelet but they need 2 omelet cooks to shorten the wait. Front desk staff seem disorganised - check in took ages. Wifi slow in room as well as in the lobby. Electric jug provided to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room.

We came down to have breakfast buffet at 7:30 and one of their main dishes - chicken is not available anymore and they wont refill it . They should have enough for everyone and it was not line we went there very late. The closing time was 10 am and arriving at 7:30 not having main dishes to eat was not acceptable. Right after that I was going to shower and there was no hot water. I waited about an hour but just no hot water 🙃. So checked out without showering to start my day 😐

The high rated and the discount make me decided to book this hotel on agoda. They booked me in the room on 4th floor. The room condition was good for this discounted price. But less than an 30 minutes after check-in, I found out that the hotel is renovating the 2nd and third floor. Wall crushing hammering and drilling noise was as lound as they are working around my room. It not different from staying in the middle of construction site. I went down to reception, she said they will noisy during workday 10AM to 5PM (but on Saturdy, when I check-out, they were still continue the hammering). I asked reception, if there any available room on the higher floor. She said no. So I send email to agoda customer service right away with video clip to show them how crazy was the construction noise. Agoda never contact back. Next day I have to contact agoda again, they responsed and said that they did not received my first email. I send them more video clips, then thay managed the hotel to move me to 6th floor. Agoda do not provide direct complain channel, but ask me to complain via themselves, the customer service. New room on 6th is quite quiet from the construction noise on lower floors BUT the room was full of strong smoking. My cloth were smell like throom when I unpacked my luggae at home. The shower curtain was horribly moldy. In the second night, there was a young local couple trying to get into my room with the correct keycard. The can unlock electronically but strucked with manual lock from the inside. I am not sure who else got into my room when I was away. There were safebox but without manual. (The walk way on 6th floor was so dark with red lanterns hanging along the corridor. There were lot of activities by their local guest in the late night on 6th floor. Later I provided negative feedback for Agoda as they requested via email. They gave USD3.60 back to my agoda account. I feel like being slapped with USD 3.60. My short trip was impacted from the time I spent on this problem for 2 rounds, then I have to spend 2nd night in the tobacco odour room. Cleanliness, I would give 1/3. The pillow on 4th floor still have odour from previous sweaty guest. The blanket and pillow covers does not look like freshly washed. The shower curtains on 6th floor was moldy. Location I would rate 4/5 but at the moment the government put barbwire and barricade on the road around the city hall at the south end of the oneway 33th street, where the hotel located. I did not expect anything luxury room form this cheap rent at all but the commonsense of of the hotel were absence: 1. They just crushing the building wall without considering that their guests might spend some hours during day-time in the room away from Yangon heat. Even they want to crush the 3rd floor, they can avoid accepting any booking into 4th floor during construction period. . 2. Its is OK for the hotel to have room for smoking guests but must not book non-smoking guest into that room. 3.

這個酒店位置很好，離使館，市中心商場，附近超市大金塔，都非常方便，然後就是空間大，有廚房，出門在外，哪怕自己給自己煮個麪都是温暖的，洗衣機，樓下就是便利超市，雖然超市不大，但是所有的東西你需要的基本都有。每天衞生打掃很乾凈，行李也可以寄存，我中途去了其他地方，就把行李寄存在這裏。早上特別早的航班，還會有給你叫車的服務。樓頂有餐廳。小區裏很安全，還有其他餐廳。現在仰光下午堵車非常厲害，住在這邊省去你很多的堵車時間。

I stay 10 days in this terrible hotel for hotel quarantine 🤢. One day 50,000 Ks including meals. Meals are almost the same food every day. But I don’t have a choice because when I reached to mingalardon airport I have only 2 choices of hotel for quarantine. One of the hotel is Chatrium Hotel and City Hotel Yangon. Chatrium Hotel price was 100 US$ per day, City Hotel Yangon was 50,000 Ks per day. So, I choose City Hotel Yangon. Who will pay 100 US$ per day to stay for quarantine?? The hotel room was very terrible, toilet 🚽 was so disgusting 🤢. The toilet door was always wet, shower handle was very dirty. Shower gel and shampoo look like never change or refill. The furniture, Towel is very dirty. Very bad hotel stay in my life. So many hotels in Yangon, never go and stay away from this hotel!
