The hotel's decor has a strong artistic vibe, but the overall lighting is a bit dim, which isn't very friendly for those with poor eyesight. The king-size room isn't huge but is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are from Xie Fuchun, with a lovely fragrance. The rooms are great, and the hotel staff are very friendly and always greet guests. It's the best hotel I've stayed at in Yangzhou. The only minor issue is that the hotel parking lot is a bit small and fills up quickly, but they offer valet service, so you can just leave your keys with the staff.

The hotel was excellent, and the service was fantastic. We arrived by taxi, and the staff helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. The hotel breakfast was amazing, too, with plenty of local Yangzhou specialties like boiled shredded tofu, meat dishes, and fried rice. You could find both Chinese and Western options. The soundproofing was also very good. They even have a laundry room. Since I didn't bring many changes of clothes, I used the laundry service, and the staff even dried them and delivered them to my room. It was truly wonderful, highly recommend!

As a frequent traveler, I've stayed in many high-end hotels, including Four Seasons, Grand Hyatt, and Mandarin Oriental. This was my first time staying at a Novotel, and the service at the Novotel Yangzhou was actually the best I've experienced across all high-end hotels. All the staff genuinely love their work, providing sincere and warm service that truly makes you feel at home. There were many delightful details: complimentary drinks, afternoon fruit, and turndown service with fruit, which are rarely seen in hotels of similar price offering such great value. I sincerely thank all the staff for giving my mother and me a wonderful trip and stay experience, and I hope more travelers can experience this outstanding service.

From parking to check-in, and even in the guest rooms and restaurant, every staff member is enthusiastic and willing to assist every guest.

The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, but the staff are really nice. The breakfast selection could definitely be improved to match the high price. It would be amazing if they offered a shuttle service to the airport and high-speed rail station.

The room was clean and the staff at the reception were very friendly. It was convenient to have my luggage delivered to the room, and ordering food was also very quick.

The standard pillows in the room are latex, which are quite comfortable. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and the water pressure is great. The entire room is equipped with smart home features. The only downside is that the standard room size is a bit small, but everything else is good. We even played 'Gan Deng Yan' (a card game) in the restaurant at night. The hotel service is excellent. Satisfied with my second stay.

First time staying at this hotel and I was incredibly impressed with the service; it was a fantastic experience and excellent value for money. The hotel even provided complimentary fruit and a souvenir gift. The breakfast spread was also very rich and varied. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit. It's really convenient too, being so close to Slender West Lake, Dongguan Street, and the Grand Canal Museum.

From check-in to check-out, the hotel's service was truly excellent. They helped us with our luggage, and since we drove, they even offered to charge our car and wash it, which was really thoughtful. Attended a wedding in Yangzhou and chose this hotel. The location is very convenient, the environment is lovely and quiet, and the service was excellent. All the hotel staff were thoughtful and enthusiastic, and breakfast was great too. I even left something behind, and they helped mail it back home, and also gave me a souvenir! All in all, I was extremely satisfied!
