I had such a pleasant stay at Novotel Yangzhou City Centre! The rooms were super clean and comfy — everything felt fresh and well taken care of. What really made the stay special was the amazing service. Honestly, it felt like I was staying in a hotel way beyond 5 stars. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I want to give a big shoutout to 小杰 — He was incredibly warm, attentive, and made me feel so welcomed. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and goes the extra mile. If I ever visit Yangzhou again, I’ll definitely be staying here. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great experience!

New, clean functional hotel. Despite of the name in Chinese, it’s not really attached to main attractions like the Slender West Lake or the old town. But it’s a short e-bike/bus/taxi ride.

My stay at this hotel was amazing, thanks to the outstanding service and amenities provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff promptly assisted with my luggage, both when I arrived and when my rides came, and even rushed to open doors for me. I arrived a bit earlier at 11am which is way ahead of the standard check-in time, but the staff efficiently accommodated me, offering a complimentary room upgrade. While I waited for my room to be ready, the concierge added me on WeChat to keep me updated and even reminded me when the room was prepared as I enjoyed my lunch. Additionally, they ensured my luggage was delivered directly to my room without any hassle. One of the standout features of this hotel is its innovative robot delivery service for food orders. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

Good hotel in Yangzhou city center, good breakfast, free coffee and smart toilet. I apreciate Coin Coffe servis in the room. Next time we will choose this hotel again.

Location is good and all of their stuff are very helpful and polite. Equipped with self service laundry for free and adequate gym equipment. An special note to 小余 for providing a professional service. The only downside of the hotel is the sound proof, u can hear the sound of walking from people above ur room as well as the alarm sound of your neighbor

We had a lovely stay in Novotel. Xiao Yu and Xiao Zhao were very friendly, gave us an excellent service and helped us when we had questions. At the reception you can find free Fruits and drinks. Thank you very much, we will come again!

We come from the USA, and we are happy with this hotel. Essentially we like everything of this hotel. We met Mr. Yu (Xiao Yu) at front desk when we checked in. He is super nice, and helps us a lot. We can check in quickly. We particularly like the hotel room floor, which is hard-wood floor.This makes the hotel room very clean. The bathroom is very clean too. We likely hotel breakfast, which is delicious. The hotel front desk asked us and told us that my young daughter left one of her cloth in her room. We asked them to mail us. They get this thing done immediately. They are super efficiency! Our parents-in-law refer this hotel to us. They stayed this hotel in April. They really liked it. The manager Ms. Qin Zhou is super nice too. We really appreciate their helps and hospitality during our stay.

Excellent staff, especially Jessica front desk

Front desk Ms Zhu and Ms Feng (plus other staff from front door bellboy to greet and help take your luggage) are very welcoming, and the hotel pleasant to stay. Breakfast spread is pretty solid as well - overall an excellent value. Yes, it may be a bit of distance from famous spots but it’s just a simple didi away. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering an excellent value to stay.

First time stay at Novotel.The Room size is not every big but just nice . Location is very convenient, 10 min to city.Staffs of the hotel are very very friendly and helpful. Laundry Auntie helped me remove stains on white shirt.They will help to carry luggage and open car doors and will bow to you . Highly recommended
