Hotel berhampiran SUNDRUG (Kamoi Store), Yokohama

I feel so spoiled yo be upgraded to the bay club floor and the view was amazing. Overall, this room is spacious with a terrace. What I love the most is big TV in room that you can enjoy NETFLIX at night after a long day out. Thank you Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu for making our trip fabulous. I will definitely come back!

It's located in the most strategic spot very convenient to travel around and shopping. It provides excellent service too

Well organized and front desk service. With prepare for next time out with my wife and the sea view too good and the ferrys wheels 🎡.

Location of this hotel is quite close to railway station, just less than 3 mins walk from the nearest station, although quite far from the main town, the environment is less crowded and fewer tourists nearby, which could be a good choice. The room is also tidy, although the ventilation of toilet could be improved. The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel is also mediocre, though not many choices, but taste is not bad.

地理位置佳，距離JR關內站大約5分鐘300米左右，距離地鐵關內站400米左右，伊勢佐木長者町也是3，4百米的樣子。樓下就是7-11和薩利亞，對面有個食其家，吃飯很方便。伊勢商店街就是鄰街，隨便逛逛毫無壓力。JR關內站根岸線可以去很多地方，去東京，去小田原我們都是以它作為起點。再説説酒店的房間，比想象中大不少，房間挺寬敞的，衞生狀況不錯。前台的妹子英文服務OK，入住很順暢。

Absolutely value for money! Conveniently located just above Nihon-odori station on the Minato Mirai Line, which goes directly to Shibuya and Ikebukuro. Rooms are amazingly clean and at least twice the size of what we would get for the same price in Tokyo. We did our laundry on the 7th floor and relaxed at the lounge. Nespresso coffee available till 8pm daily. Love this place and will definitely want to come back. Highly recommended.

Sangat dekat dengan Chinatown Jangan ketinggalan pasar raya perniagaan berhampiran Kelemahannya ialah tiada air botol disediakan Hanya tersedia jika anda adalah ahli JAL Anda tidak perlu membeli sarapan pagi saya rasa terdapat sangat sedikit orang dan tidak banyak makanan yang disediakan. akan kecewa WIFI tidak sepantas yang diharapkan. Katilnya sangat fleksibel dan mudah untuk tidur. Ia agak dekat dengan Stesen Japan Odori. Guan Nei jauh

For tourists it is close, maybe a quarter mile from JR and Tsurumi train station😀 Grocery store just up the same road😀 Food options close-by or farther out within easy walking distance😀 Check-In was easy and I anticipate check-out will be just as easy😀 Nice laundry area, three washers and dryers 😀 No folding table, they could have installed one on wall☹️ Older BW, but overall, kept clean and in good condition😀 Staff overall friendly, but much like Japanese, not engaging and communication is rough🤫 Was given 2 bottles of water when checking-in, which is BW standards😀 The one clerk who spoke English said to just ask for more each day. When we did, both times was told we needed to get out of vending machine😡 Room was NOT cleaned one day, We guess because we had don’t disturb sign on door till 10:10am until we left. They start their duties at 10am, I guess if they see sign at at that time, they pass you over for day😡 Three days, used coffee cups were not replaced😡 Overall, quiet around us for every night😀 Nice hot shower water with great pressure😀 TV is terrible, only CNN! Would be nice to at least have Japanese music channel😀 Beds were comfortable😀 No wash clothes, I was told they don’t use them here😳 We went out and bought our own bath Scrubby’s. Nice towels, you get two with two hand towels😬 No complementary coffee in the morning, that’s a first for us at BW😡 I hear good things about hot coffee vending machines here, put one in! Have breakfast for $1200 Yen I believe, did not try. We booked almost a month out, our room size was a large closet☹️ Simply had to walk sideways once you passed the bathroom door😡 Clothes had to be spread out on couch😡 Bathroom is SMALL☹️ The good news, we are discovering what Japan has to offer, so only in room to sleep🙄 Would I stay here again, “NO,” the amenities were just to week☹️ We are loyal BW guests and Diamond Select customers, we have come to expect a little more😬

鎌倉1人旅にて利用（大船には　1週間違いで【相鉄ﾌﾚｯｻｲﾝ鎌倉大船東口】にも宿泊】。一人用の部屋としては　2種類[ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ（16m2 　ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ幅140cm), ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ（19.5m2　ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ幅160cm)]、又　ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ(19.5m2)は2ﾀｲﾌﾟあり　ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙA（本館）を宿泊利用しました。2002年4月開業、2017年12月に　客室&ﾛﾋﾞｰをﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙしたせいか　ﾛﾋﾞｰに足を踏み入れた際　古さを全く感じさせないどころか　部屋のﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑに段差が無いことにﾁｮｯﾄ ﾋﾞｯｸﾘしました。　ﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙ・ｵｰﾌﾟﾝしたﾎﾃﾙの多くは　部屋の内装は綺麗になっても　ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑは段差を残した場合がほとんどなので。ｱﾒﾆﾃｲは　ﾛﾋﾞｰで自分自身で　必要なものを取るﾀｲﾌﾟですが、ｱﾒﾆﾃｲと一緒に小袋があるので　部屋に持ち帰る際　非常に便利であり　又　冷蔵庫もｶﾞﾗｽﾄﾞｱを使用しており　置き忘れ防止と言う意味で　好感を持ちました。　ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ（16m2）の部屋のﾃﾞｽｸはわかりませんが　ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ（19.5m2）の部屋のﾃﾞｽｸは　大きさ的に十分で　ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽで利用される場合　お薦めします。なお　宿泊ﾌﾟﾗﾝにて　ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙの部屋は2種類ありますが　ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙA:本館、ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙB：新館となっています。朝食は　7種類のﾒｲﾝﾒﾆｭｰ（添付　写真参照）の中から一つ選択するﾀｲﾌﾟになっており　昨今の新型ｺﾛﾅｳｲﾙｽ感染予防を考慮すると　ﾍﾞﾀｰな手法と思います。

東京オリンピック開催前に藤沢駅周辺にはホテルが数軒建ちました。その時期にオープンしたホテルのひとつです。立地は悪くありません。藤沢駅南口ロータリーから徒歩5分弱(信号待ちが長くても)です。ホテル1階に２４時間営業のセブンイレブン、2階にファミリーレストランのガスト、しゃぶ葉が入店して居ます。ホテルのフロントは4階にあります。客室は5階から13階です。 ガウンは各階のエレベーターロビーにあります。その他のアメニティは4階フロント脇にあるのが各自で持っていくスタイル。 部屋は至ってシンプル(褒め言葉)、客室とユニットバス、トイレスペースとの段差もありません。ベッド脇に日本のコンセントとUSB-Aのジャックがあります。Wi-Fiの他、有線LANがありとLANケーブルも部屋に常備してあります。テレビはネットテレビではありませんが、テレビが前向きに出てくるのでテレビ背面の空いているHDMIを利用して持ち込みのAmazon stickも利用出来ました。部屋のおすすめは海側です。山側は部屋のエアコンの室外機(海側の部屋の室外機も山側に集約)が窓外にあり若干視界が悪いです。 洗濯機と乾燥機は7階と11階にあります。洗濯機は洗剤、柔軟剤自動投入タイプで1回300円、乾燥機は30分100円です。現金100円玉専用で両替機はないので小銭がない場合はフロントで両替が必要です。12階などに電子レンジやジュースの自販機や製氷器もありましたが利用しませんでした。朝食は4階に専用スペースがあり40品目バイキングを大人1,100円こども550円で7:00〜10:00で利用できます。ワタシは利用しませんでした。ちなみに近くに吉野家、松屋、マクドナルド、富士そばもあります。 泊まった感想としては、至って快適で普通かなぁという感じです。湘南地域の観光の拠点、出張など様々なシーンで利用出来るホテルだと思います。
