Built next to the sea, in an amphitheater spot, with wooded vegetation and a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the green landscape of Zakynthos, our property is a unique vacation spot. Our villa, surrounded by a natural environment of incomparable beauty, with unlimited sea and mountain views and direct access to the coast, is a summer - and not only - holiday dream. The ground floor includes a living-dining room, wc, kitchen and two bedrooms, (each with its own bathroom) and the first floor the roof – an office space with a bathroom and a bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the veranda, under the pine trees with view of the sea and the bay of Agios Nikolaos. All bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. They are fully equipped with high quality mattresses, have air conditioning, open wardrobes and smart TVs. The living room consists of a single, modern space with a dining table, corner sofa and smart TV.
