Hotel berhampiran Laganas Beach, Pulau Zakinthos

Very close to the airport, but this is the smallest compliment that I could give. Many thanks to the manager Marili, you were incredibly nice to us, for sure you made our stay even more special! Many thanks to the rest of the staff, the cleaning team, breakfast team, night shift, you All were amazing!!! Of course I have to mencione that the rooms and all the hotel were extremely beautiful, a lot a lot of quality and attention to the detail in everywhere, from the bedrooms until the swimming pool area, passing by the hallways, everywhere literally. Lovely facade and view of the Marina. We stayed at the hotel for one night. The receptionist greeted us and informed us of our room being a sea view room. A top tip would be to pay a bit more for a delux room as we did. The room was spacious and a proper 4 star hotel, albeit slightly dated decor. Lovely balcony with views of the marina and the sunrise/set. Good TV with plenty of English language news channels including the BBC as standard. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom, but lacked shower gel! Breakfast was presented well, with some options. But there were very few options for vegetarians and vegans. Surprisingly there was no toaster which should be standard in a Continental Breakfast. It could also be better if the juices were fresh and not cheap concentrated varieties. The rooftop terrace is a plus! Especially during the evening as a place to relax and see the views of Zakynthos town.

Two star hotel. It has a very poor breakfast and a small elevator (where only two people can fit at a time). The staff is disappointing, not very friendly. We ordered a pizza delivery and, instead of the receptionist calling the room to inform, he allowed the motoboy to go up to our room to make the delivery (I've never seen that in my life). Also, there’s no parking. The bathroom in the room is extremely small, with brackish water. Amenities were never replenished. The air conditioning didn't have enough power to cool the room, and the safe didn't work either. We were relieved to leave.

We stayed in 108 an executive spacious room. Walk in shower - very well done. Very comfortable bed and good pillows No pool but beach 2 mins away but pebbles so need shoes and hotel dies not provide towels. The hotel told us to walk a little further and we found a much nicer beach - only 5 mins walk. Also had excelled wifi on the beach. Must not drink the water - hotel provides drinking water for the first night only, subsequent nights you must buy your own. TV but only Greek channels nothing else Wifi free but tends to be slow and weak. Hotel said they thought it had been upgraded but are also frustrated and constantly calling their service providers. Breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice and good coffee. Staff wonderful and gave us some good restaurant recommendations- food surprisingly v good! They were a bit mean on tissues though and had to ask for a top up and was given a small wad to stuff into the tissue box! Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

The location was very convenient, only 3 mins walk from the city centre. The hotel owns 3 car parks which were always available to park our car. The rooms were very clean and spacious with modern furniture. The staff was very friendly and smiley. Laslty, the breakfast and bar area was very well organised and with plenty of food and drink options to choose from. Will definetely go back one day

We visited at the end of August as a family of 4. We booked a private pool room in the annex on an all inclusive base. First of all, let me say that we had a fantastic time. I will try to be objective. We are a French/British family and we have done similar holidays over the years… This is a very chilled hotel. A real mix of Europeans and no crazy loud entertainment until 1 am. If you want to party, it’s probably not for you. We booked this hotel in particular for the private pool, and it did not disappoint! We were in the annex ( room 904) and we had the sun on the pool most of the day. With a little wildlife in front which was great as we got to see hummingbirds. We loved the pool. The highlight of the holiday. I would say that the private pools in the main building were far more overlooked and not as much sun exposure. We never had to fight for a sun bed. Plenty by the pool and the beach. The beach is pebbles and I would recommend some beach shoes. The water is lovely and warm and plenty of fish to look at. The all inclusive food was good for a buffet. A lot of choice. Sea food, fish, Meat, Greek food and the usual fries and sausages ect… One dinner included at the a la carte restaurant which was nice . The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is only separated with glass doors so the toilet situation was rather funny at times. As a mother of 2 , I have given up on privacy a long time ago so it didn’t bother me. The walls are very thin though. We were lucky that our neighbours were quiet people. The staff were lovely. Dimitri and his Team at the restaurant were so warm and friendly. Same goes for the pool staff. Always a kind word for the children. My daughter insisted on saying goodbye to everybody as she had such a blast chatting with everyone most days. There was only one thing that was an issue for me. As mentioned we were in the annex wich is a 5 minutes walk. I knew about it and I have no problem with that. I was expecting a walk between the olive trees to go to the main building, but it turns out that we had to walk on the road which I didn’t love. To be fair, there is a car to take you up and down if you don’t want to walk. I normally would let my 11 years old walk back to a hotel room on his own, but in this case it felt unsafe. Saying that I would still choose the annex over the main building as it was much more private.
