Hotel Zermatt dengan Sarapan

Very comfortable and clean room..nice view..and breakfast so delicious..near to zermatt station..1-2 minutes walking distance..near to shop and coop..if u want to go to Matterhorn view point-u can stay here..near to the train station

ที่พักสวยงาม ห้องสวีทชั้น4(ชั้นบนสุด)วิว Zermatt mt. เราพักแบบครอบครัว มีสปาบริการฟรี อาหารเช้าสไตล์สวิส อร่อย พนักงานให้คำแนะนำอย่างดีในการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวบริเวณโดยรอบ ห้องพักสวยงาม แต่แสงสลัวเกินไป อาจจะเหมาะกับคู่รักมากกว่า มีให้ก่อกองไฟ(ในตู้กระจก)ให้ความอบอุ่นภายในห้องนั่งเล่น เตียงเสริมถูกนำมาวางไว้ในห้องนั่งเล่นนี้ ทำให้เวลานอนแสงจากกองไฟสว่างเกินไป ส่วนในห้องนอนใหญ่เป็นหลังคากระจก ม่านปิดกั้นไฟฟ้าแต่เสียใช้งานไม่ได้ต้องใช้ manual ห้องนี้หนาวมาก เหมือนheater จะทำงานได้ไม่ดี

1.這家酒店在半山腰上，有接送班車，但是晚上7點就下班了，酒店入住提示上根本沒說這一點，衹寫了班車免費，我們以為一直有班車接送，那天坐火車到了后9.30了，酒店說沒有班車了，公交也下班了，導航看步行17分鐘左右，結果，全是爬坡路，累個半死，半路上又不好打車了，累吐，全家大半夜的推着行李，累的滿頭大汗，冒椒火辣，心情糟糕透了 2.酒店分明預訂成功，但還有兩天就要入住的時候，沒有任何通知，就說信用卡扣款失敗，並且滿房，還好攜程在這一點做的非常好，幾次溝通才又讓代理商放了一間房出來，這裏必須誇獎攜程 3.酒店前台人員還是比較好，出發那天我們去玩滑翔傘，主動提出到點把行李幫我們送到火車站，不用我們再返回取行李

My wife and I were on a honeymoon trip and booked Hotel Albatros. The front desk was really nice and helpful and provided us with two glasses of champagne. They left some nice surprise in the room. The room was clean and quiet. It has a huge balcony that links the same floor. The shuttle bus is 10 franc per room per trip. It is located in between the bahnhof and the Paradise Cablecar. Both about 10-15 mins away. All in all loved it.

Very good to live with family, although a bit far from train station. Room is very clean and big.

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

What a wonderful place to stay! It’s my honeymoon trip and it’s the last stop in Switzerland, and when the hotel noticed that it’s our honeymoon trip and it temporarily prepared the special room for us! It’s an amazing experience over there! Thank you a lot!
