Hotel Mountain view di Zermatt

Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

The staff are friendly and the drinks in the mini bars are free..... They are generous with the food, they even have bread, nuts and fruits all day next to the check-in desk.

Location is just at the main street of shopping. Bucherer and Rolex shop is just opposite the hotel. Very close to train station, breakfast was awesome. Very clean and bright rooms. Helpful receptionists. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future.

First of all, location is nice. And the owner and team are really nice. Politely and passionate. Of course facilities is good, weather 'doubtless' to be nice. All good and clean. They have even provide me a nicer view

The room was cozy but dated, with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn right from our balcony—absolutely magical at sunrise and sunset. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the village center and lifts, yet quiet enough for peaceful evenings. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already planning our return. Highly recommend this hotel for couples seeking charm, comfort, and stunning alpine beauty. Psst: Minus the opposite land area with constant noise in the morning due from construction, it will be better.

Kristiane checked us in, and out of the hotel. She's the most attentive person so far that I've met, among the hotels that I have stayed in. Not only that, she got our issues fixed within the day, with a good sense of humour. The hotel breakfast was above average, some selection of cheeses, ham, salami, yoghurt, and drinks dispensed from the machine. I chose this hotel as it was close to Zermatt Bahnhof, and I did not regret it. A relatively new hotel, with a faint smell of wood in the room. The heating in the room can be a wee bit stronger, it means the insulation is good while we tuned down the central heating throughout our stay when the external temp is subzero. It's a gorgeous hotel, I have a narrow window view of the Matterhorn. Not to mention that the hotel is right next to McDonald's and two coffee shops. Overall, it was a splendid experience for us staying at Derby. If you were guessing, this isn't a sponsored review. We were just very happy travellers.

Our 2nd night in Zermatt, we chosen Bristol. The location is slightly far from train station but theres view to matterhorn. We stayed in mountain view room but due to weather, we did not see any. Breakfast is good. Variety of choice.

Hotel ini mempunyai beberapa jejak sejarah. Ia adalah hotel kabin gunung tradisional, sangat asli. Lokasinya agak jauh dari stesen kereta api Zermatt, tetapi sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta kabel, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Glacier Paradise. Bilik ini sangat luas dan selesa. Walaupun kemudahannya agak lama, ia mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan. Ia adalah hotel yang sangat selesa. Terima kasih kepada kakitangan kerana menaik taraf bilik kami kepada bilik teres berkembar! Salah satu teres menghadap Matterhorn! Teres lain menawarkan pemandangan sungai. Asrama remaja ini sangat saya syorkan.Walaupun asrama campuran, tetamunya sangat berpendidikan dan tidur awal dan bangun awal. Kami tinggal di bilik quadruple selama dua hari. Pada hari pertama, kami dua perempuan dan seorang lelaki berkongsi bilik, dan pada hari kedua, kami berkongsi bilik dengan tiga perempuan dan seorang lelaki.
