采爾馬特的酒店房間很乾凈，陽台view也很不錯，另外房間還有免費的咖啡膠囊很驚喜，這次的入住體驗很好，不過早餐可以再豐富一點

離車站走路大概10分鐘的距離，還算方便。酒店服務也不錯。

房間裏面很好

A very modern feeling, well appointed hotel, we were thoroughly impressed. For the two nights we stayed the room was remarkably spacious and very comfortable. Soft towels, nice bedding, luxurious shower and spacious bathroom. We got a room with a balcony and ate lunch out there a few times. It was lovely. Breakfast was yummy. A nice mix of your traditional European fare with fresh breads, smoked meats and cheeses. A Jura coffee maker for all of your coffee needs. The very best part of this hotel was the staff. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond in helping us feel at home. We of course were curious and charming. :) That helps I think. The view of the Matterhorn from the breakfast room was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, nice modern clean and with a good breakfast as well as a very nice restaurant for the evening. The bathroom was modern and very comfortable and the location was perfect as it is close to the town without being too noisy so a good night sleep is always possible.

The hotel location is great. The standard is really high after renovation. What was an amazing though was the staff. In particular a gentleman by the name of Zac at the reception. For some reason our room reservation had disappeared but he sat us down, made us a coffee and went about solving the problem. Zac was so, intelligent and witty, so knowledgeable about the mountains and all things Zermatt. He told us where to go on bad weather days, where to eat, where to take walks, where to ski. We always enjoy Zermatt but this time our stay had new dimensions because of all his recommendations. Kudos also to Jenny and the Spanish breakfast lady who was super sweet!

Tannenhof is well located near the Murmeltierbrunnen (groundhog fountain), next to Zermatterhof Hotel. The building is very modern in inside to a high standard. The rooms and beds were superb, with a great shower. The only star I deducted was the sporadic service at breakfast and poor communication. The young lady briefed with restocking breakfast and clearing tables was a little reluctant, but could be persuaded. I had sent a message to the hotel months in advance and asked for one of our rooms to be made up with twin beds. I even had a friendly confirmation back. On arrival however, no notice could be found and both rooms had double beds. Not a major thing, but a hotel in this category and price range should be able to deal with this. Also on our arrival, the restaurant was closed for the day (it was open again the next day). Again, no notice was given to us. Out of the many messages I was sent by Tannenhof to check in online beforehand, none indicated a closed dinner option at the hotel. Again, not a major thing, but something that wasn’t aligned with rest of the luxurious ambience at Tannenhof.
