Zhangjiajie Junlan Hotel (Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station)

Simply perfect. The hotel is awesome. The room is new and the facilities are super complete. It's is located 5 min walking from the cable car station. The staff is super kind. They offer really good tips to visit the mountain. The breakfast is home made and super tasty. In conclusion, I will highly recommend to stay in this hotel to anyone who wants to explore the city and the mountain.

Location is ideal to visit Tianmen Mountain. The couple owning the hotel is extremely helpful in guiding you around the attractions. The boss' wife went above and beyond in helping us find a restaurant to have dinner even late at night. Nice family-run place.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. We were taken care of by the owners of the hotel. They helped us book the different attractions such as the Grand Canyon and National Forest at discounted prices and helped arranged transportation when necessary. The hotel is very close to Tianmen Mountain. The hotel room we stayed at was clean however there was no hand soap and the mattresses were very firm. There is not really a divider between the shower and the toilet so when you shower the shower water can flow into the toilet area but you can wear your shower slippers to avoid slipping. Also there is only one washing machine and it is located the rooftop. Overall it was a pleasant stay that can still use some improvements.

Well located hotel and comfortable room, totally recommend for the price we paid. The Chinese breakfast is good and we got picked up at the airport for free. The highlight of the hotel are the hosts! They did not speak English and we did not speak Chinese but they were incredible explaining how we should visit Tianment Mountain and also the Avatar Mountains, best routes, transport alternatives, how to buy tickets and so on. On top of that in the last day we were headed to the airport again and they called a Didi for us and paid for it. The most incredible hosts we have ever encountered.

國慶期間整趟張家界旅行最佳的就是訂了這家酒店，老闆一家人超級nice ，接站服務幫我們送到了七十二奇樓玩，省大筆夜遊費用。詳細以我們為主給推薦路線和遊玩點，然後起了大早，直接打車到山門，6點到等待開門，第一波進山的感覺超爽，11點下來看到排到三層樓的人羣真是太感謝老闆推薦，之後還給我們規劃了後面森林公園的玩法，給朋友們強推這家。

強力推薦，卫生干淨服务好，有运動健身及洗衣、烘干設施，晾衣也方便，楼頂設有漂亮花園，可供休憩、眺望美景，老闆夫婦為人善良，很貼心、用心，处处为人設想。因有物遗留在上次住宿酒店，老闆娘知悉即主動表示可代为取回，熱誠親切，令人感动，因看錯时间，过時才退房(pm13:30)，老闆也表示諒解，下回再到張家界，必定再入住。

真的是太滿意了，全程讓我們都很舒服，老闆一家人特別熱情，待客之道非常滿意，為我們購買優惠票，給我們計劃路線，優質快速的遊玩景區，還為我們的第二天行程給予建議讓我們少花錢，遊最優質的景點，還有我們到的晚，老闆娘還親自到路邊等我們，幫忙拿行李，離店的時候也是非常熱情的幫我們拿行李，還有就是早餐，我非常滿意，都是早上現烤的蛋糕麪包，非常鬆軟可口，豆漿炒飯，米粉，稀飯都很好。樓頂上🈶一個屋頂花園，民宿內還有電梯，房間也乾淨衞生，總的來説非常滿意，㊗️老闆一家生意興隆，財源廣進。
