Guys, I will Advise you to stay in this hotel they will help you whatever you want in zhangjiajie There is one girl her name is Wang. She was very helpful for us. They take you from airport and also take you back to the airport and every day they give you advice about how travel in zhangjiajie

The place is very nice, clean and cozy. The place is also near to the tianmen mountain and 72 strange building. The receptionist (珊珊) is very kind and helpful. They help us to book to our travel destination and help us with the detailed information of it. I am very happy with the help and service. This hotel is very recommended! Thank you!

We were welcomed by 嘉星 who was very helpful and friendly. We arrived very early so we first got one of the two booked rooms and put our luggage there before setting off. 嘉星 sent and explained us the itineraries in Tianmen shan. He included the price of the escalators, timing of the last cable car, ect which we found very useful. He also helped us book tickets for the 72 wonder tower (cheaper than getting them by yourself). We were a bit confused as to how to get the tickets but everything was solved nicely. In the evening, we got an upgrade on one of our room! The rooms were clean and very comfortable! The next morning, another host sent us by car to the train station. We really enjoyed this hotel and definitely recommend it!

Shanshan (珊珊)has been very helpful during our stay there.

We are very satisfied with the stay here. The rooms a clean and cozy, the staff is nice and responsive. Breakfast is simple but fine, will not stay hungry if you like Chinese food. Highly recommend this hotel for stay.

This is the hotel you should absolutely pick! The service was incredible. The host went out of their way to plan the complete trip for us along with keeping up with us through WeChat to make sure we were okay. Because of the use of WeChat, language barrier did not matter, which was a great help. This was my favorite part of the hotel. Also there is no additional fees for them helping, which is great. In the front they have candy and tea and their breakfast was tasty as well. They serve the best Hunan noodles for breakfast :) I highly recommend this hotel and recommend staying for 3 or more days if possible. Everything was clean and sanitized too.

Besides the hotel being on an excellent location with different restaurants around, the staff was extremely helpful! Every day will take car of anything I need, find me transportation to the different tourist places and will arrange a guide on where to go and do based on my likes. Special thanks to 芳芳 (Fang fang) for all the support and care to my person, without her support I would have enjoyed as much as I did

Room is very clean and beds are comfortable. We like the complimentary pick up and drop off service. Fang picked us up, Shan dropped us at the airport. Xiao Xian helped us book transport and tkts to the attractions. Xiao Xian, Fang Fang and Shan Shan were all super helpful and friendly. I would say they are one the most friendly people I have met thus far. The cleaning lady for my 608 room was really meticulous. All of them made our stay memorable. Mr Tan/Singapore

Best hotel in Zhangjiajie’s downtown. They have such a helpful and kind workers. - Pick-up and drop-off service is free, - Trip planner etc.

the room is cleaned daily, offers free bottled water and pick up from train station. the butler is nice and friendly. the location is convenient and you can just grab a taxi to anywhere for less than 10yuan. great stay in this hotel and would return to stay.

This is just a great hotel with a great value for money - very clean and new! I received excellent hospitality during my stay. They even helped me with buying tickets for the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The two front desk ladies, Fang Fang Xiaoxie and Shan Shan were amazing. The hotel gave me a free limousine ride back to the airport.

A wonderful hotel in Zhangjiajie City, perfectly located to explore the region. Nearby to a vast array of local shops and restaurants. The room itself was well fitted with modern amenities and cleanliness was of a high standard. The 2 separate bedrooms were great for privacy, with one even having.a separate en suite toilet. Service was very friendly and helpful, with the hosts going out of their way to help us arrange any needs

The hotel 管家 provided personal and professional service to their customers even you didn't request it, free of charge, understand what were your needs and visits to the various tourists attractions. They advised you on various option you can choose. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to 小仙 for her exceptional service. Her team and the front desk staff were very responsive to serve hotel guests. The staff may also provide free transportation to nearby destinations in the morning subjected to availability of resources. Will certainly recommend to other tourists to consider staying in this simple yet luxurious hotel by its ownclass. Value for money for room and services.

This stay was amazing! Great location and cleanliness. The staff was so friendly. Shan Shan is so welcoming and helpful! She helped us plan our trip in Zhangjiajie and helped us book tickets for nearby attractions. Would recommend to anyone!
