Yuntu Garden Hotel

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport but the signage needs to be upgraded and maybe written in English for foreign tourists. The hotel is located in the corner of a ***** mall and my taxi driver had trouble finding it. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I did not eat breakfast at hotel so I can’t comment on it. The front desk is helpful. The general condition of the hotel is misleading because the hallways and elevators give the impression that the hotel is old and run down but it is not. The rooms are good. There are a couple of grocery stores close to the hotel. Western food spots like Kfc, Starbucks, McDonald’s, and Pizza Hut can deliver to the hotel.

前台小妹很熱情，有什麼需要，阿姨也來的很快，服務到位，把我們當成上帝一樣服務我們，我們很多問題不懂啥的，都會和我們好好講解一點也不耐煩，房間也很不錯，乾淨整潔，住的很舒服，第二天起來精神抖擻，還有叫早服務，真的很不錯，很奈斯，推薦，安利，懂的人一定會懂的，都會安利他們，下次住酒店還選擇他們家，恩，不錯不錯不錯，還有，這邊住着也很安靜，沒有那些車輛聲音

房間整潔乾淨，寬敞，明朗，房間設施齊全，酒店服務非常好、態度特別棒，很熱情，周到，離公交車站近，出入很方便，整體效果十分舒適，不錯

房間乾淨衞生，離張家界市區景區都比較進，酒店服務員推薦住靠住在靠天門山這邊都還能看見天門山
