Hotel Zhangjiajie dengan Spa

Loved staying at this hotel ! 10/10 I would recommend. As a tourist from out of the country I felt very welcome and well taken care of right from when I got there. The room was clean and the view of the mountains from my window was literally breathtaking. Also, I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel staff for being so helpful and efficient..when I first got into my room, I made a mistake and ended up blowing a fuse in my room. I went downstairs to the front desk and explained the situation and it was fixed within a few minutes of me getting back to my room...thank you! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie

We booked the hotel so that the kids can be happy with the pools, but it was closed! All the pools where completely closed! The hotel is a little run down, no english speaking personal at the reception, no restaurant to eat (except for breakfast), the location is very good as in walking distance for restaurants, stores and cableway to Tianmen

I had an amazing stay at this resort! Lu lu was super helpful and made the experience seamless. The restaurant was great, especially for breakfast. The hot spring bath was a highlight - the staff made sure that the water temperature was exactly to our liking and provided hot tea and towels for our use. The grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. The only negative I could say is that they did not offer massage services when I stayed, even though it was advertised online. Maybe because it was the low season or because they forgot to update the listing?

This hotel appears to have undergone a major renovation and upgrade recently. The hotel is pleasant and comfy overall, but there are no frills or excesses. We had ordered a Deluxe Queen room and it was spacious and clean. The highlight of the room was a wide panoramic window that offered a wonderful view of the town and the surrounding mountains. We recommend that you opt for this room type, if you can! The staff at the reception were kind and patiently explained everything. They met our every request, but be warned that they speak no English. You would be fine with even basic Chinese, however. There was a relatively broad selection of meal at breakfast. Although the meal at breakfast was entirely Chinese, even European travellers would definitely find something to eat as there was a broad selection of salads available. The breakfast is served on a pleasant covered rooftop terrace. There is plenty of restaurants and shops in the area surrounding the hotel. The hotel is conventiently located a few steps away from the main entrance of the Zhangjiajie national park As far as we could discern, no other hotel is located closer to the main gate. We are European travellers, by the way. Would highly recoomend this hotel to anyone, but you need to have at least basic Chinese language skills! Besides, we found the hotel to be extremely good value!

I paid $191 NZD for 3 nights, pretty good deal! Clean, smart room, looks new, mostly quiet, could hear the hallway noises and some traffic noises (from the 15th floor) but not the next door room noises. Smoking was allowed outside I think, but was not an issue/the room did not stink of cigarettes even though there was an ashtray inside. Staff don’t speak English but with a bit of my Chinese I could communicate with them for the free trip from the West railway station to the hotel (15min car ride away). The bus station was about 10mins walk to catch the 1hr bus to the ZJJ National park, while the Tianmen mountain cable car was maybe 20mins walk away. Some nice restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby too. Would recommend.

The hotel is new, Tidy room, but room are neat and clean. Breakfast was good. But there is no good restaurant around hotel. Need to go around a kilometer. Around 3.5 km from cable car ticket office.

強烈推薦，住宿找這個酒店. 買張家界和魅力湘西門票找這個老闆， 比網上購買便宜，我從網上定森林公園和魅力湘西門票，酒店的票全退了，重新找這個老闆定的。，《其實森林公園那預約具體時間壓根無所謂，衹要符合當天購買的日期，門票四天有效哦，第二天隨便進，遊玩張家界森林公園沒有兩天無法看完，排隊久，特別現在旺季，太曬了，一定要做好防曬，有時早上大雨，下午30多度高温》 再説為啥選這個酒店： 1.酒店乾淨衞生，服務好，電梯房，我本來定了一天的，第二天定了其他酒店，後來果斷退了，跟老闆續訂了一天。老闆還給我優惠了，還送我兩天兩個大人和兩個小孩的早餐，真沒得説，做衞生的那個阿姨和前台的美女姑娘也非常好。 2.靠近最好森林公園東門標誌門，幾步拐彎就到，非常方便，吃完晚飯，幾分鐘慢慢逛去魅力湘西劇場 3.（這個優點簡直秒殺）酒店門口就是夜市一條街呀，遊客非常多，非常熱鬧，想吃啥都有，建議大家酒店出門右邊一直走100來米，吃一下上過《美食中國》老灶台三下鍋哦（店門口有橫幅），直接搬來油煙排氣管餐桌現鈔，非常有特色，口味好吃。人均消費也是50-100快左右，單單三下鍋一個菜夠3-4個成年人吃了，不用點太多。當然老闆樓下的酒店吃也行拉，價格更加實惠，悄悄看了下菜單三下鍋價格88元很便宜拉，酒店一樓自助早餐15元，小孩免費，牆裂推薦，老闆免費送更加好，哈哈哈。 最後，再次強調訂酒店就找這個老闆（男，不胖，😀），訂門票找這個老闆，遊旅攻略問這個老闆。

裝修檔次高，床很舒服，被子雪白乾凈，印象很好。空調温度正好，不像有的酒店開的賊冷，還不能調節，下次還住這裏。一樓餐飲精緻，味道不錯，尤其小炒肥腸很有水平，建議住店旅客嘗一下，希望酒店再多開發一些菜品。總之，非常滿意。對了，這裏離張家界西站距離不遠，坐高鐵方便。

Family trip to 大峡谷 frodidnaysia，Check in staff frienly and polite to explain the hotel amenities, also explained the travel tips to 大峡谷scinic area. Hotel room condition same as photo ans the bed very conform for us to sleep after our flighty from KUL -》Nanjing -》Changsa and train Changsa to Zhangjiajie. Hotel staff offer Free Breaksfast for us, we didnt take breakfast as we want to try local spicy noodle at few minutes walk from Hotel.

Have stayed here during our visit to Zhangjiajie mountains for 4 nights. It was chosen between several hotels in the area and the choice was absolutely right. We really enjoyed our stay in Harmona. The resort has a unique location in a forest between mountains, so u can feel all the beauty of nature. Also very welcoming stuff here who always try to make your stay more comfortable doesn’t matter that time is it. Especial thanks to Cherry, who assisted us all the time and to Nancy from the front desk and Huhuayong the driver. The position of the resort is perfect for visiting main attractions - forest park, canyon, dragon cave - just 10-15 minutes drive and give you all the opportunities of forest silence in the evening after busy day in the crowd. All amenities are good and usable - hot springs, restaurants, tea house etc. And landscape of resort is perfect. The view from the room in 8th floor is wonderful.
