Check in service was average, as the staff is not clear with the booking details. The WiFi service only available with local number. Front desk staff did not offering to help log in for the WiFi, and even ask us to get from any local China people for the number. Hotel is clean but the amenities is just average. Not so recommended but can get other hotel to stay as well at the nearby with this price.

This is a good budget hotel. The service is excellent, and it is within walking distance of Huafa Mall. It is a loft style room though, so I wouldn’t recommend it for older people. The walls in the room are very thin. You can hear the people in the next room easily. I like how there is a washing machine and dryer you can use. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel.

房間被升級了，證明服務是到位的👍地點、景觀都很不錯，景觀更是五星級！房間衛生程度也可以，就是住這些公寓，總會不像酒店，一般沒有行李寄存服務始終是缺陷🙏

The location is excellent and convenient, just walking for about 5 minutes have an enormous shopping mall. The room is quite big and clean.

Convenient location, near enough to cab to Chimelong by Didi for ~Rmb12 and Hengqin Port for Rmb~11. Helpful shuttle bus service to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom at 09:00 and 09:30 every morning, also a return shuttle 8.30pm in the evening. Booked and boarded shuttle after watching the 8pm fireworks at Penguin Hotel. Amenities include hair dryer, slippers, towels and bathrobes, TV. The Duck themed room included Lego blocks and the tent which our kids loved.
