The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel's location is easy to find, right in the center of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street.

We chose this hotel in the Tianhe business district for our family trip to Guangzhou, and its location was truly a huge plus. It was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and taking the subway, with many malls nearby. This saved us a lot of hassle when traveling with kids, as we didn't have to constantly trek back and forth. The room was quite spacious, so our family never felt cramped. It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The mini-fridge in the room was a godsend for families with young children; we could store milk, fruit, and drinks, which was a small but thoughtful touch. The hotel's Lucky robot was a fun novelty, delivering items to our room. It was novel and entertaining, and our child absolutely loved it, staying excited the whole time. The staff were gentle, friendly, attentive, and patient, always responding promptly to our inquiries. The hotel's overall environment was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area, and the common areas were neatly maintained. It's perfect for both family vacations and short trips, with user-friendly facilities and warm service. Our overall stay was relaxing and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Tianhe and highly recommend it to families traveling with children.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the housekeeping team and front office, were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. The location is another great advantage. It’s conveniently situated within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping malls, making it easy to find food, shop, and explore the area without needing transportation.

Overall, the room was quite good. The hotel's location is very convenient, with a subway station, Nantou Ancient City, and a bus stop all nearby. The smart features in the room were easy to use, and there were two adorable kittens in the lobby. The overall experience was pretty decent.

Great location with lots of food choices around. Hotel staffs from front desk to cleaning ladies were all very proactive to assist us. As we did place order for some parcels to be delivered; they have given us clear procedures to ease the waiting time needed. Love this. If is your first time to Guangzhou, do give this hotel a try. Fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the Convention & Exhibition Center Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for business trips and exhibitions! The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and respond very quickly. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet upscale design. The Ailant mattress ensures a comfortable sleep, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views of the Futian CBD cityscape. The bathroom has stable water pressure and a complete set of amenities. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and transportation is very convenient. Overall, the attention to detail is impressive, and it offers exceptional value for money. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian. Highly recommended!

This hotel's service and environment definitely exceed 5 stars. Aside from waiting a while for the elevators, there's really nothing else to complain about. I have to say, this is probably the most satisfying hotel we've ever stayed in. The smart room was clean and spacious, with a large TV and basically everything you could need. The bedding, pillows, and sheets were all very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep every day. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and drying, and after washing, the staff even helped us take the clothes out to dry. They also provide breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper daily. Breakfast is served until 12 pm, and there's a wide variety of food options. The hotel is located right at Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and Big Buddha Temple is visible right outside the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. There's also a small supermarket downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Ultimately, we extended our stay by two more nights. We even changed our subsequent travel plans just to stay two extra nights. Every day, we were touched by their thoughtful small gestures. I remember one day I bought yogurt back, and the next day I took the room card out when leaving, cutting off the power. When the cleaning lady serviced the room, she even inserted the card to turn on the power and the air conditioning, so the room was always cool when we returned to the hotel. I booked a standard twin room, and my first impression upon entering was how clean and airy the entire space was. There wasn't any stuffiness, smoke, or damp smell. The wall panels and carpets were meticulously maintained, and the bedding on both beds was pristine white, soft, and neatly made without any stains. There was no dust accumulation on the TV cabinet or desk corners, and the desktop power outlets and storage areas were wiped perfectly clean. The room was very spacious, and the twin bed layout felt uncrowded. The blackout curtains by the floor-to-ceiling window worked wonderfully. The配套设施书桌, chair, wardrobe, and mini-fridge were all available. There was plenty of space for luggage, and the lighting was soft and not harsh, making for a very comfortable night's rest. 🛁 Bathroom: Marble-textured, dry/wet separation – super convenient. The bathroom was a definite highlight. The full marble tile renovation gave it a visually upscale feel. The glass shower enclosure provided complete dry/wet separation, with no standing water on the floor. The sink mirror, toilet, and towel rack were all spotless. The bath and face towels were neatly folded, and the hairdryer and toiletries area were well-organized. The shower water pressure was stable, making for an excellent daily washing experience. 📍 Excellent Location, Super Convenient for Eating and Exploring. The hotel is situated in the core area of Daliang. It's an 8-minute walk to Jinbang Street and Beidi Temple, where you can try Huanji Milk and local snacks. Right downstairs at the entrance is a long-standing bamboo noodle shop, and the hotel's second floor features a dim sum Chinese restaurant. You can enjoy authentic Cantonese dim sum in the morning without having to go far. Whether you're visiting Qinghui Garden and Huagai Road during the day or going out for a late-night snack, getting around is incredibly easy. ✨ Extra Bonus Details: 1. Excellent soundproofing in the room; corridor and outdoor noise were almost imperceptible, ensuring an undisturbed rest. 2. Complete facilities, stable TV and WiFi signals, ample charging outlets, and a landline phone on the bedside table. 3. The hotel service was gentle and courteous, and check-in was efficient. 4. Great value for money; the room was spacious, and hygiene standards were high. It's definitely a top choice for a short trip to Shunde. The room was clean and the bedding was so soft, like sinking into a cloud. It's a 900-meter walk to Renhe subway station, and you can take Line 3 directly to Zhujiang New Town. In the lobby, black tea, green tea, juice, and cookies are available all day, so having a cup of tea while waiting for your ride is really pleasant. For breakfast, they have freshly cooked noodles and vermicelli, which taste great.

The bedding was clean and soft, and I spent a long time just staring out, lost in thought. The front desk lady's smile when she handed me the room card was even warmer than the night view itself.
