Nice hotel for this price, nice spa, excellent breakfast (Serbian style).reception people is very gentile.it is pity not all staff speak english.in spa I have !!real problem with massage with susanna.i payed ayurveda 60-90 min.massage 5000 din , but massage was done was done just for 52 min.very bad expirierce with this Susanna, rude, lady and incorrect!....payement was for full.the incredible problem was , during relaxing ayurveda massage the phone of Susanna is ring!!!it is ruined all massage!!!it was shocking.i'm going to massage for al my life, but using ringing phone during the nost expensive massage ir rude and unundestadble. She destroyed massage relax and did not wash hand after phone.stay avay from this terrible massage terspist Susanna. An other terspists Ivana and Nicola were very good... I put raining down because of this terrible massage terapist SuSanna

Inicialmente debió ser un buen hotel y esto no quita que lo siga siendo, pero si no se invierte en la actualización de algunos servicios, dejara de serlo. Moquetas en los pasillos manchadas, baños antiguos con deficiencias por culpa del paso del tiempo, algunas habitaciones con claros signos de deterioro de la pintura, maderas ajadas, etc. Dejando esta opinión de lado, la realidad es que las habitaciones están limpias, claras y se pueden ventilar con facilidad. El servicio de wifi en todo el hotel es excelente. El desayuno y las comidas se sirven en formato bufé, que están bien presentados y mantenidos. El hotel dispone además de una zona de aparcamiento propia.

Es sind keine wünsche offen geblieben. Sehr sauber!!!! Wer sich erholen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Mit dem Auto ist die Innenstadt in 5min erreichbar. Es gibt ein Kaminzimmer zum entspannen, trinken, karten spielen. Das Spa ist Top(im Haus) man hat es für sich alleine. Und muss es nicht mit anderen Teilen wenn man es bucht. Dafür sind dann auch die 50€ für 1,5Std auch ok. Lg Neso & Milica

Ideal location of the hotel, part of it is recently renovated and offering a very nice and new room ( luxury one ) No complain at all, excellent design and all you need is there. Standard rooms ( we booked 4 rooms for our big family) are in different part of the hotel, they are smaller and basic furniture inside ( I would say they are 3* rather than 4 star for sure) I highly recommend only luxury one . Artwork in hotel is amazing!! The huge downside is that most beautiful part of the hotel and foyer is NOT smoking free area. So imagine when 50 people are smoking , smoke and stinks around?! Inside hotel everything should be strictly no smoking, why management is tolerating it? I understands that by law in Serbia you can offer smoking area, however why not stand out and be first to do a big changes .. Price wise very affordable , mini bar, room service , laundry , bars, restaurants all affordable and not overpriced ! Buffet breakfast is all right but very limited for vegan diet! Playroom is excellent and kinds really enjoyed it! Carpet towards restaurant need some attention asap!
