Rooms very modern & great customer service. All facilities are great, especially gym is a full free weights gym, with big sauna, jacuzzi, steam, pool. 20 min taxi to airport. I requested a quiet room , was perfect away from main road.

Jit is ok to stay here. Price should be around 120$ per night. Breakfast is very jormal. food container for breakfast Is dirty.

Clean and nice hotel. Near to tram and train station. Supermarket is just a short walk within hotel.

The hotel is a little away from the center (15~20 min by tram), plus 4min walk to the station. The check-in was quick, although in proper Swiss fashion the check-in time is only at 3pm. Fortunately, we were allowed to move in earlier. The room is big enough, but if you have big suitcases it'll be a bit tight. The staff is courteous and helpful, and try to accommodate if they can. The breakfast selection isn't too wide, but it's well arranged and has most of what you'd expect. There's a proper gym (exceedingly rare) with enough equipment to satisfy all but the pros. However, it does get a bit busy at times. They also have a decent swimming pool. There's a workstation with a printer next to the reception that guests can use for free - perfect if you need to print out tickets. They were happy to hold our baggage after we moved out until our flight in the evening - much appreciated. We paid about 125CHF a night for a standard room for two including breakfast, which is a good deal in Zurich. All things considered, there's very little to complain about. We had an excellent stay, and would love to stay there again.

The staff are not nice and friendly. The hair dryer is broken . Rubbish hair dryer. The facilities are not new as well. Will not come again.

Mediocre for the price point. Location is good with two tram stations a short walk away and direct tram service to city centre. Aside from Raquel at the reception, staff were not particularly pleasant to deal with. Breakfast is a good spread. Property is showing its age and would benefit from a renovation.

Direct train to Zurich HB but just need to walk about 5-8 minutes to the tram station. Rates are so much lower than the rest of the hotels. Room size is consider spacious in Zurich and service is excellent to Tatjana the receptionist.
