A perfect hotel. The location of the hotel is really good, located very near to the broken bridge. You can even see North Korea from the hotel.
The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The boss is a really great person and she made me feel welcome. She is always smiling !
I really recommend staying here !

The staff is great very helpful whenever needed even out of check out time. One woman speaks English.
The single room was ok for one night but not very comfortable , there is hardly place.basicly a bed in a tiny room. Tee provided. Toilet is down stairs.

西安路の中央大道に近く、周りには飲食店がたくさんあります。リフォームして間もないのでとても綺麗な部屋でした。トイレは自動で流れるタイプでした。安い価格設定なのでまた利用したいと思います。

週末帶孩子來瀋陽旅遊，在網上收到一家性價比挺高的的賓館，看着評價挺高，不虛此行，還真的不錯，一進大門，就感覺好像回家得感覺，前台特別有親和力，漂亮姐姐很熱情，幫我拿行李，房間也非常的乾淨，雖然不大但五臟俱全，啥都有，賓館了還有一衹會溜達的小鳥，還有一衹可愛的胖柯基，還有一衹大胖貓，我家孩子可喜歡了，玩的可開心，周邊飯店也很多挺方便的，我們開車，停車也特別方便，推薦這家賓館

都給好評，我也給好評，特別推薦去哪網的的員工，尤其是女性去入住，我對去哪網的印象越來越差了，啥玩意都敢往出掛，還推薦，還零差評，搞得我對錦州印象都極差。住到半夜就跑了，抽不了。

6月15號有馬拉松，起點在瀋陽和平杯世界足球公園。所以和朋友在距離較近訂住宿的地方。賓館設施、衞生也還可以，唯一就是雙人標間沒有窗户，比較悶，需要開空調換氣。樓下沒有停車位，來的時候開車在1公裡外才勉強找到停車的地方。樓下就是菜市場，買水果，吃早餐都方便。

設施：有公共衞生間，可以反鎖，可以洗澡。有沐浴液。房間內有蚊香和兩個電扇。除此之外就是床和一個小桌子。
衞生：非常好，很乾凈。
環境：在金三角，縣城就這麼大，去哪都很方便。到火車站走路40分鐘，汽車站走路10分鐘，縣城中心地帶、奉國寺走路都是十幾分鍾。門口的街出來路口早上有賣蔬菜水果早點的。
服務：老闆人很好。WiFi網速相當快且連接穩定。

GGuest UserI regret to say I didn't stay. Difficulties arranging travel, and a change of plan due to bad weather prevented my visit.
Was disappointed that hotel wouldn't honour cancelation refund a few days in advance as most other hotels do, because I do plan to visit Yongling, Henggan at some point.

LLawcchThis hotel is not really minsu or homestay but it's a budget hotel that offers best value for money. The lady boss had upgraded my room with an attached bathroom. Overall, all the rooms were newly renovated and sparkling clean. Although nobody comes to clean the room, you can request them to do so. Two things I noticed in most hotels or hostels are the hotel/hostel allowed guests to smoke inside the hotel but not in the room. The guests wore dirty shoes inside the room and hotel lobby which annoyed other guests and hotel staff to clean them daily. I suggested that the hotel management does have no smoking in all areas and no wearing your own shoes or slippers inside the hotel and room. The bathroom fittings are brand new and have hot/ cold water shower.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent which is near to Red Beach National Scenic Corridor(盘锦红海滩国家风景廊道), 15 minutes walking distance to Er Jie Guo South Entrance (二界沟南门), this is the recommended entrance and route in order to see big scale and nice Red Beach (碱蓬草). Same row with the hotel, exit hotel, turn left, about 10 minutes walk, that is a very nice restaurant name 二界沟家常饭店，this restaurant sea foods are excellent, price reasonable and with good service. Hotel cleanliness to be improved, my hotel room desk and other furniture flat surface are with a thin layer of dust. Bathroom is flooded after shower.

RRravlThe hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.

Very good hotel, room and experience. The hostess is hospitable and neat, and the uncles and aunts are also very warm and cute. It is one of the most worthwhile hotels I have visited. It's conveniently located with easy access to transport, and there are supermarkets and fruit shops nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Lushun!

GGuest UserThe stay was very comfortable, the room space was ok, the bed was large and comfortable, there was a room card, and the electricity was only available when the room card was inserted, absolute privacy, the bathroom and sink were opposite, and even the sink had hot water, of course. Hot water for bathing. The amazing thing is that it is cold outside, but the room is warm. There is no heating, and the temperature of the room is quite comfortable. With such a price and such a location, what else is there to be picky about? Good reviews. The only thing is that sometimes the WiFi is not strong, but otherwise I am very satisfied. I stayed for one more day. I am a well-traveled traveler in China. I always look for a cheap and safe environment. I can recommend this hotel.
