Probably the best location hotel in Lanzhou with mesmerizing views over the Yellow River. Staff is friendly and helpful, special compliments to the concierge team. The senior members were very helpful, though the young guys need more training, still give wrong directions sometimes. The rooms are modern, sleek and comfortable. Lack of luggage racks for larger suitcases is unfortunate. Beds are very comfortable, cleaning is impeccable, bathrooms are neatly furnished. We did have an incident with smoking guests on the floor, but staff addressed it well. The hotel location is its biggest selling point: 10 minutes from everything in the city center, and with one of the best beef noodle shops just next door. Will be back!

The friendly staff attended to my luggage as soon as I walked into the open doors. They upgraded me to a window room and it was big and clean. Anything I asked, they were very helpful and friendly using the translator so good if your Chinese isn't good! Breakfast has a great selection and a Balcony for the smokers. Very clean and the most important is that it's very close to the night markets - just down the road - and Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Spring! Location is amazing. Also close to the Dunhuang Museum.

Très bien situé dans la veille ville mais le nom donné par Trip com Hidden guest house ne correspond à rien. Le vrai nom est Guiyin Minzu. Pour trouver, c’est à côté de la maison du général Zheng Yuanquan. Très jolie maison rénovée avec goût, les chambres sont tes bien équipées, douche parfaite. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous voulez visiter Majishan. La jeune femme de l’hôtel est d’un grand secours pour aider à trouver un taxi. Merci beaucoup à elle pour son aide

Facility is fairly new and advertised as the only none smoking hotel in the area so I booked it. However I smelled cigarettes my first night through the air vents. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be much enforcement around the policy. The shower head was a bit stuck with clogged pores so the water will spray outwards a bit but for a small city in gansu this is probably the best you’ll be able to get per hotel standard.

房間面積大，獨立衞生間（不是玻璃隔出來的），裝修不錯，床墊和枕頭特別好，記憶海綿的感覺，窗簾質感很好。唯一的缺點就是房頂低了一點。 接送機免費，離機場很近，很方便。 早餐15元一位。 門前的楓樹和銀杏樹非常有北方秋色的情調。 綜合考慮房間價格，作為轉機的賓館，無可挑剔。 作為本土蘭州人，親身體驗了一下在中川機場過夜的感覺。從小中川機場都被大家描述為荒山野嶺中的機場。隨着新機場和新區的建設，相信這樣的房間，尤其讓從香港歸來的旅客，感受到西北人的寬敞和大氣。

Comfortable room, a good size with blackout curtains. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the train station no matter how much luggage you have. Free laundry facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and assist with bookings and locating various services around town. The only negative is breakfast. Both days I was there one or more of the bread products were stale. Paper cups are provided for cold drinks (which seems needlessly wasteful) the one morning I tried, the orange juice was flavorless and watered down- it tasted like when you refill a juice bottle with water. The shape of the seating area is also unfortunate. There are two corners where people seem to appear out of nowhere and both days I encountered numerous children running and who absolutely should not have been allowed to bring their scooters in to the breakfast area (not the mobility kind) making carrying hot drinks and plates of food dangerous and unpleasant. Definitely recommended, just skip breakfast!

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.
