Pleasant stay in Heritage Hotel. Perfect location. The room is big and spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is really good as well. The staff at the reception is really nice and welcoming. Room assigned is on 4th floor, which we could hear footsteps from the room above us at 6 am in the morning. Request for a room on the top floor, 6th floor, if you're a light sleeper like us. The restaurant is really good. We went there for dinner twice during our 3 nights stay in Heritage Hotel. The soup was really good. We ordered the char grilled salmon with pumpkin risotto, really delicious 😋

Very nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort. However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course. It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all. I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution.

An sich ein ganz schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal. An der Rezeptions dauert der Check-In usw. irgendwie ganz schön lange. Beim Skilift ist man schnell, nur einen Busstop weg. Leider doch eher Massenabfertigung beim Buffet. Abendessen war ”naja”. Suppe und Salat lecker, dei Hauptspeise eher Kantinenessen - das hat leider Buffet so an sich. Das Frühstück ist schön reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Für die Größe des Hotels ist der Wellnessbereich eher klein geraten. 2 Saunen, das ist ok, aber leider recht wenig Liegen und auch nicht abgetrennt von den Duschen. Also so richtig entspannen kann man eher auf dem Zimmer. Wir hatten nachts einen fehlerhaften Feueralarm und standen nacht um halb 2 im Schlafanzug bei frostigen Temperaturen draußen. Leider gab es auch auf Nachfrage kein Entgegenkommen des Hotels. Wenigstens die 20€ Getränke hätten sie uns kulanterweise erlassen können. Klar, wahrscheinlich kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber wir auch nicht und das hat uns schon geärgert. Wir kommen nicht wieder. ------ In itself a nice, modern hotel with friendly staff. At the reception, the check-in etc. somehow takes quite a long time. Your fast at the ski lift, just a bus stop away. For the size of the hotel, the wellness area is on the small side. 2 saunas, that's ok, but unfortunately very few loungers and not separated from the showers. Unfortunately, it was more of a mass processing at the buffet. Dinner was ok. Soup and salad were delicious, the main course was more like canteen food - unfortunately that's what the buffet is all about. The breakfast is rich and varied. We had a faulty fire alarm at night and stood outside at half past one in our pyjamas in freezing temperatures. Unfortunately, there was no accommodation from the hotel when asked. At least they could have waived the €20 drinks as a gesture of goodwill. Sure, it's probably not the hotel's fault, but neither can we and that annoyed us. We won't be back.

Nur durch absoluten Zufall und last last minute hier gelandet. Aber was für eine Überraschung! Spektakulär die Lage, freier Blick von knapp 1000m auf den Hallstätter See. Ringsum Natur und Ruhe. Da steht ein Haus wie aus dem Ei gepellt, beim Nähern verfällt man beinahe ins flüstern. Und drinnen? Glaubt man sich in einer Bibliothek wiederzufinden. Gemütliche Tische und Sitzecken laden zum verweilen, ein Kamin trägt im Winter bestimmt zur tollen Atmosphäre bei, an der Wand und auf den Tischen und eigentlich überall im Hotel: Bücher, Bücher, Bücher.. Bücher die durchgeblättert, entdeckt, an- durch- und fertiggelesen werden möchten. 12 Tausend, so sagt die Chefin sind es im Moment und dank der Kooperation mit vielen Verlagen, werden es regelmäßig mehr. Schuhe werden beim Eingang ausgezogen, das stellt gleich mal das gewohnte Hotel Erlebnis auf den Kopf. Dadurch schleicht man allerdings auch angenehm leise durch die äußerst hübsch gestalteten Räume. Eine gemütliche self-service Bar mit ausgesuchten Weinen, lokalen Soft drinks bis hin zu französischen Champagner lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dazu modernste Technik - eine app öffnet die Türen, das gemütliche Bett, liest einem auf Wunsch sogar vor! Frühstück gibt es hier den ganzen Tag (!) und abends verhungert man auch nicht, man wird entweder im Hotel oder in einem nahen Gasthof fündig. Das ist ein so ein spezieller und entspannter Platz, man möchte einfach gar nicht mehr weg. Und ja, das Lesehotel hat auch einen Fernseher am Zimmer :)

Amenities include refrigerator, aircon, tee/coffee etc. Free fruit and candy in the reception. Supermarkets, tram, and central train station are close by. In terms of customer service, this hotel is a gem. As a member of Radisson Rewards, I usually get a room upgrade if available. This time, i did not, but when I asked in the reception, the receptionist explained that it was not available. However, on closer look, she could move reservations around, and I got a huge suite with view of the city and a welcome bottle of champagne. That's what I call going an extra mile in customer service. Fantastic. Very highly recommended from my side

We spent a great holiday at Stadthotel Goldenes Schiff and can really recommend it. All in all just TOP!!! 🥰 The room was clean and tidy with a spectacular river view from the huge window. The interior is modern, there is also available a tablet in the room that can help you to find any information that you need during your stay in this beautiful hotel. The foods were 5 stars; a rich breakfast buffet and delicious modern menus in the evening. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Their English is perfect. The Wellness area is a dream. Have some choices of sauna, fitness/gym area, also a great chilling area with a wonderful view of Traun. Last but not least, the location is TOP! In the center of Bad Ischl, which makes you easy to go anywhere, or get anything you want. As for me who likes running, I enjoyed my running time around the hotel and the river, the view is so spectacular. Keep it up!! Hope someday we can come back to this hotel again. 😊

We were on a trip and had a highway stop for one night with one of our child. The Marriott king size bed could be enough for 3 people but it was strange that not even an extra towel was added to the double room standard equipment. Electric car charger started working in the garage but stopped later for any reason. Breakfast was good but coffee is better in most of this level of business hotels even in Austria/Germany.

The Landhaus zu Appesbach truly is a hidden jewel in Austria‘s Salzkammergut. The Duke of Windsor once stayed here for 5 weeks and found his ,,splendid isolation“. During our stay we stayed in the Windsor Suite offering ample of space with a combined living and sleeping room, a cabinet, a Roman bath & balcony as well as a terrace. All rooms and suites are individually designed with attention to detail. The country house’s restaurant offered an eccellent breakfast & dinner. The ladies and gentlemen in all departments did a good job in providing a personalized service. Overall an excellent experience. 這個是一個家庭青旅 屋主看起來大概60多歲 對哈爾施塔特很瞭解 checkin會跟你講很多旅遊路線 給你一堆時刻表 就是入住時會説有提前發一個self-checkin的email 實則完全沒有 他拿我手機找了半天確實沒有 但是無傷大雅 床挺舒服的 床品很套好了並且很乾凈 青旅中的一股清流 值得入住 性價比超高

BE AWARE 😲 - the house is built in 1740 up on the hills! You need to walk uphill & steps with your luggage's to get to your hotel & your room. I wish in 1740th they were more considerate to build wide road for cars 😄 We went to Hallstatt Hideaway after attending a wedding in Salzburg, so our luggage's were bigger than if we had gone on a hiking trip. The village has strict rules and doesn’t allow cars / taxis. We were dropped 0.6 miles away in a parking lot - basically where most of the tourists were advised to disembark. Under normal circumstances 0.6 miles is a piece of cake, with a few pieces of luggage's then it's a Long March! You need to walk up the hills and go up steps... :-( Luckily my husband is a Cross fitter and we made it. We reserved the Royal Suit WALD. Once we entered the room, most of our frustration dissipated - the view from the four windows is breathtaking and just take your stress away... Now we are less upset about climbing all these steps! The living/bedroom is spacious, simply furnished but very functional. The bathroom is furnished with great working shower and a Dyson hairdryer. The view from the four windows just takes your stress away... Sandra is a wonderful host and so lovely! Although there is no front desk to speak of, we texted Sandra when we had questions or needed anything. She always got back to us right away. We enjoyed staying four nights in the Hideaway and explored the village. Thankfully at the end of night the bed was very comfortable, and we had good night’s sleep. The Hideaway is truly a beautiful hotel to stay. The staffs keep the place very clean. The only recommendation we have is that the hotel offers a service to help guests with their luggage's when get to / depart from the hotel.

This is a pretty soulless hotel. The room was fine and the bar was ok with nice views over the Danube. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Most of the tables were ”reserved” (who allows breakfast tables to be reserved?) and nearly all the empty ones were dirty - nothing cleared away from previous users. It wasn't that busy or late. We ended up sitting on bar stools at the back of the reataurant

Herrliche Zimmertemperatur Wir erholen uns gerade im kühlen Zimmer von Harrys Hotel. Klima ist perfekt eingestellt und leise! Das Zimmer duftet und wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Einchecken mit Code ab 20 Uhr war easy. Tiefgarage hat viel Platz. Lage ist herrlich ruhig. Harrys Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Had a really nice stay it is located near the center of Linz old Town which you can easily visit by foot .For me the only downside was the parking fee .The Hotel does not have a parking area and there is an underground parking right next to the Hotel but the parking fees are about 25 Euros for 24 hours which was not bad considering for shorter periods of time you pay 3 Euros for an hour and if was like this almost everywhere which i find a bit annoying because if you take time to really enjoy your espresso that we are counting 20 Euros in total with the parking .Even in the streets it was 3 Euros for 90 minutes the reason i made this review is i myself appreciate it a lot when someone else writes an honest review and it helped me with my stays and i want to help the next one have a nice trip .

Etwas entfernt vom Zentrum gelegen, aber mit dem Bus (3 Stationen) gut erreichbar. Freundlicher Service an der Rezeption. Moderne Einrichtung des sauberen und großen Zimmers. Dusche/WC im Zimmer, nur durch Milchglasscheibe getrennt. Frühstücksbuffett nichts aufregend Besonderes. Störend, dass die Hotelgäste auf dem Weg zur/von der Tiefgarage durch den Frühstücksraum gehen müssen.

Two night in this traditional hotel near Danube. Hotel is big, quite, clean but had some small things which is not OK from four stars hotel. First of all, room is big with all necessary but toilet haven't any ventilation, room without a/c /they have roof ventilator!/. Hotel is near highway to Praha, not so far from pedestrian zone in center. Big hotel, but small restaurant, and ONE coffee machine /5 min to bring coffee /! Really for four star hotel is unacceptable .Staff is very kind and ready to answer on your questions and help.

Zentrale Lage im absoluter Innenstadtnähe. Bahnhof und Landestheater sind gut bzu Fuß erreichbar. Recht neues Hotel mit großzügigen und ruhigen Zimmern.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and facilities. Quirky decorations. Two minus points. The chairs in the bedrooms are uncomfortable, heavy and due to the design you keep bashing your toes against the legs. The rather open nature of the shower and toilet will not be to everyone’s taste. On my own it was fine. The music at breakfast was also interesting and not at all intrusive, over seven days we had Sade, Pearl Jam, Coldplay and others. I loved this. Just reiterate it was not intrusive.
