Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang Ia adalah hotel yang sangat menjimatkan Ia baru diubah suai untuk merayau-rayau. Batu ais di tepi jalan tidak boleh dimakan. Ia tidak bersih dan akan menyebabkan masalah perut. Anda perlu menggunakan selipar untuk mengenal pastinya. Secara keseluruhan sangat berpuas hati.

Note: Keep in mind this is an airport hotel. I generally stay 2-times per year since opening based on convenience. It works well as a 3-Star hotel. The room last night showing wear, especially the bathroom. Bedding is good, towels are great, electric outlets good and convenient, everything good for overnite airports stay. Restaurant is open at 2:00AM has good spread of food items however the freshest probably between 2 - 5:00AM, but again it’s a big spread of items. The service at the restaurant is very good and very friendly. All in all service and friendliness is very good throughout

As was attending at event held at ICE BSD, the hotel was just 5-7mins away via Grab and just a couple of minutes away from AEON Mall. Staff was attentive and friendly with any questions. Will be happy to stay at the establishment again.

It’s a great place to stay if you’re in transit or going to catch an early morning/late night flight. The free shuttle also makes a difference.

Ini adalah penginapan kedua saya dan sekali lagi tidak mengecewakan. Bilik-bilik tenang dan luas. Makan dan sarapan sedap. Pengangkutan ulang-alik lapangan terbang yang lancar. Tiada aduan.

Tidak banyak restoran untuk makanan tetapi coffee hous mempunyai menu yang baik dan harga yang berpatutan. Starbucks dan kfc berdekatan. Mempunyai dua kedai serbaneka berdekatan. Satu warong untuk kopi dan makanan tempatan

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

Very nice room and spacious, breakfast spread was great too and cooked very good sunny side up eggs. Forgotten to return my hotel card but I will be back next month again and stay at same hotel and also return the room key.

The best airport hotel I have every stayed. Very convenient for anyone on layover. Truly resort style view with amazing room, great pools and garden, and excellent breakfast. Transfer to airport is practical and reliable. Will definitely return! Thank you
