Здание под круглосуточной охраной, на втором этаже есть спортзал, зона отдыха и прачечная. Единственно, что не понравилось - туалет за стеклянной дверью прямо напротив кухни и только потолочный душ. До центра гуляли пешком или автобус. Внизу магазин, рядом есть фруктовые лавки и супермаркет.

Stayed here for a single night on a business trip. Location is ideal for airport access - shuttle was efficient and ran on time. Check-in was straightforward and staff were courteous. Room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet, with a good work desk and reliable WiFi. Restaurant and bar offered decent food and service, and breakfast was available early, which was useful for a morning departure. Overall, functional and well-managed for a short transit or business stay - my go to place

Free shuttle bus at exit number 1. Easy to find. Leaves hotel on the hour until the evening. After that every half hour. Refer to the accompanying photo. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely be happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is at a good location in Chapinero being close to main streets, ATMs, banks, hospitals, etc. The staff was always very warm and respectful. The bed and pillows were very comfy and you can have a good night rest. The wifi is pretty fast once you’re connected.

Pretty close to the airport, good shuttle service every 30-40 minutes throughout the day. Would recommend.

Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

This place was awesome, the fact that we couldn’t really speak much Spanish and they made it their duty to understand us was priceless. We felt appreciated. Thank you!! Roxanne.

Me quedé 6 noches por cosas familiares, pero el hotel está bueno para hacer un viaje de negocios ósea solo dormir. La atención de la recepcionista del día no es muy positiva, hay que tomar en cuenta que además de la recepción la vi limpiandoel lobby del hotel así. El personal del desayuno tiene No recomiendo el desayuno si estás contando con eso, aunque el personal si es bastante amable y quiere solucionar, me gustó la actitud y disposición del joven Hebert fue lo mejor que nos quedó. Sobre el desayuno solo sirven de 7 a 9 pero si vas a las 7.30 ya se ha acabado casi todo, la sopa de la mañana solo la encontré de agua y papa, el pan es muy malo recomiendo comprarlo en la panadería, el chocolate muy aguado, pero el café si estaba muy bueno, no hay mermelada y si desea huevos o mantequilla deben pedirlos adentro. Las puertas de la habitación tienen cerrado automático y no me gustó que no había cartel de no molestar y hubo veces que me tocaron la puerta para limpiar la habitación.

We have stayed here many times with the 2 girls with us we enjoy the use of the pool: the girls were disappointed no pool. It would have been good to list the amenities not available. It seems the hotel is being remodeled, services is always great!!!
