Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Bilbao! Our stay at Holiday Inn Bilbao from March 18-19 was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. The hotel provided seamless airport pick-up and drop-off, making our travel stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed with the peaceful and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxation. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional customer service team—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Hôtel calme et bien situé. Juste des chips trouvées au sol mais très bien dans l'ensemble. Regardez bien en sortant de l'hôtel, la contact avec le premier vitrage peut être douloureux. Petites terrasses appréciée de nous tous.

Les + : Mention spéciale à l’ensemble du personnel rencontré au sein de l’établissement qui est sympathique et professionnel, l’emplacement est super et les services proposés également (spa, variété du petit dej, horaire check in-out) Les - : Le prix du parking qui pourrait être un petit peu réduit et l’insonorisation entre les chambres et couloirs.

Bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel n'est pas très récent mais agréable et le personnel accueillant. Par contre mauvais état de notre chambre( moisissure joint salle de bain, parquet décollé et mal posé et bien dégradé avec le temps prise de courant mauvais état) Buffet p'tit déjeuner correcte mais pas beaucoup de choix

En plein centre-ville, sur la zone piétonne, cet hôtel typique de la région est idéalement situé. Les personnels sont accueillants. La chambre est agréable avec une belle vue sur les maisons basques et près de l'ancien port. À noter un sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, appréciable en hiver. Bonne nourriture au restaurant de l'hôtel où on prend aussi le petit déjeuner. Un choix varié sauf pour les fruits. Les boissons sont faites par le serveur, c'est un plus. Une bonne adresse.

Honestly, I liked the first hotel. I went to four-star but I did not see the cleanliness and uniformity of the room. It was spacious, very beautiful, elegant, and a wonderful bathroom. It had very, very good taste. I hope to return to it. I am very comfortable, but its prices are affordable for everyone. I would give it five stars.

結論最高に素晴らしい、です。過去多くの宿泊施設に泊まりましたが、人生でTOP3にはいります。パラドールの中でも良いとの評判でしたがその通りでした。ホグワーツのような雰囲気ある館、部屋、アメニティ、朝食、対岸のパリが見える景観、別荘地という周辺の静かな環境と人、徒歩圏内にある美味しいレストランやバル。ここにくるために再度オンダリビアに来たいです。

旧市街の真ん中にあり、あらゆる場所へアクセスしやすく、とても便利なホテルでした。 お部屋は清潔で安心しました。ルームサービスもしっかり清掃してもらえてよかったです。とてもお薦めします！

Zeer fijn hotel. Kamers ruim genoeg en voorzien van een ventilator boven het bed die voor voldoende verkoeling zorgde. Schone kamers en behulpzame, erg vriendelijke medewerkers. Hotel zit middenin het oude centrum en zelf had ik het geluk niet aan de straatkant mijn kamer te hebben.

Todo perfecto, instalaciones, situación, cafetería. Sólo un pequeño problema con el servicio de limpieza, ya que dos días hubo que reclamar algunas toallas que se olvidaron dejar.
