It is more convenient to go to Curlesburg, the bus station, and the central square. It is almost 500 meters walk. Take the 2nd road to Knossos Palace. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and it is constantly improving according to our needs. The hotel can also help contact sightseeing. Because it is difficult to go to Spinalonga Island in the off-season (not open on weekdays), but Mary helped contact the taxi driver, carefully planned the route and plan for us, and constantly discussed. This five-star hotel on Ke Island has excellent service. The breakfast is rich, with more fruits than other hotels and large portions. I also chose to have dinner at the hotel, which was very cheap and tasted very good. It is worth recommending. There is also an archaeological museum near the hotel, which is a 3-4 minute walk away, and there is also a square, which is very close to the city center. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym on the underground floor. We arrived 3 hours early and the hotel said the room had been arranged, so we checked in at noonđ The room was large and the balcony was spacious. The swimming pool on the roof of the 7th floor is also very beautiful with great views. The breakfast is rich in content, and you can taste many of Crete's special snacks. Although it takes about 12-15 minutes to walk to the old town, the scenery along the way is very good and it doesnât feel far. In short, it is highly recommendedđ

The surrounding environment is good. Downstairs is the restaurant supermarket and central parking. Parking is 7 euros per night. There are 24 small times. The parking is small. It is within walking distance. We have 3 people on this trip and choose to live in a family room. The hotel provides a lot of space, up to 35 square meters, enough to live in 4-5 people, good decoration design, The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The disadvantage is that the hotel is located in the old area. The surrounding environment is relatively narrow and messy. Because of the off-season, the hotel's top floor is not open. There are two hotels under the same area and the group. Come back next time. I want to try it.

CCourtneyOur stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day. Â Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here.
Everything was spotless every single day, itâs honestly one of the cleanest places Iâve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special.
Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth.
I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldnât find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

I chose this hotel because itâs perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. Itâs about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and itâs right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center.
I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip!
The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towelsđ The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

JJimmibobAbsolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didnât stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!

We were greeted in a friendly manner and the lady at the bar gave us a welcome drink. The hotel looks quite high-quality at the entrance and you feel like you're in good hands. I would say it's not 5-star level, but around 3.5-4 absolutely.
The room we were given unfortunately had no windows (the description said there was one). No problem for us. Our biggest criticism is that there was no door in the shower because it had been removed. So you couldn't shower properly without water spraying outside. When we told reception, they just said âwe didn't knowâ and preferred to answer the ringing phone and leave the guest standing there. Who would know if not the hotel, so unfortunately it's far from 5-star service. We expected a small apology and that the problem would be taken care of. I think it's a real shame that you pay so much money and then get a room that doesn't meet the standard and isn't really at the level you want it to be given to guests. Luckily we only spent one day here and had previously spent the week in a real 5-star hotel.
I can really only give this hotel 3/5 stars overall.

The bathroom is not small, and there is a small window for ventilation. We had a corner room with a long balcony. Although the room faces a side street, the doors and windows are well insulated so you don't feel noisy when sleeping at night. The location of the hotel is pretty good, six or seven minutes' walk from the Lion Fountain. The front desk is greeted by a friendly uncle who speaks English, and the check-in and check-out procedures are simple and quick. There is a bus right in front of the hotel. Whether you are coming from the airport or taking a bus to Heraklion, there is a direct bus stop at the door. Hygiene is OK, there is a hot water kettle. Breakfast was richer than I expected. All in all, the price/performance ratio is very good.

La salle de bain est un peu humide mais trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, il yâa mĂȘme un bidet. La chambre Ă la climatisation qui fonctionne au top et un dĂ©shumidificateur dâair. Les prises sont en suffisance et Ă des endroits stratĂ©giques. Les frigos ne refroidit pas bien mais câest un dĂ©tails. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est correct et avec des produit locaux et les serveuses sont vraiment gentilles et serviable.
Le plus câest trĂšs clairement lâaccueil et le personnel les gens sont absolument adorable, Ă lâĂ©coute, on mâa recommandĂ© les restaurant alentour Ă privilĂ©gier et ceux Ă Ă©viter et lâemplacement est top la rue est calme mais Ă proximitĂ© de tout!
